The Y9 was actually very good (bacon cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato. Service was a little slow but they were very crowded, being Election Day.

It is a not so busy afternoon but still customers are lining up. Everything is organized,customers are cooperative..and most importantly..everyone is enjoying the Jolibee meals!😍 I just had my 1piece juicy,crispy fried chicken😁

Service crew are the worst. I ordered a 1pc chicken and tuna pie trio. Cashier told me that it will take 15mins and told her I was willing to wait. 20mins passed my order was still not served so I approached the counter to ask thr status of my order. No one was able to answer my query. I asked them to just give my money back and guess what they wanted me to wait even more. The problem was they gave my order to the wrong person.

Wanted the Y2 Burger listed on the menu. Was told that it takes at least 20 minutes if I Will Wait? Said no thanks keep it if you can not make it in 5 minutes. Staff is friendly but training and customer service sucks, showing management is the problem.Did for fun go to 3 other locations asking for the same Burger and got the same answer....

The place is almost always full at peak hours since its located at the core of the town of Kalibo. But the crew managed to serve us well when we were there. The food upholds what Jollibee is really all about. Happiness. I left craving for more but I was already full and of course I need self control. Five stars if there were more seats.

I like the juicy fried chicken here. This food chain store is promoting good Filipino values. The whole family is enjoying the affordable meal that comes in combo.

The TLC I ordered is a lot smaller compared to other branches. So if your looking for a bigger serving I suggest you order a Champ. But anyway the rest of the food served didnt have any problem with the food portions the fried chicken was cooked to a crisp. Though Im not all impressed I cant say I wont come back for more...
