Jinx Food Truck in Gothenburg

Were reaching critical mass in the amount of bao places everywhere. But I think this one was the best Ive had so far.Braised pork belly, hoisin, pickled cucumber, kimchi, soy mayo, roasted peanuts, coriander.Melt-in-the-mouth pork with salty rich mayo, fresh hits of herb, piquant pickle and spicy umami kimchi.

If you are walking around Goteborg, take a detour to stop by Kinx Food Truck for a great street food bit. Great boa buns!

Their pork buns are amazing but very messy. Super soft and tender and juicy. Dont get their thaicos though, not worth it

Absolutely fantastic! Pork bun is a star. Dont take a mix, get 2 pork pieces and enjoy!!

Good food and fast service. We didnt get any cutlery and the food contained a bit too much cilantro. Despite that, it was an overall quite pleasant experience.

Tried all three choices on the menu (Thai taco, pork bun and deep fried tofu bun). My favorite is definitely the pork bun with crispy edges and perfect amount of veggies and sauce. The deep fried tofu was also good but the flavor of the tofu could be improved by marinating it first perhaps. Thai taco was a bit too salty but love the celery and coriander combination.

I tried both the pork bao buns and the Thaico. They were just fantastic. So much flavour

Too expensive for what you get, specially if you order to deliver at home since they increase the price of everything a lot. Besides that, the pommes were ultra salty and we couldn’t finish them. Sorry but won’t try again.

Absolutely top notch, the vegan buns are so tasty I could eat them everyday. The chefs are nice and fun and serve you in no time. As a bonus they also also serves a few craft brews.

Amazing Pork belly and tofu Bao. Three serving is a good size. If you want just a snack I recommend to only get two. Friendly service and lots of outside seating.

Great food, but questionable value proposition. For 100 sek 3 tiny pieces of pork "tacos". Great pork mind me, but one could ask if it worth it.

Excellent spot. The best food I had in Gothenburg and probably this year. Pork belly melts in your mouth, slightly on the fatty side. Deep fried tofu also equally good. Garnishes very well. An absolute must if visiting.

Really fine place to have a lunch.There are many tables and benches nearby. Very friendly staff also.The food is delicious and affordable. We recommend the thaicos with fresh coriander.

Best food I had in a long time. Pork buns are amazing. Soft steamed buns and succulent pork belly. Topped of with a lot of cilantro. Personnel are super nice and helpful. There are picknick tables as well. Must eat in Gothenburg!

Heard good things about this place and decided to check it out. People were out queuing in the pouring rain and now I understand why. Their Pork Buns were absolutely amazing and I cant wait to go back.

Probably the best food truck in Gothenburg. They seems to have found that perfect art of cooking pork bites :Usually there is a queue during lunch. Its advisable to buy the larger portion which gives 3 pork buns instead of 2 if you order a regular portion. Those pork buns are the bomb man! Seriously, it just melts in your mouth with the sauce dripping all over...

Amazing porkbuns, we regularly travel across town to have them for lunch!The cue can be a tad long, but they usually serve up quick so its rarely an issue.Absolutely love this place I would recommend anyone to go there.

This place is doing everything right. The food is outstanding. We had the pork buns and the vegan buns and would have them again every day! The service is unique, memorable and just plain fun. Such a friendly bunch. I would seriously go back to Gothenburg just for this food truck!

This is probably one of my favorite places to eat at in Gothenburg. The food truck is in a cozy area and the staff is super friendly! But most important of all the food is absolutely amazing! The Purk Buns are probably my favorite.

Good but not worth for all that hype it has gotten. Something different though and worth for a try. You might like it more than me.

UNBELIEVABLE. Let’s break this down:- Food: Had a pork bun and wow... the meat was very tender, the peanut sauce was the perfect dressing and the pickles were the right amount of freshness. Without a doubt the best bao I’ve ever had. Amazing.- Service: The food was done very fast and the lady was friendly.- Atmosphere: The food truck is located in a square with several benches. Luckily it was sunny when we ate, so there were many people and it was a summer-like atmosphere.Alex&Emi

"Bastardised asian street food", Jinx delivers bao buns and an asian take on tacos at a beautiful location. Everything is well cooked and delicious, service quick and friendly. Bit pricey, but not more then what is to be expected.

The vegan tacos were amazing, as was the ginger lemonade (which had free refills). The only downsize is that the seating is outdoors, and it is hard to enjoy the meal when the weather is bad.

Pork bun tastes quite nice, and I like the fat of the pork. The two buns are really tiny though. Overall, I found it over-priced for quality/quantity ratio. Nice to try once, of course when weather is nice....
