Worst experience Ive had after 21 years not being in Philippines this was what customer service was shown to me not only did they forgotten 8 chips and rice but they were so rude to my cousin when he went and spoke to Them, and said i was eating the chips while I was just talking to my sister inlaw who was already eating... So much for jollie customer service. Id like to see the footage of their response

Its ok. I got disappointed earlier but its just because of my Anger. But then its ok for me. Very fast service.

You need to present your vaccine card before you could enter. A lot of travellers could not dine-in because they didnt bring their vaccine card.

Worst jolibeee ever....since the world begun!We stopped by in jolibeee agoo bcz we are soo hungry and tried to order even they asked us a vaccination card which they dont asked us in anywhere where we came from but its okay,we did but after that the security told us that they dont have available chicken to order?.?😳😳😱😱😱🤣🤣just like really?seriously????jolibee and no chicken available???🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣so funny and annoying anyway haha so pls if u could be possibly improve this kinda situation bcz😴theres no jolibee that cant have a chicken????🤔🤔😳🤣🙄u should have a stock of chicken ever!understood???🤔🤔🤣🤣"common jolibee agoo ur the worst jolibee ever so pls pay attention of this agoo branch!!!🤔🤔🧐🧐😡😡😡

Most of their best selling food at the time we arrived was not available (Chicken, Fries, Palabok, Sundae)

They didnt put sauce on my burger.

The food was served on a timely manner.

The guard in the entrance is busy checking his fone and kind of rude… Also the staffs are not customer friendly and bit rude and busy chatting with other crews.

Worst Jollibee ever! My daughter used her PWD id to be accommodated faster but our take out order took about 45 minutes to be completed. All orders were wrong, and some items were not added despite making a clear list prior. Manager is very annoying too instead of helping us.

Service is so slow. Need some upgrades in your system. Some crew are rude and doesnt care about customers problem.

They dont let unvaccinated people to enter the place but the breakfast meal was good.

I love this place because the people was so thankful and responsible... The other tourist spot in agoo is so beautiful,like agoo eco park and agoo town square.... so why we love this place🥰🥰🥰

VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!WE WANTED TO ORDER AND DINE BECAUSE MY MOM MISS THE FOOD UNFORTUNATELY ALMOST ALL OF THE BURGERS MEAL,JOLLY HOTDOG ARE NOT AVAILABLE.😔😔AND SINCE WE CAN ABIDE TO THE PROTOCOL KIDS ARE NOT ALLOWED WE DECIDED TO MAKE A TAKEAWAY ORDER OF FAMILY MEAL, BUCKET OF CHICKEN JOY, RICE,DRINKS AND PASTA WITH ADDITIONAL PIES, THE WORST WE ASK PLATES WHERE WE CAN EAT BECAUSE WE WILL EAT IN THE CAR instead of dine in the staff and the worst I think Manager but she actually not like to be the manager because she dont know how to talk to the customer worst she insisted that we need to pay for the disposable platEs...my mom end to have high BP 😡😡and end like losing the temper though we order the chicken family meal how we will be eating it???the manager told us thats why it is served in a bucket😡😡we and that we need to pay 5 pesos each???for the carton plates Manager dont know how to act to be like manager!!!!!

We were on drive thru, we ordered Ala Carte and was recommended to go for Value Meals so we can save a few pennies! Gracious! That was so cool!

The place always is packed with people eager to their hands on anything from Jolibee. However, the service is quite slow as a normal order would take forever compared to some other branches which truly embraces the word fast food. The drive thru is the same as cars (as in multiple carswaiting for their orders everywhere instead of getting their orders through the next window.

They are still taking orders by a crew receiving each orders from vehicles on line. There should be a installed communication for taking orders not by face to face.

Service is slow always crowded around lunch time and the drive thru is awful. didnt get my order right.

The first Jollibee youll see north of the TPLEX exit because you need to drive a little south after the Hiway Exit in Rosario, La Union that can be tricky if you are not familiar. They have drive thru and lately they werw operating 24 hours

Philippines own brand. Unfortunately I cant recommend. I visited it 3 times and every time was something wrong with my food. Stuff is friendly... with this salary

The staff who served my order this morning (pan cake and coffeelooked uncomfortable in the eyes, as if not happy to do the job. When I went upstairs to eat, discovered that the butter and honey that should accompany was missing. In stead there were additional packets of sugar! Today I give only one star, any way enjoyed coffee.

Fast service, crews are patient and food is good

This is the third time in a row that when I have arrived and waited in line for 20 minutes....only to be told there is no chicken available....please wait for 30 minutes or so......This happens everytime I come here for a Take-out order. I hate to remind the jolly bee people but I pay the same price and do not use tables or burden cleaning staff. Very disappointed....Ill have to stop frequenting your establishment.

Good place to stop for a meal. Place tends to be busy, being located along the highway, its a favorite stop for travellers. Parking is good. Service can be improved(many employees idling/chatting even if the queue is piling up).

There is a drive thru for this jollibee which makes it convenient, however, i have 2 bad experience in this store drive thru, i did not check the items i order upon receiving it since it’s put together in a bag. And twice item ordered and paid is lacking.
