A small corner of great food. The dishes we order tasted amazing and also had a fantastic presentation. Also the location of the restaurant gives a very beautiful atmosphere to the lunch/dinner. Great place and it is worth a trip to taste this great food!

The food was very delicious. I could get gluten free hamburger bun. Or you can get the meat in lettuce instead of bun.

You dont expect to find such an outstanding restaurant in the city center. This is a must eat place. It has a highly delicious menu for all kind of food lovers. All kinds of drinks and desserts. It offers a menu in English. Waiters also speak English. It is a good spot for family and friends gatherings. I really loved the place. Specially the Tasty sandwiches, and the delicious and exquisite quesadillas. It has bit of the mexican taste. It has 100% Of my approval.

Very tasty, spoke English had English menu. Extremely good food. I had an smokey apple wood burger, it was very good. Am looking forward to going back to get a milkshake I wanted to try it as they look amazing but I was full after the burger 🍔 :)

If you like American or Mexican food, this place is the best for you in Veszprém. They always have soft drinks you cannot have anywhere else in the area (e.g. root beer). The service is good, they serve you quite fast.Fajita is not coming on a sizzling iron plate, but the taste is good. Five stars for Johnnys Veszprém.

Chose to try out this place because of recommendation. However, we were not that impressed. Average food, nothing mind blowing, menu too big and such a mixture of American, Mexican, bit of Italian. But yeah, not a bad place but a bit overrated 🤷‍♀️

Both the strips and the fish & chips were perfect! A suggestion to the the owners: the mashed peas would make that the best fish & chips in Hungary ;-)

Scam avoid!!! I paid by credit card and they AUTOMATICALLY charged 4.5% currency exchange rate fee and booked in EUR instead of Forint!I have not been asked to apporve this -as customary in other shops, - seemed to be an automatic setting for foreig credit cards! This is cheating!I assume this is also an illegal practice!!!In addition:Bad, extremely slow, unfriendly service, has to be reminder to bring what has been ordered such as drinks. All workers look overworked tired bored and hating their life.

Whoever is going to Veszprem should have a meal in Johnnys Bistro..Staff are so kind and friendly, they speak English.. the menu is full of amazing options.. we were a group of ten people where the place is small and doesnt have a table for this number of people.. but they manage to make a place for us.. we had different kinds of mexican burrito and other amazing meals for reasanable prices.. everything was great, we all liked it..I will definitely come again and again

Unfortunately they messed up my order. I asked for one of the lettuce-wrapped burgers, which they advertise both on their website and in the menu. I got a regular bun, which I couldnt eat, and the waitress told me just to take it off. The place was nice however.

A burger place in American style. They have a great selection of burgers but I want impressed by it. Plus the service could be very slow, we had to wait for almost 45 minutes for a burger while the place itself isnt big at all. It worth a try, but dont set your expectations too high.

A bit more expensive and not so special food and drinks. It has outdoor seatings during summer.

We were expecting a bigger portion size after reading other reviews. 65% of the burger volume consists on the bun, which is disappointing. However, the meat quality was very good, only lacking a scent of smoke on the meat and a more distinguishable BBQ sauce among the flavors in order to barely start looking like US style. Sandwiches and subs could be a better option than burgers if someone desires less bun and more filling. Yet, if they intend to fulfill the American style and concept they should put ketchup, mayo and mustard on each table, as it should be everywhere where the customer chooses his own quantity of sauces, not the chef. Decently good attention for Hungarian standards. Small local, but fun environment.

American diner fare. Service was quick and food was tasty for what it is. The tortilla soup comes with guacamole instead of avocado slices posted in the menu picture. Watch out for charging US dollar with a conversion charge versus Firint on card.

Nice food, fast service. Complete food and beers in 15 mins for a 10 people group. And everything was fresh, delicious and good portion.

We stopped here for a quick lunch before heading to the Valley of Arts. They sell really good quality fast food at a very reasonable price. The burger was juicy, the jalapeno poppers contained just the right amount of spiciness and the tortilla soup was delicious. The staff was also friendly and nice old-school music was playing from the speakers. A must-try in the Veszprém area!

Nice food, real american style and taste. Only problem is the too few tables inside.

I tasted the BBQ Ribs and they were so good if I come back in town, I will taste it again.
