A little pricey but worth it. I keep going everyday for lunch and try a new item since I was so impressed by the Philly. Very cool staff too. Keep it up guys!

This is one of my new favorite places for lunch or dinner!! It’s so filling. I just get a hot dog with Mac and cheese. It does take a few minutes to get your food, but it’s worth it!

Great customer service. The food on the other hand, isn’t so great. The fries and hot dogs were good. We also purchased two cheeseburgers and could not take more than two bites. The meat tasted and smelled rancid. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

We ordered two dogs, Kansas City Dog and Hot-Lanta Dog. It was fresh and tasty. I liked the crusty split top bun and the Kansas City dog. The staff was very friendly. I’ll be back for another dogs.

The fact that I gave a star at all is because of the service. The girl working at the counter was fantastic! The food was scary bad, I don’t know if we caught them on a bad night, but the hot dogs weren’t cooked (rubberyand the chicken sandwich was grey (literally)! We spent $31 on two dogs and a fried chic sandwich (that was nothing but bread and chicken). My husband and I took one bit of the dogs, LOOKED at the chicken - there Everything in their garbage bin, and walked out. Huge let down after seeing these reviews :(

We ordered 4 hot dogs... a steak and cheese dog, mac and cheese dog, plain dog, and bbq bacon dog. We all enjoyed our dogs. There was a discrepancy with the pricing as the handheld menu didnt match the receipt. The man at the counter adjusted the price for me with no problem and gave me 3 banana puddings for my trouble. Great customer service.

I did enjoy the burger also bought a hot dog. It is not the best hit dog but i felt the taste was average in comparison to others across the state the positive part is that they offer a wide selection of toppings and configurations for both your burger and hotdog

This place has amazing food. I will definitely be back for more. Great customer service too, very friendly. I ordered the philly cheese steak fries and the sweet Buffalo fries and both were amazing. My favorite was the Buffalo fries. Ordered a couple of hotdogs too and they were good. I didn’t take pictures this time because i was too hungry lol. Pictures next time because I will definitely be going back.

I had the macaroni hamburger...OMWord it was delicious!! I wasnt expecting it to soo good.

We’ve been looking for a new place to eat and wow did we pick a winner. Best sausage dogs around and the Jordan’s sauce is amazing. The chicken salad was the best and with that home made dressing they have, you’ll never want another. The bbq wings are so good and the icing on the cake: the banana pudding!!!

I called the place to make an order, without saying anything the girl said " can you please hold " and put me on hold; so I holded for 7 minutes and I said let me drive to the restaurant instead, I came to restaurant, there was literally no other customers and the girl was on her phone, and I had to wait for another 15 minutes for my order to be ready on top of the 7 minutes hold!Bad 👎

Was my favorite place until yesterday when I ordered two steak and cheese and wings the steak was basically burned and my bread was too I live in hamden and is pregnant so I didnt wanna go all the way back to state street owner was not there so makes since why it was like that smh

For someone who was spoiled with Zombie Dogz while in Ohio, I was skeptical to find a comparable gourmet hotdog place near Yale. I’m glad to say I found not only comparable, but better. Staff was friendly as well. If you like gourmet hot dogs check them out! I got the dog with bacon and Mac n cheese. 5/5 !!

I had the cheesesteak combo today and it was AMAZING!! I ate it in my car because I couldnt even wait to go home to eat it highly recommended!! Ill definitely be back!

Customer service was great! I got a baccon cheese burger with baccon cheese fries and it was delicious. The Mac and cheese on the other hand was disgusting! It tasted old and I paid for baccon Mac and when I got home there was no baccon on the Mac n cheese. I was very dissatisfied. I also ordered a steak and cheese subs, they were good but the sub size is small.

The food was just AMAZING!! The food was made fresh as we ordered and it was QUICK. Definitely check this place out, you wont regret it. Lastly the guy who took our order was awesome aswell! Very friendly, personable and a nice guy to get along with.

(Hot weiner remind me of home.Whipped out my brand new phone and Yahoo™ searched for "homely dogs," and, then, like the North Star guiding the Three Wise Men to baby Christ, the search engine led me a mere two blocks north to Jordans Hot Dogs.I know what youre thinking. It wasnt Michael Jordan, but it sure tasted like it was!The New Yorker dog was simply scrumptious. People inside were incredibly down to earth. I ordered a chicken salad with Italian dressing🙄 (I’m a picky eaterI get it home and “Boom” there is some type of sweet (Asian )like sauce ALL over MY entire salad... it really ruin it for me with the Italian dressing on the side.. NO ONE asked me if that was ok... I don’t like when I order something specific and get whatever ..I didn’t want any sauce on my salad period !!!! it was disgusting I didn’t even eat it... I wasted my money because I wasn’t given what I asked and paid for. It would have been good if i had a choice... ask people if the want that “extra nasty” sauce on their salad.. I expected a plain salad with only the dressing I ask for.. nothing else...

The hotdogs were out of this world. The burgers were to die for. The banana pudding with Nila wafers, my daughter would recite the alphabet to get one bite! And the chili mac & cheese there are no words to describe the jalapeños are like little slices of heaven

The workers were super nice the food was good for the most part they forgot one thing but that’s not that big of a deal common mistake, but that chili Mac and cheese ain’t it y’all need to either change the way you make it or take it off the menu also I was hoping they’d put it in a bowl not a hotdog container wrapped with Saran Wrap.

Simply amazing!! The bacon was crispy the bbq sause had a smokey sweet taste on a warm bun it was heavenly. Best hotdog ever. The staff was nice the service was good. An all around pleasant experience.

I never knew that hot dogs could have endless possibilities.Their hotdogs are AMAZING!!!My daughter mentioned to me several times about trying this place. She loves them and their banana pudding. I in turn was like its just a hot dog whats the big deal. One day I decided to try them with my daughter and Im mad with myself because I missed opportunities to enjoy not only their food but the atmosphere and staff. Everything with Jordans is an experience. The only drawback is that they only have one location. If they were franchised or had multipleocations I would be happier especially when I travel. I guess Im just being greedy...lol!Enjoy your experience. I guarantee that you wont be disappointed.

I order the grill chicken salad lunch special , and to say the least I am very upset and disappointed. There was barely any salad in the container.it just look like someone left over. And there was no salad dressing, no utensil. I had order previously order the same them thing and it is a huge difference between now and previously. Very upset and dissatisfied and honestly I would think about ordering again from here.

Very good place to go for a nice lunch. They have all kinds of specialty hot dogs, burgers , salads and mac and cheese. I ate lunch here when I was working on State St.

That burger was amazing and was made with ground beef. My man got a really good chicken melt with some blazin sauce. Good service too. Dont forget to tip them!!! They have a jar at the counter. Place is named after the owners son who is just a young boy. Very sweet business and again i was full after half my burger but couldnt stop eating it. The bun was ridiculous!!!!

Good service. Food was mediocre in comparison with cost. We ordered a Georgia hot, a small Mac & cheese and a cheeseburger for about $16.The Georgia hot was good but the cheeseburger and Mac & cheese felt like a waste of money and we could not eat more than half due to poor quality/taste.

I came for the first time today with my family and it was great!!! It has a great homie feel and great homie food taste, you can definitely feel and taste the passion in the food. Definitely coming back!! (Also my daughter is very pickie and she loves there mac and cheese)

Food is good, some creative filling foods. The chili mac dogs are great. Just keep in mind if you are ordering delivery its probably gonna be pretty messy. Also, despite saying they offer Coke, they will send you Pepsi.

I love this place! They serve variety of tasty hot dogs, including a hot dog topped with mac and cheese (their specialty). Furthermore, the staff (family owned and runare all really warm, friendly people. Id highly recommend trying it if youre a fan of hot dogs.If youre planning on eating here, you should be aware of the fairly limited hours (Tue-Sat 11:00 am - 7 pm, as of June 2013), and that there really isnt room to sit and eat inside (there are some benches outside though).
