Make sure they give you a receipt. Price for a small Karlovačko at a table: 44kn. Walked up to the bar later and ordered the same thing and was charged more.

Very bad customer service, reasonable food and expensive price. Its well worth going to the beach, but take your snack from home.

Service was fine, music a bit loud but food and drink was lovely and came promptly though chips were a bit on the cold side. renting a bed is 190 kuna. Recommend.

Today we went to Joes Beach Lounge and Bar which is so worth a visit as it’s stunning. Boris out waiter was amazing and really good at his job.The only downside is the toilets which were disgusting! The ladies toilets have two cubicles one had a missing toilet seat and the door didn’t lock, the other was ok bout both very dirty like they hadn’t been clean in days with over flowing bins…Sadly this does let the beautiful place down.

We arrived as a family to install an elderly lady with a walking stick on the sun lounger because she needed shade. And the very arrogant "manager" came to kick us out because (at least they pay back the moneythe family surrounded the sun lounger. The lady could not sit down and they did not allow her to stay. very bad service, discriminatory and the manager very rude. I dont even wait for all of us to go to our places, I just kick us out.

I didn’t even have a chance to order, so I cannot comment on neither on food, nor on the drinks, but I can say that the service is one of the worst.I went to the bar, waited for a few minutes, but since no one even noticed us, I had to look around and ask where to order. The answer I received was negative - they refused to accept my order as I simply wanted to enjoy some drinks on the beach, and their politics don’t allow drinks outside of the bar. The problem was the waiter’s attitude - he was very impolite and arrogant!

Nice place with some proper house music and good food. I really liked the fish and chips. The fish seemed really fresh. A bit pricey but what do you expect from a beach bar?

Rude staff, total rip off. Bring a lot of cash because minimum spend is 500kuna just to pay with card. Sun beds are 190kuna per bed. (Most expensive we’ve seen). Beach is very nice but bring your own drinks.

Amazing location, however staff is lacking attentiveness and motivation. Food is average. Happy to pay the price, but expecting quality and service in return, especially in Croatia where both is usually top.Card only accepted from 500kn+, wouldbe great if communicated somehow from the beginning then telling guests use the ATMYou got the location and a Monopol, live up to it ;)

Average food with horrible service. On top of it being overpriced we were made to use an atm to get cash out because they only take card if you spend 500 Kuna even though our bill was 458 Kuna. Could be a really good business given the location if only it was run properly.

The food is pretty bad and not fresh, the staff was very very rude to us and stated no one else ever complains about the food. Also only cash payments are accepted, unless you order for over 500 per order/drink (opening an account for the day was not possible, even though we rented beds).

Joes Beach Bar is located at the Kasjuni Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Split! You can park for free.The bar has incredibly good vibe, music, food and places to rent and lay down.

Great spot - there are two beach bars on the beach and this is the one on the end. A lot quieter and more secluded. Staff are really friendly and come around often to check in on you if you need drinks or food. You can also sit at the bar for food if you like or use the small table to eat at the beach chair.Nice cocktails, reasonably priced compared to some of the other beach bars in Split. Had a great time.

Croatia and the Croatian people are very pleasant and accommodating; however, our experience at Joe’s Beach Club was on the more unpleasant side of our experience in Croatia.Keeping it simple, the staff were un-accommodating to the point of being unpleasant.The beach is nice enough and the chairs and umbrellas were comfortable and large.Been to many beach clubs in Europe and the Americas and unfortunately I had to extend a 2-star rating given the comparables.

When you get there early you can get a nice sunbed, 190kn per person, only cash. ATM at the restaurant. You can order drinks and food at your place, can pay with card when you reach 500kn

We went to the second Joe’s beach bar further on the beach. The location is indeed top, yet the overpriced food which is way below average leaves a lot to wish for (soggy french fries, basic salad). It’s very unfair to price this much for the quality of food they serve.

Poor service, waiters walk by and dont even try to help. Forgot something over there and came back within an hour ans they said they found nothing. The beach was good but this bar is awful. Dont go there.

Very unfriendly waiters. Always had to go to the bar myself to order because there never was somebody on the beach and even there no “thanks” or anything, just lackadaisical faces..So disappointing, the beach would be quite nice..

Bit expensive but loved the strawberry daiquiri! Very quick service considering how busy it was.

The food is not that good, however, the worst thing is that when you want to pay by card after having eaten, they warn you that if your bill is not at least 500 kunas high, you must pay in cash.When we complained about the fact of not having told us that before ordering, the waiter told us that it is normal to spend at least or more than 500 kunas at such a beach restaurant. 🤦🏻‍♂️It was very annoying and since we had no cash, we had to inflate the bill to 500. I would never go back because I consider it as a real abuse.

Pretentious place for people that want to show off and pay a high price for nothing exceptional. Some tables are "reserved" all day long for no apparent reason. Slogan is "squeeze as much you can from the tourist". The service itself was fine, but due to lack of competition staff cannot manage with many orders

Pros: The only beach with sunbeds.Cons: Extremely inpatient waiting staff, rude and inattentive. Tried to order food/drinks via the QR code on the table as instructed. The QR codes do not work. Asked a waiting staff near the bar if we could order a drink was told “I’m not your side for ordering”.1 sunbed is 190 Kuna. Roughly £25.

800kn for a sunbed(they just ordered them from wish for a 100kn maxis a joke, is it not enough to buy a drink there ? Everytime you want something you have to pay crazy amount of money, what actually has to be free. Thieves,robbers,scammers in law. They are just using the opportunity to rob people. Not reccomending!

Nice bar located at a beautiful family-friendly pebble beach. Fish & chips and burgers were also great. It is good to note that parking is free and it can get extremely busy. Cabanas can be rented at kn 800 but need to be booked it in advance. Cash only (they also have an atm machine inside the bar).

Lovely location and decent service. Come after 6pm if you want a free sun lounger, but you must order drinks. Also would suggest getting something waterproof for your feet as the pebbles are rather sharp.

Fantastic location, lovely beach, staff are great, also food and service, I didn’t give them five stars because of the music, for such beautiful beach lounge is a shame not to have good music, and some of it should be Croatian I suggest, else it’s worth it.

Cosy place where you get served at the beach zone. The music matches the event (electro music). Prices are ok Id say. It would be great to have a sand beach but the experience is worth it. Ill definitely come back

A must go while one is visiting split. Not only it’s a beautiful place to go for a relaxing day, but also the staff are great. Boris took care of us on the day and he really went above and beyond to make sure we have a great day.

Paid 380kn for 4 sunbeds which is quite expensive but was nice to not to have to lie on the pebbles. Definitely negotiate on the price as we were initially quoted 190kn per sunbed. Bring your own snacks and drinks 😉

We rented the chairs and umbrellas there, they are very comfortable but expensive. The worst part it’s that you can’t move the chairs at all which means that if your chair isn’t under the shade you can’t do anything about it, even though you paid a lot of money for the chaise and umbrellas. The food it’s ok and the drinks too. The beach it’s beautiful and crowded during the summer.

Food average, drinks overpriced, staff rude and requested that we tip them. Seemed very unwilling to help with local information too. Could really do with learning some manners!

Good vibe, views and next to beach.Go here for to enjoy a nice sunny day. They have lot for drink options cocktails, beer and spirits. Joes bar is at the beach with sunbed, umbrella and beach bed. Sunbed is for 190 kunas.We had burger and wings. Chef made burger as if he was bad day and did not want to cook. So chef grabbed buns(not the soft onethrow some mayo and tasteless beef patty with tomato and lettuce. This is really a great spot for drinks and chilling.

Fantastic service, super good vibes. Right on the beach front.11 of us and cabanas came with a minimum spend (some other beach clubs you pay for cabanas then anything else you pay in top).Food was lovely and plenty of options.Highly recommend!

Joes Beach Bar is located at the Kasjuni Beach, one of the most beautiful in the neighborhood! You can park next to the bar for free.The bar has incredibly good house music and this was for me a very strong benefit.Staff was not the friendliest though. The menu is huge and the menu is highly overpriced. Charging nearly 4€ for a simple imported Coca Cola is a bridge too far.

While we were sunbathing, they distrurbed us constantely with putting sunbathing chairs ALL OVER THE BEACH while they had 0 clients!!!!Disrespectful, and they just laugh in your face.

I dont know what happened with last 2 negative reviews but we ordered 2 club sandwich. It is more expensive due to the location but was tasty and certainly with fries included. Staff was very kind and maybe we were lucky with the chef in that day. Food took 5 mts only to be served.

Amazing time here. Good vibes, nice staff and clean sea water. A little crowded but it adds to the atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

This place has two separate bars along the beach, the first one had really nice staff and good service. However the second one further down the beach gave us the worst experience on our vacation. The man who served us was an older man and he was extremely rude, we asked for new clean cutlery since we got super dirty ones all three of us and he threw new ones at the table that he didn’t check and they were dirty as well, the same problem with the glasses and the box we got our burgers in still has food and sauce left which was dried in. On our two visits we had to ask for new items since everything was dirty, and revived new dirty items.It’s unfortunate we were treated this way by this man, since it ruins our experience of this beautiful place. When we told him that we are disappointed he just answers “well it’s high season so not my problem”This is pictures of the box we got our food served in.

Worst beach bar ever , really bad food was served to me, I ordered some avocado salad, portions were low for 75 kruna which. Is 11 euros.

Food was alright, milkshake was quite poor, as it was very watery, they put ice cubes in it which doesnt help with the taste. The beds were nice but its stupid you need to pay money to use the beach shower. Beach was beautiful though.

Fabulous beach. Food and drinks from Joes are a little pricey as is the beach lounger hire rate. Saying that, you should splurge and stay for a long day. Loungers very comfortable and waiter service from the bar.

Great beach bar atmosphere with a nice swimming area, chairs and umbrellas for rent. The only negative point is that the beach is very rocky, so you should bring a yoga mat or plan to rent a chair. Food and drinks are standard bar fare and the prices are reasonable.

Its a great place. The drinks and food is quite nice and you would love the ambience here. Spend a good amount of time here and it grows into you.

Perfect place to relax, drink and chill on the beach. There are two bars approximately 150, one on the each side of beach. One bar is always full of waiters, but in another one you are waiting 15 minutes to be served. If there is huge crowd they can see you, but if you come in pair or alone waiter usually don’t see you. There are couple of workers who are really polite and nice. Also there is one women(manager/head of this barwho is just going around in the bar and doing nothing while guests are waiting for waiters who obviously have huge amount of work. Sad na jezicima Balkana: odlican bar za kulirati j uzivati, za neke balkanske prilike pomalo i poskupo ali uz odlican ambije t i plazu to se moze i preboliti 😀 medjutim ako dodjete i sjedete u ovaj bar samo na drugom kraju plaze nacekacete se za uslugu. Ocito je da trebaju cise konobara. Neke krivom neke ne. Neki su veoma ljubazni a neki ne znam ni sta su. Da, i ima jedna gospodjica koja glumi manekenku ili neku hostesu ili menadzericu. Seta. Tipka po mobitelu a ne bi joj palo na pamet da pridje stolu i da bar primi narudzbu. Hvala 😁
