They cancelled my booking while I am on my way to their place! Unbelievable!

Sympa comme localisation, la non présence de réception et un peu compliquée le soir mais les personnes sont réactives par SMS ou WhatsApp belle localisation

L hotel jhonny est un hotel dangeureux , faites tres attention a vos sacs a mains et autre car , a troix reprise ils ont debiter de l argent d une carte de credi et ont pirater la carte , et quand nous les appelons ils nous insulte et nous racroche aux nez . Mefiez vous car enormement de plainte contre eux et c est une honte pour cette hotel , faites transmettre aux maximum de personnes car personne ne fais rien pour que cette etablissement soi fermer . Il fais fuire les touriste et dont des voleur et des escrot . J ai porter plainte a la police et tout ai en coure .. je leur consacre une publiciter sur facebook comme ca ils se souviendrons qu il ne faut pas escroquer les touristes comme ils le fons . Je vous invite a en faire autant . Protegeons les touriste qui veulent venir visiter ce fabuleux pays . Donc faut imperativement que l hotel jhonny et l hotel max qui sont tout deux au meme proprietaire .Commenter au maximum ..Merci

לפני שנכנסים הוא נראה מבאס קצת אבל כשעולין למעלה ונכנסים לחדר זה מעל הציפיותממוקם בלב ירושליםהרבה חנויות ליד ממש כמו אירופההכל כשר מסביב למגזר הדתי שמעונייןצק אין והאוט פשוטים מאוד נוחיםחניון מגדלי ירושלים נמצא בקרבת מקוםלסיכום מומלץ מאוד !!

The worst experience we had all.over Israel. Super noisy, dirty, moldy, no proper third bed but rather an unfoldable chair. Not recommended.

The worst experience I had so far with any of the hotels. The staff was rude, the hotel was dirty and instead of the bed I received a mattress on the floor to sleep on. Then the hotel managed started to extort the money, claiming that the booking was made for less people that initially agreed. Despite showing him the booking comfirmation he kicked us out at 1 am in the morning. I defined do not recommend.

Terribile organizzazione, eravamo in 3 la il servizio che ci hanno offerto la prima notte arrivate era per due ( camera doppia senza un terzo letto e senza salviette. Quando siamo arrivate la stanza era fredda e senza telecomando del condizionatore per poter cambiare. Il receptionist non è mai presente se non a chiamata sul telefono e non è stato disponibile quando gli abbiamo presentato il problema della prima notte. Stanza rumorosa sulla strada (numero 112). Pulizia a malapena accettabile. Muri sporchi da vecchi caffè.

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.For half the price I could have got triple the value. Rooms dont get attended to. Terrible service. MISLEADING advertising. Not worth my time.

Organizzazione assente camera spaziosa e pulita, ma molto rumorosa bagno senza riscaldamento; durante lo shabbat nessun servizio di pulizia e rifacimento stanza domenica rifatto letti non pulito bagno cestino in 3 gg mai svuotato; posizione vicino tranvia abbastanza comodo per raggiungere la città vecchia

שהיתי עם בת זוגתי. חדר קטן ומושלם, במיקום מצויין להליכה. החדר מכיל את כל הדברים הבסיסיים שצריך. השירות היה טוב מאוד.

אחלה מקום במרכז העיר, קרוב להכל במרחק הליכה. בעלים נחמדים וזמינים לכל שאלה.כדאי להביא אטמי אוזניים בגלל הרעש שבחוץ, אבל זה ממש לא סיבה לא להגיע!תמורה טובה לכסף😊

אכסניה משודרגת. קצת בלויה, ה וילון, חציו נשמט, במקלחת הדלת מתקלפת ועוד. המיטה קצת קטנה לזוג (להערכתי 1.30מ), המזגן משמיע רעשים כאילו גרים בו. שאון הרחוב חודר לחדר.בחיובי המיקום, נקי ואם אתם בעניין של אכסניה, אחלה אכסניה

The hostel keeper is incredibly nice and helpful. Low key place, quiet patrons. The noise from the streets can be intense but the location makes up for it.

אכזבה גדולה! ואת זה אני אומר בלשון עדינה. הם ביטלו את ההזמנה שביצעתי בבוקינג ל-4 חדרים בטענה מופרכת של בעיית אשראי. מבדיקה שעשיתי מול חברת האשראי מעולם לא התבצעה בדיקה כזאת מצדם. בנוסף על כך, לא הצלחתי להשיג אותם בטלפון במשך יומיים ורק בSMS הייתה תקשורת מאד מוזרה שלא מתאימה לעסק שאמור לספק שירות. כאשר נציגי בוקינג פנו לגוני הם הבטיחו שיחדשו לי את ההזמנה אבל בפועל היו מוכנים רק לתשלום במזומן ולא כפי שנהוג בבוקינג וכפי שהיה לי בהזמנה - ביטול חינם עד שבוע לפני ההגעה. אני לקוח ותיק בבוקינג וכרטיס אשראי שלי תקין ומשמש גם כיום ללא שום תקלה עשרות הזמנות. מצער מאד שזה היחס. גם בבוקינג הסכימו עם התלונה שלי לחלוטין ואמרו שהנושא ייבדק לאורך זמן. מאד מקווה שלא ייפגעו עוד אנשים.

A Little Jewel in JerusalemThough the locale is very noisy with buses, taxis, trucks & lots of foot traffic, windows & rooms not soundproof to that, this is the nicest, well-appointed motel Ive found with rooms in a very reasonable price. The rooms & motel are renovated, very clean, simple elegant contemporary style - which is very relaxing & comfortable. Rooms have excellent, clean, stylishly comfortable linens, bedding, pillows, towels, great shower, nice bathroom & clean floors. The mini refrigerator was very good for me for storing milk, juice, veggies, hummus for meals. There are numerous restaurants in walking distance as well. It is a family run business, which I like, and it is a very fine family with excellent business practices, customer service excellence. There is a very nicely appointed & relaxing rooftop area for guests too. I do recommend Johnny Hotel. The staff are very helpful & professional. It is a sweet jewel especially in this region of Jerusalem!

Важно! RESEPTION, находиться за дверью которая рядом со входом. Номера внутри сделаны достойно. Есть терасса сверху, приятно. Парковка есть метрах в 100 от Отеля. 4 звезды для своей цены.

The worst experience I had in Israel. I stayed here 3 nights, we didnt have room cleaning for the whole stay. I strongly recommend not to book in, unprofessional people manage the hotel.
