Joe's Crab Shack in Dubai

So good! Tried this when I arrived in Dubai for the first time. Huge servings at decent prices and not too long of a wait time.Nice location in front of the Aquarium near Decathlon.

Amazing crab legs especially with the cajun seasoning, potatoes and corn. Might not be visible to all visitors as it’s hidden behind the aquarium. Must try!

It is not a joke…. The one star is for the rice.Everything in this restaurant is very bad.Starting from the low quality food to the unprofessional waiters.They are always out of Crab and Hamour fish, they replace all of these fish with salmon.We ordered the glazed Salmon and Shrimps and The East cost platter.The food was un marinated at all. The fried fish was very poor and oily. The cutlery and the tissues were poor quality.The waiters there were not wearing masks and have poor behaviors.We will Never go there again.

Huge portions and very delicious. Go for the mixed plates and try all the different food they have!

I had a tasty crab salad and a salmon.That day some fish were not available...Service was good.

We have visited this place while we were on our vacation…We were In search of some good food and some nice restaurant with view and literally we have got yummy food…All thanks to Mr. Mustafa the manager of this restaurant and he has helped us choose the best food…

May 2022.Located in the Dubai mall, across from the aquarium.We didn’t enjoy the food there. When we went, a lot of the things in the card was unavailable so we decided to go for the big real catch which is basically fries and some seafood fried and quite greasy at the end. Even the corn on the cobs were too cooked.The mussels were very good however.Do not really recommend as it was disappointing as we were looking forward to it initially.

We love this seafood restaurant. They serve a tasty selection of seafood dishes in addition to non seafood options. The seating area is amazing, facing the backside of Dubai aquarium, you can enjoy your food while watching the sea creatures. How ironic 😒!

Very mediocre food. Cooked well. Flavorless and would not recommend. They didn’t have king crab

I didnt like the food .. shrimp served cold, crabs are ok, their signature bowl consists of 80% clams & very tiny shrimps ...TBH, Ill only go there for the crabs 🦀 & the nice staff ..

Food quality is nice, we’ve tried their pasta and seafood platter. I recommend the salmon pasta.

We went with family visiting this restaurant and even though the pictures looked good on the menu and view was lovely ,i cant really say the food was good at all.We had the platter and everything was over cooked and some food items burned to a crisp almost. Veggies tasted like it was just defrosted . Kids Alfredo pasta was amazing! Service of Mary was amazing👌Rest of food really lacked taste and even looked super dull

Food is great. Assuming they have crabs. They didnt have any crabs or lobsters today. Better check in before going.A crab shack with no crabs. The irony.But despite this, Ive had them before and will probably come back, because they do have delicious food.3 stars for that, lose 2 stars for not having crabs.

A nice location in Dubai mall with view of the aquarium. Nice ambiance with pictures and slogans. Well arranged seating in middle and sofas in semi cubicles along the walls.We had decided to have a bucket of Alaskan King crabs but that was not available and hence decided on dungeons crabs, lobsters, prawns and fish. The food quantity and quality was great and we enjoyed our sea food spreads.We were helped in deboning the crabs as we weren’t experienced to do this in the professional way.

Love this place, the aquarium right next to it give a very pleasant dinning experience

Tried Lobster for the first time and it was delish! Sadly they didnt have crab that day. The 🦀 didnt make it to Dubai that week 😄 Better to call up before you go

This place is awesome..just right behind the aquarium..it goves a beautiful view. The food is awesome as always and the staffs are friendly. Waiting to visit soon again.

The food was oily and tasteless, the fish had a weird texture and for sure no salt pepper added!! I have mentioned to the waitress who brought my check the above and she totally ignored and even didn’t apologize or show empathy !! And above all that, it’s overpriced!!!

Joes Crab Shack at the Dubai Mall is located in the 1st level behind the Dubai Mall Aquarium.The food was very delicious especially the soup that we order- seafood cream soup. The seafood pasta was very good, while the steak was tasty as well, however, the steak portion was very small and the shrimps in the skewers were also very tiny unlike the shrimps that was in the salad and pasta which was bigger.The Filipina server was accomodating and Friendly.They adhere to COVID19 precautionary measures eventhough it was very busy Friday.

We are so fortunate to have this place just a few minutes drive away from office.First visit here a week ago. This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide meal list. Food was freshly cooked and flavorful. Will definitely go back soon! This is memorable to me because this is my send off party of my first company here in Dubai. Thank you for the food and fantastic service! Cheers to the Team! 🙏

Wonderful and beautiful sea for experience to be witnessed here. Has a wide range of sea food and drinks to choose from with wonderful customer service to make your experience a memorable one. Had a good time with the family here and will by all means visit again.

We ordered Reel big Catch, Grilled Tenderloin and Lobster, two steampots: joe’s classic and ragin’cajun. Overall the food was great but quite expensive. The upside was it’s on entertainer for main courses. Very accommodating staff specially Sherry. The location is very nice (just behind the aquariumand perfect for casual dine-in.I love how they customize the aprons and put some catchy titles on it.

I love Joes Crab Shac - highly recommended. From the friendly staff, to the amazing food, to the sneak peak of the aquarium next to them. The whole experience is positive.Tip: youll save a lot of money if you use the app Entertainer (2-for-1 offerand get the buckets and the pots. I personally prefer ragin cajun and the cajun sauce in general.

First time trying this place out and I have to say the service was great. The waiter explained the dishes really well and we ordered as per his recommendation. The food was really nice and good size portion. Lovely location as you can see the aquarium right across, overall worth trying out.

First time to try it in Dubai Mall. Food are huge portion (And i mean Bbbiiigggyou can see it in the photo. My dish (redfish with lobsteris actually good. The fish shrimp and chips is humongous, its good specially the shrimps wrapped with bacon. Its quite pricey but considering the portion its good for 2 people and having entertainer, its actually worth the price. customer service is great. Restaurant interior is amazing, very trendy.

Totally delicious food and helpful staff as well as a stunning front row seat to the incredible array of sea life living opposite Joes in the Aquarium. Portions are a good size and you wont be disappointed with anything you choose from their varied menu. Mervhandise is also available on site. We had a wide selection from the menu and it was all wonderful. They are also happy to let you add or take things away from any dish - very accommodating. A fabulous choice with quick and happy service.

Love this restaurant , American franchise..seafood menu, very delicious, relaxing atmosphere next to the aquarium..they have kids menu.

Best crab haunt in Dubai... Long time favourite and the seating by the Aquarium just puts the icing on the crab so to speak.Service is usually excellent, and very friendly. They will even crack open your crabs for you if you ask nicely.Top tip: take the crab shears home 😉

One of the best sea food restaurants that serve king crab. The french fries was good too.

Its ok, big portions and friendly staff, but worries you why is it always so empty. I asked for bowl of vegetables instead of mc&cheese bowl in my combo plate and I never received it it was only the ones they come with. The waiter was so quiet as every time she spoke I had to ask again for everything she said. Overall good

It was an amazing experience. We had our own share of dishes. I had the Bairdis crab which is definitely seasonal. The meat is easy to pull off from the shell. I had the 2nd most spicy sauce, Cajun-something. The waitor, Rhenzel, was an outstanding gentleman that served us. He made our 1st-time coming into Joes Crab shack, a memorable one indeed!

Always delicious. One of my favourite restaurants in Dubai. Lobster burger is delicious and the crab dip starter is amazing.

The place and food was ok. The staff were good and offered good service such as opening crab for the kids. Overall I didnt think the quality or taste was up there. We had a couple of different lobster dishes which was just ok. Nice seating location to see the aquarium from behind and relatively quiet when we went for lunch.

The food is really good, well cooked with a variety of flavours. The staff are very friendly, the restaurant has a nice ambience although their other branch in Festival City has a Much nicer outdoor seating and view.Prices are more on the expensive side but considering its lobster, shrimp, crab and seafood.. its acceptable.

We went there over the weekend. The restaurant is located behind the aquarium on first level.Nice decor. We ordered stakes and juices. Everything was perfect, the steaks were juicy and the juices fresh.The only missing was part was sauces. Would recommend that the restaurant provide some option for complimentary sauces aswell.Buy 1 get 1 free - Main course voucher available on Entertainer!!!!

One of the few places that serves “King Crab” and in case you don’t know what’s that, it is this huge crab!Overall it is a nice experience, if you are a first timer you are going to enjoy this experience and you might need some help in eating.This place has a wonderful atmosphere and it has a decent view to the aquarium. I loved how they have two sinks in the middle of the place. The draft are super friendly and great, ours was Sarah.

Our go-to place whenever we crave for a satisfying meal of seafood, especially king crabs! Yum!

Very good food! We didnt have a lot of time but were very hungry and ordered 2 buckets with crabs. We didnt think of the time it would take to open them up, but without asking the waiter offered us to open them up for us while we were eating. This was great and we had fun with the waiter. Would recommend this place to any seafood lover!

Well this was the first time. I like what they had to offer something different. The cabs pots were good. Wouldnt say over the blue but good. Will give it a few more tests and if it is still the same.. the staff were amazing, we have a chap names Manish very smart and good.. you also have a nice view of the aquarium.
