TL;DR: Good Food; Expensive; NIce Location; Bad ServiceThe restaurant looks really nice! I really enjoyed it. The food tasted very good. Sadly the service was bad.At a location looking like this and prices so expensive, a customer should be satisfied, but the service was so bad, no one in our group of 12 people liked it.They forgot to serve drinks we ordered and even after complaining multiple times they still did not manage to serve the missing drinks.They put plates we didnt order on our table and before we even could tell that we didnt ordered this they already left the table. After we had the chance to complain, they took them an brought them to the table they initially belonged to (hygienic standards?)After we all finished eating and we all had a nice chat, half of our group decided to leave and go to sleep. And since our Employer (it was on a business tripwas one of those people: he payed the bill for everything consumed till now.After that, the rest of us, ~6 people where like ghosts to the waitresses. We really would have liked to stayed for more drinks, but they ignored us so decided to go.

When a owner of resturant look guest in each table and make sure everything is fine.. my openion you can trust you get best service.Food taste: less or very less options for vegetarian.. dont expect spicy food..but my other friends had good time with there non-veg.Service: very goodAmbiance: perfect place to sit and relax nightGood for corporate functionsNote: As I was with company party and buffet i might giving wrong expectations on veg food.. if you have any best veg dish to try here write comment below..

Nice open-air atrium inside. Food and Drinks were tasty. Go to the toilet and look to the ceilling!

This place is PACKED on a Saturday night. It seems like the place where all the cool kids of Linz go. I liked the Josef beers, all in all a good bar.

Great place to have brunch in Linz on Sunday . A lot of choices/variety. You can make your own juice with veggies /fruits. Dont forget to reserve in advance!

Very nice restaurant. I was at Monday and it was full. The food is rather good however time of serving dishes could be shorter. The service was very nice and professional. They have own brewing beers I really enjoyed. For sure worth to visit.

Josef is a great place in the centre of Linz, right at the famous Landstraße.It offers tge right ambiance for most occasios no matter if a easy comfortable afternoon with your family or the pre-party with your friends before the party starts.The restaurant offers a delicious home brewed beer which is delicious.Besides the possibility to drink it also offers a variety of diw meals wich are also quite delicious.Josef is a great experice and incorporates the spirit if linz to some extent with people of all age and income joining to have a good time.

Very bad service and food was common. I dont understand why you offer a menu in several languages, but the waiter speak only German.

Very tasty wiener schnitzel, huge piece of meat. Unfortunately whole visit was destroy by smoking people. Only one, tiny room is for non smoking guests. After visit, my clothes stinks from cigarettes.

Negative: huge smoking area.Very good, typical Austrian food with high quality level. Great inhouse brewery - try the "mixed beer".

Nice place in the centre of Linz. Based on the amount of people this seems to be a very popular beet restaurant. Food and beer were excellent and prices acceptable. Friendly waiters. Be prepared to wait for your table.

If you love cigarette smoke, look no further. Theres a huge inside smoking area where you can enjoy not only smoke but also mediocre meals and lousy service.

Very large restaurant that sometimes has live music, or a quiz, happening. This is a good place to go if you are looking for an entertaining night out for a large group of people. The live music is quite loud so not so good if you want a quiet evening meal. I had the tagliatelle and it was very smooth and creamy. They have a very and light house beer.

The service was excellent. Although the restaurant was crowded, they managed to make us happy with drinks and food with oblý little waiting. The restaurant is huge and viery nice. The prices are higher, but you are in the center of the city. I recommend it.

The salad I ordered was great, but it was definitely not meant for one person. It was a solid two portions and quite expensive. The service was great on one half and a little dismissive on the other. All in all it was an OK experience and nice ambience.

Amazing place in Linz! The place is very suggestive and nice, located near the Park Inn hotel. The internal garden is quite and suggestive with the colored lights on the trees.The food is very good, I tried the dry hamburger and it was delicious! Also the strudel trilogy was on point! I will return there for sure if Ill be around

I went to eat with my girlfriend, and as we got seated we waited for the waiter to get us our drinks. But then after 15 minutes of waiting, we still havent even received our drinks. Meanwhile other costumers came and they were served, and some even received their food. Its worth mentioning that it was at 4 oclock in the afternoon and the restaurant was not busy at all... Dissatisfied and disappointed we went hungry looking for another restaurant...

I wish I had read the reviews re smoking. I was shocked to walk into a smoky restaurant after so long. I couldnt find the non-smoker area so left as fast as I could.

seriously? 3 ribs for €17? had to wait 15mins to see the waiter for the first time. sizes of portions wasnt in line with the price, 3 ribs for €17 is a rip-off.

I was invited for a birthday party by my friends last week. great atmosphere and music. The table arrangements, the food and service..everything was amaizing. I am really surprised

I have really enjoyed going to this place throughout the years, but I am just puzzled that I cant seem to find their hours on their website. I looked high and low to no avail, and since it explicitly did say that they are open every day, I organized a small family get-together there for this Sunday at 5 p.m. Luckily I called to make a reservation and was told that they are not open Sunday for dinner! The person on the other line, Ms. Schneeberger, completely ignored my point about the fact that this info should be indicated on their website, given thats what a website is mainly for -- to provide information to customers. How annoying! Bad customer service indeed, and now I have to scramble to find another place. Dont get me wrong, the place is fun and the food is solid, but it just makes for a poor customer experience if you cant find the opening hours. After that was pointed out to the restaurant, youd think theyd be happy to get that feedback and either point me to the right link on their site or remedy the error and add that info, but my comment was simply ignored and the response was: "We are not open for dinner on Sunday."Yikes! Indicate that on the website then, please?
