The crews were nice but I hate how they serve the Sundae first while waiting for the other orders.Recommendations:1. Dont serve the Sundae, Coke Float, and Coffee Float while other orders are pending because it will melt.

Quick drive thru experience service!

The space is big but the crew is not enough. Sometimes they are poor in service. Last time we visit, it was early in the morning, not yet many customers bit the cashier already made some mistakes..Someone complain because her order is not yet serve.

Food is delicious as ever, especially their fried chicken. Although delicious, sometimes the chicken is served a bit raw with blood still on the inside.

Its the 2nd jollibee in ormoc its the same as any jollibee but its kinda modernized and so relaxing.

Kids really love Jollibee, everytime we ask what or where they want to eat they immediately answer "Jollibee" with a sweet smile. They love the Chicken Joy, Fries, Sundae, Coke Float - everything!

This store is along the highway with enough parking space and it also has a drive thru whenever your quick orders. They have clean comfort room for women/men and pwd. And the most important they had the best service for their customers which is most of the customers loved it.

The place is open very early and it has satisfied our hunger when we arrived very early. However they need to improve their restroom maintenance PLS....

3x visit Always Offline their Happy plus terminal. Crew lacks focus, 2x visit forgot to include utensils for take out. had i not check or ask they dont provide! I love the HP program but the staff doesnt execute well!

What can I say, Jolibees is Jolibees. The food is pretty naff and doesnt taste great, but good for if you have a hangover and want to stuff ya face with chicken.

The only drive thru restaurant in Ormoc. The perfect choice for busy professionals and businessmen who are always on the go and needs a delicious and quality made food but has no time to cook or prepare the food themselves. This Jollibee branch also hosts childrens parties and just this Saturday, the 2nd of June, the Kiwanis Club of Buenas Ormoc sponsored 37 less fortunate kids from all over Ormoc to experience for the first time how it feels like to eat at and have a party at Jollibee and see the Jollibee mascot up close.

Been my favorite family fast food chain since I was a little kid. I appreciate tonights service crew there, cheerful and happy to be of service to us and to the other people in there.

I have experience any where Jollibee is the best fastfood and you can aford in a very low prize with extra rice

I find it funny that their drive thru is sometimes busier than their line inside so I just park my car for a few minutes and go inside and get attended to quick. Awesome people working here. Got a free refill when I spilled my drink by accident (totally my fault).

Sometimes the rice is overcooked, but it is still fine the services are ok. You just need to wait for your order.

Definitely one of my fav places here in Ormoc. Its in a very convenient location with parking area. It also has drive thru.
