Best burritos, especially breakfast

They state that the food is "authentic". Its no where near authentic. The queso was bland and chunky, seemed like it was days old. The barbacoa tasted bland and as if it was reheated in water. So sorry but I give this place 👎👎

HUGE! Breakfast burritos are perfectly prepared and delicious! Drive-thru service was fast, even with a line of cars.

I ordered a combo burrito with eggs, beans, potatoes and cheese and it was amazing. The burritos are huge! My children got combo plates with eggs and bacon, beans and potatoes. They loved it! Food is really yummy and the beans are awesome.

Ordered breakfast burritos, they were awesome, and huge. You get your moneys worth. Fast and friendly service, I highly recommend this place!

Decent food sometimes, not worth the price. Way overpriced and undersized compared to other local burrito places. Recommend the Burrito Shop, Gutierrez, El Chaton, hell United Market street even. Okay quality, bad quantity for the price. Especially in comparison to any other local option.

This place is always so amazing. There breakfast burritos are huge. The biggest burritos I have ever seen. It always taste amazing.

I have been ordering from Joeys for several years, every week in fact. But I am so frustrated that people are still pulling up to the drive thru window to PLACE AN ORDER, completely oblivious to the fact that they are holding up the line. I placed an order today, when I got there, there were 3 cars ahead of me. After waiting over 15 minutes, there was still one car ahead of me. Im not going to wait over 15 minutes to pick up an order I called in -- like I was supposed to!!! Excellent food, and wonderful employees, but I sure wish they would have people pull around to the back of the line if they are ordering at the window. This is not the first time this has happened. Sorry to say I wont be going back -- its just too aggravating.

Might be me but for 1 Quesada fold over cut in 3rds rice and a salad 8.95 plus tax is a little high

I love Joeys. They have wonderful everything. My favorite is the Joeys Plate with Carne guisada. The fried eggs are always perfect. Owner and staff are so friendly. Highly recommend.

I pulled into Joeys because I heard it advertised on the radio, and there were only two cars in the drive thru. Big mistake!!! It took 30 mins to get my food!! I spent my entire lunch break in the drive thru. It took 20 mins for me to order the another 10 to get my food. Long story short, my first experience was definitely not a good experience!

Random stop for us. Well received and loved on from the staff right before Christmas. Authentic Mexican choices hard to come by with well done tex-mex fair. Looks to be popular with locals.

Pretty average breakfast burritos. Could have definitely found something better in the area. Probably is highly rated as a local tradition or something. Definitely not special.

We always try to stop at Joeys when were in town or passing through from Amarillo. The menudo is excellent and the (familystaff is always fast and friendly. Its a small dining space but the food is fresh, hot off the grill.

Its a small place with limited workers that tend to drive through orders and seating. My order took around 25+ minutes. For such a long wait, I expected the food to phenomenal but it was average as best. Its not good practice for a place that labels themselves as "best Mexican cuisine in the area"

Bought five breakfast burritos this morning. They were delicious. Service was quick and friendly. We will definitely be returning here.

Great food!! But...I heard this was the best Mexican food in Texas. I kid you not, this is what I heard. Naturally I had to check it out when I was really craving a variety of tacos. Im talking pulled pork, chicken, fish, soft, crispy, you get the picture but they only had one basic kind. As luck would have it, it was my least favorite kind so I got the beef quesadilla instead, which was very good but sadly not a taco.

The wife and I had a wonderful brunch. This was my first time there. She had been many times with her Sister-in-law. The food was great, and really made our early afternoon. We will be back, I want to try the tacos with the rice and beans. The prices are great here, and the staff are very nice. You feel at home in this place. I love a small local business they are the great gems of a small town and or city.

The burrito was good, but they forgot the beans. I really needed to self protein that day with the extra protein. Ill check closer next time.

We have our weekly manager meetings here because of the amazing food and service. Great hole in the wall place that makes you feel welcome if it is your first or 1000th time coming in to eat. The breakfast burritos are big and the price is great! I recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a great place to have breakfast.

The tortillas are getting worse every time I go they are always raw. I loved going there when it was patio but ever since then it’s like they try to cut corners. The sour cream they charge me for becomes less and less.

I feel this place has the best burritos in town. There’s always a friendly face there when you come in or go thru the window. I eat here regularly and will probably continue for years to come.

Excellent food, breakfast burritos especially! Great portion sizes with high quality authentic ingredients. The staff makes you feel right at home and is very generous. When their credit card machine wasnt working they comped the whole meal. Very military friendly! We will definitely be back next time were in town!

Huge, delicious burritos made with homemade flour tortillas. They offer all kinds of toppings; jalapeños, sour cream, pico de gallo, potatoes and beans. My only issue is their salsa tastes generic, not spicy, and borderline like it came from a jar.

Incredibly great burritos. They are about as long as the average forearm. Come hungry, leave satiated. Wonderful service, support your local businesses.

My fiance and I are semi regulars at Joeys and we love it. The food is very good and the prices are as well. The service has never been a problem and I will continue to go there as long as they are open.

Breakfast burritos were perfect! My wife & kids are real picky about homemade tortillas and beans & how eggs are cooked. Everyone had smiles right after the first bite! Definitely recommend Joeys if you want home style burritos.

Went here for an early morning burrito before work yesterday. The menu is enormous, the burrito was perfect, and the staff was extremely polite and super friendly.Spicy salsa is the way to go.

Very good burritos. I probably get a burrito from here once a week to once every two weeks. Small place to sit down and eat. I always call it in and take it on the go.
