Bad customer service and policies and missing items from room.

Stayed here for one week, and it was very pleasant. Food was good and prices were very reasonable. The area is ideal as its near the airport.

Friendly staff, the swimming pool, gym and laundry are on the house and good. Generally a good hotel in this part of the world, however work needs to be done in the house keeping department.

The room was just ideal. The bed was comfortable and the service was superb. Will definitely come back again soon.

Great place with good prince/service ratio. Wifi, pool and dedicaed drivers!

Regular food poisoning is an issue. Be careful. Very poor hygiene all around. Avoid.

Отель стал отвратительный. Не первый раз останавливаюсь в нем по работе. Постельное белье старое и грязное, такое впечатление, что его не меняют. Подушки воняют. Комната сырая и с плесенью на стенах. Вода капает из кранов, поэтому в туалете сырость и неприятный запах. Кондиционер работает, но очень шумит и не регулируется температура.

Worst hotel ever. If you have any choice, never go there.Rooms are filthy. Food is poor. We found rat droppings in the cereal. Their response? Take the cereal away and close the window to the kitchen

24/7 power supply, 24/7 water. Security is good. Food is expensive for the quality they provide. The hotel is close to the airport and UN camp. It is axceptable for a few nights stay.

Have to relax in parking lot where generator runs the whole time. Low water pressure. Rooms are decent and AC works.
