Great spot to chill...go 4 a paddle boat ride or just walk around! Great green area tucked away in veradero!

The park is average at best. We were going to eat at 5pm and they just didnt have anything to eat....Is not their fault of course but it was really very disappointing. The embargo of the usa is destroying this actually very beautiful country....

We enjoyed our time spent in the park . We paid 600 pesos for a half hour boat tour … everybody was very nice there .

Great picturesque place when visiting Downtown Varadero. Caopnes is a definite place to stop. Beware of the horse and buggy drivers as they try and take you for wxtra cash when your ride is done.

Nice park. Live music every night. Nice places to eat. Right next to main road to catch hop on buses for either end of the strip.

A favourite place of mine. Its quiet. There are 3 restaurants and an outdoor bar. La Gruta is a restaurant inside a cave. It has a/c and the decor is amazing . I had the lobster. Wow! Cheaper than fast food at home.

This is a protected area in VaraderoYou will see ducks, peacocks and other wild life. There is a snack bar where you can sit and have a drink. Josone Park also has a very nice Italian restaurant that makes fresh pasta everyday

Was interesting. Large pond. We just sort of walked through . They had a couple of restaurants and a bar. We ddint stop to partake because it was early in the morning but the staff was very nice.

Love this little slice of nature in Varadero. You can ride your scooter around. We had an awesome time.

Beautiful park. Saw chickens and chicks. The bar is quite nice but was quite when we went. Do not sit on top of the huge trees. Our bottoms were burning from the red insects.

This tired park has seen better days and I expected a lot more given the way it was described in the 2015 edition of the Lonely Planet. Things must have gone downhill rapidly because there was a mini golf course that was overgrown and covered with leaves and no apparent place to hire balls or putters and a disused empty swimming pool and bar area towards the back that seems to be crumbling away too. The landscaped pond looks nice but given the lack of people, even in high season, this place feels like a shadow of what it probably once was.

Nice park for a walk or to go jogging in the morning. A couple of animals are running around and they have some nice restaurants and bars which open in the evening. The mini golf place is pretty messed up but I guess it is not active anymore, same for the pool at the back of the park.

If you look for something interestings, its unlike you will find it here. Just go for a walk.

Its definitely one of the best public park Ive ever visited. There is large amount of amenities such as restaurants, boat hire services or small cafés. Its worth a visit. Especially, if you can use the Hop On/Off bus from the hotel resorts in Varadero.

A quiet oasis in the middle of the tourist zone. Small lagoon, paths and various eating / drinking establishments. Enter from Avenida 1ra or the Autopista, other gates are often locked.

A very quaint park. I have been to Varadero now 5 times but did not know about this park. Inside you can rent row boats or paddle boats and explore a rather large winding pond.
