Not a big deal but still, I chose iced tea, not coke, look at the receipt. The waiting time for the order takes some time too, but I guess thats expected since theres many orders. Nice food, big chicken, keep it up, until next time.

Take out waiting area should be improved or better improve the take out service. If I did not follow up my order, it was not delivered to my cars waiting area as promised.

Early morning breakfasts are nice because there arent a lot of people and not a single strand of rude staff in this store. They are also reliable when it comes to late-ish food delivery. You can always request for hot fries if needed

My son ordered through drive thru for 8 pcs chicken.. he was given 6 pcs instead but was billed for 8 pcs. We cannot do anything about it anymore since there was no contact number and we have already opened and have started eating. This happened not once but many times already.

Pretty Small Location

the chicken sandwich i have was only 150 and they didnt have anything on itno lettuces no pickles or whatever. just the sauce and chicken. pambihira.

The place was well designed. The 2nd floor had a play pen for kids. Parking was adequate when we stopped by.

Sometimes you need to wait for few minutes especially during holiday season before you can get your order however its perfect place also for dinning in and take out.

Weve been there last December 23rd, decided to queue on the drive-thru, the experience was not that nice. We waited for more than 30mins just to get our order seems to me that it looked like theyre short of crew members that day. Also, as Ive observed, there were missing orders from the the cars ahead of us which addedto the dilemma on that day. Hoping that the management would notice and take some action to improve their service and increase customer satisfaction.

Some crew are not courteous. They talk too much while working as if they are just playing. Not showing professionalism as fast food crew

Drive thru queue took a little longer than the usual. Waiting area is not for 5 vehicles or more. But so far so good when it comes to food quality and tastes.

I was so disappointed because my family said the hamburger steak doesn’t have a sauce. The mango pie is only 5 pieces instead of 6 plus the label of the wrapper is buko pie but what’s inside is mango pie. Maybe you guys are busy but I would suggest to please double check the items always.

If there were a choice for no star at all Ill give them one.Waited for more than 30 minutes at the Drive thru in Panganiban and I was told that it would only take 18mins for the wait. So I waited but it took way too long. Just for a single order of spicy chicken.Disappointing service.

This branch of jollibee is very different from others when it comes to service, how to approach the customer, it needs another orientation in customer service

Always and through the years, Jollibee has little innovations to offer in their wide selection of meals. But we know we all come back for the chicken, and that gravy.

Been here 2 times. Both times it made me very sick. 1 trip landed me in Mother Seton hospital. Sanitation of instruments or quality of what they serve is under par. Jollibee is forever off limits for my wife and I.

We stop here now just to eat our favorite food, the store and CR is quit clean and good, and love the settings and ambient of the place, and it has more parking at the back and it had also a drive thru.

Store is new and clean. Staff are courteous. Has parking area in front, back, and right side of the store. This is a drive-thru, 24-hour fastfood store.

Happy that they have drive thru. It will be better if drive thru passage is a bit wider.

When youre tired from Manila-Naga travel and you dont have enough money to check in any accommodation/hotel, fastfood chains are the place to go. Hearty breakfasts and clean place.
