Fui a tomar un nevado con mi esposo al Juan Valdez de Manizales con muy mala experiencia, pedimos 2 nevados uno frio y otro caliente, nos dieron 2 calientes ya que la chica no nos presto suficiente atención durante el pedido. Pero lo que menos nos gusto es que no aceptaron el error y nos dieron el nevado aguado como solo echandole hielo al caliente. Ticket numero 12-318973, fecha 23 de mayo. Realmente decepcionados por el buen nombre que tiene este cafe.

I love this coffee chain. Excellent quality coffee. This place in particular is quite wide. There’s plenty of tables at the terrace. Perfect for a coffee either in the morning or afternoon. At night is a bit chillier but there are heaters around.

The coffee is good, and the service is friendly, fast, and efficient. This particular Juan Valdez, at el Cable, is especially nice. Its perched on a small hill on a triangle between two streets. All seating is outdoors, and includes ordinary cafe tables and chairs and comfortable living-room-style patio furniture. The area is surrounded by tall trees and other plants and the atmosphere is pleasant. Theres free wifi, and people seem to spend large chunks of time here, reading, studying, working, and just hanging out. Nice place for a break after climbing the streets of Manizales.

Its probably the best Juan Valdez location Ive been to, open space, smoker and non smoker sections separated, the beautiful view of the cable tower and the cable station makes it all better.
