Awesome Pancit Batil Patung. The food means "Pancit" as the main ingredient of the meal. Made up of flour. "Batil" means scrambled egg cooked i the beef broth. "Patung" means placed on top of the pancit and on tip of meat amd veggies.

When you are in Tuguegarao, better make sure to try Jomars Super special Batil Patung. Order the Super Special which is overflowing with toppings. Theres certainly a lot to improve in terms of overall ambience and cleanliness of the place but the taste of the pancit makes up for it. the piping hot soup and the sliced onions with soy sauce is a perfect combination.
