Order took 5 plus hours to arrive and when it finally arrived half of it was missing. The driver called her manager and I was told I would be refunded. Its been 2 weeks and still no refund. I have called the store nearly every day and the manager is never in. Gonna keep trying, but I will never get jimmy Johns ever again .
Foods always good when I get it, but they are so short staffed it often takes 4-5 hours to receive my order. I typically order at 10:00am to make sure it comes by dinnertime.
Ordered my sandwich at 8:36. It is now 11:12 and I still haven’t received my order.
I placed my order round 10pm on 10/23/22 it is now 155am on 10/24/22 I have called 3 time and EVERYTIME I ask what’s the eta with out hesitation it’s on its was I didn’t get a notification till 11:18pm that it was finally out for delivery I’m sorry but 5 hours 5 dam hours and still no food lol like I have never had such horrible delivery and customer service from this location the over night employees are rude and don’t even give u a chance to speak on the phone smh so far still not here I called at 155am and said he just called and said he has 3 left so and my residence it’s literally .5 miles away lol like if it was gonna take this long I would have just walked and got it or ordered do dough lol like at least with some dough they straight up tell u if it gonna be a few hours DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!! O And on Saturdayi seen 2 employees taking turns smoking a blunt in a door way next to the business so this my be why food takes so long to get to you 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
Waited almost 4 hours for food. Called twice and was told it was on the way, but when I called the 3rd time, they said it wasnt in the roster
i just got the most burnt wheat bread of my life. black, hard crust and everything. and i know it cant possibly be stale, but it feels like it is. what the heck happened lol
Do not get food from here it is not worth the trouble. I ordered a delivery, after waiting an hour I finally called the place to see what was going on. I was told that the delivery driver left for the day and that I would have to pick it up. This would have been fine if I was notified of this before waiting an hour for my food. I was refunded the delivery fee and tip. But upon picking up the food there was an employee screaming at a customer to get out, this lasted 10 minutes. Finally when they got around to servicing me the other employee working there met me with hostility and plain rudeness. ( I have never left a negative review for a place, usually it’s not worth the trouble. But I will never be getting food from this location again and you shouldn’t either, go to the location in Suncrest)
Ordered food, took almost 2 hours so we canceled before we received it and still have not been refunded this was over a week and a half ago, after being hung up on by the "manager"on duty and being told they cant help me get my refund if I could rate this 0 stars I would, update 3 weeks later still no refund reported to BBB . Hopefully this shoddy company get their act together this is solely a review for the high street location!
They must be used to just serving drunk people who don’t even know what they’re eating. Ordered two giant Lulus both with add on hot peppers. Neither had hot peppers, both were made wrong. One was literally just turkey and lettuce. Neither cut in half. Not busy - we were the only people in there and no other sandwiches were being made.Something…iced tea maybe had spilled all over the floor. A lake of liquid. No one mopped it up. They just put a wet floor sign up and left it. This despite there being four employees on site and only two were doing anything remotely productive.
Waited over an hour tried contacting the store nobody would answer the other store tried to contact them all day with no response how is the establishment still open on high street
Delivery is exceptionally slow, but the food tastes good. Go in person and youll get a good sandwich. Order delivery and youll have eaten something else by the time it arrives.
Ordered two sandwiches online for delivery. Waited over two hours for the food to arrive. When the food finally arrived it was the wrong order.

I usually have great service with delivery from this store however the past THREE times i’ve placed an order for deliver fromthe JJ on Highstreet i’ve had to cancel. I’ve had to cancel because it took hours. I placed an order tonight at 8:40, I called an hour later to check on it and was told there was only one delivery driver which I completely understand because times are rough. After almost 2 hours, I call again and i’m told “it was left at your door” when in fact it was not left at my door. Once again, I had to have my order cancelled and refunded. I notified corporate of the last two bad experiences and nothing was done. I now know to not place delivery orders ever.
Food is good, but due to not having enough staff, deliveries often take forever or never come. Twice we ordered on the and after waiting an hour, we called and they said they werent making deliveries because they were short staffed. They didnt call to tell us. Typically, if you go there, its pretty fast and the food is good.
Tony and I had dinner from Jimmy Johns on High Street in Morgantown. We went down to High Street to see the Cruise In Car Show and they were gorgeous 🤩🤩 then we dashed into Gibbies for a Cool off Cool Down drink and I told him to stay put while I run into Jimmy Johns. Of course I used my reward program for points....free Chips next order... yippee 😁I ordered a giant size Italian for us to share...it was too big for us! My half I ended up only eating half of it....it was extremely good. Highly recommend and definitely will eat here again. Definitely use those points!!!
Has gone downhill recently although order is always correct and on time delivery. We order up to 10 meals on line use to write names on each sandwich and follow instructions "cut in half" include napkins now this doesnt happen it was quite helpful when to us the way it was do e.
Food is fine, what youd expect from a Jimmy Johns, delivery was fine for the most part, had one bad experience where food was very late though, and mixed up order. They did correct it though, and let me keep the extra sandwiches, so I cant be too mad.
Put mayo on my bootlegger the first time. They made it right tho. Best bread in the game.
Shame on me for not reading the reviews before placing my order. Do not order delivery from this location unless you want to be like every other review: waiting at least double the amount of time promised with no idea where your order is. 1st time, shame on me. Ill never order from this branch again.... For the sake of the branch employees, I hope new ownership is in the horizon.

Ordered, waited an hour and no movement so I called to cancel and was hung up on. This is the second time its been a ridiculous wait, last time I canceled at a 2 hour wait, so this time I decided to cut my losses early. I probably wont be trying again.

Jimmy Johns is generally great if you need to grab something to eat and quickly. This location, however, consistently fails to live up to the companys "Freaky Fast" slogan. They earned this one star review not for being tasty and Freaky Fast but mind-boggling, [expletive] slow.
We waited from 1:30 am to 4 am for our order and called a few times just to check on the order, and the girl was very rude each time and told us she “hadn’t seen her driver” which was a bold faced lie. We ordered on doordash and planned to give a nice cash tip to the driver since we are a bit out of the way and they said the order was completed at 2:30 am, which it never was. I’m not sure if they just decided to say this since there wasn’t a tip on the original doordash order, or what happened but the 3 times we called the girl said she “had no idea” when or if our order would be delivered. If it was never going to be delivered, we should have been told this from the get go so we could have canceled and ordered elsewhere. If you are so busy that you can’t fulfill your orders within 2 and a half hours, then you should probably take yourself off doordash and hire some more people. Experience was absolutely ridiculous and this is not the first time it’s happened. Honestly needs closed down or all new employees. Absolutely pathetic
Waited almost 2 hours for my order that wasn’t able to be tracked. Had to call the store 5 times before they would even answer to cancel the order. Refund of course won’t show up until Monday or Tuesday and now I have to order dinner from some where else with wait times of a minimum of an hour 🙃 don’t waste your time here unless you are going there in person.Note: I live 10 minutes max from the store and called an hour after I order to check in. To which they said they were just waiting on a driver and it would be delivered shortly.
ordered 3 Turkey toms at 12am to be delivered to a hotel less than 400 feet from them. Drunk and hungry. no word by 2am. We call. “It’ll be there”. They didn’t even ask us our order number or name. Devastated. We never cancelled our order but never received it. Crying in the club
This is the worst Jimmy Johns experience. I ordered 2 hours ago and I have not received any except attitude from these employees. Every time I called politely asking where my food was, they told me “the delivery driver has it” but employees never asked me what my name was or the order number or ANYTHING. They are nasty and disgusting. I genuinely do not recommend ordering from this place, it is the worst Jimmy Johns establishment and they are extremely rude to clientele that is literally handing them money. Buy from the Lotsa Pizza or honestly? Anywhere else. They will treat you like actual humans instead of the way these people treat you. If I could give a 0, I would.
Ordered delivery through the app and after 2.5 hours said it was delivered yet after 4 Im still waiting
Normally I’m very happy to have some Jimmy John’s when the craving takes me, but we’ve waited for two hours with no update on our order. After calling we were told the store was waiting on the driver to return, but I could have personally gone in, ordered and been on my way in this amount of time. When ordering it’s kind of expected to have a fast delivery since that’s basically the slogan. I’m highly disappointed and will never order delivery again. Might as well cancel and go somewhere else with the wait time.I sympathize along the lines of food service being stressful, but if I wanted to wait this long I would have ordered from a sit-down restaurant on GrubHub :/
3 hr wait for my sandwich to be delivered... I ordered while at work ( 353 ft away from the storeafter calling the store for 2 hrs on repeat. I got hung up on twice w/o A greeting. Finally had to lock the doors where I work to pick up my order. A simple answer of the phone explaining that the store is busy and that they were doing their best to complete the order wouldve gone a long way.Ps I shouldve learned from the last time. Canceled after 4 hrs 😪
Sub was soggy like it was made and lets sit before it was delivered. Took over an hour an a half to deliver. Food was not prepared to order request. Very unprofessional an very displeased with Jimmy Johns service. As far as customer satisfaction. Costumers complaints arent being addressed an or taken care of or handled in a professional manner. In my opinion whoever is running the store needs some looking at. Also this isnt the first time this has happened.
Second time ordering in the last few months and both experiences have sucked. I waited close to three hours for my order a few months ago and after calling I was told the driver got a flat tire. Now this time after waiting for 2 hours and calling I asked for a refund and was told they are down to one driver because the other was in a car accident. 😑 I hate to feel this way but due to all the awful reviews about the delivery service, I truly wonder if someone was involved in an accident. This seems to be an all the time thing.
yall keep putting mayonnaise on my sandwich that doesnt come with mayo on it. i dont get it. i waited 2 hours for my order and didnt get it until AFTER the restaurant closed and yall made my food inedible AGAIN!
I placed an order at 6:48pm, its now 8pm. Called the store 35 minutes ago and they said that the order was out for delivery. Called again just now and they repeated that it was out for delivery. Asked if they could tell me how much longer it would be, the guy on the phone said he had no way to tell.So much for "freaky fast, freaky fresh".....
4 attempts in 6 months to get a sandwich with zero success. Orders sit pending for hours. This last attempt is the final straw. Girl on the phone lied to me and swore my food was out for delivery. I asked how she knew that since she didn’t ask for any identifying information. The story then changed to “oh your sandwich hasn’t been made yet.” Lesson learned from previous experiences I just told her to cancel at the thirty minute mark. Get it together.
Needs to start paying drivers more to incentivize finishing deliveries. When my order isn’t taking 3 hours to get here it’s being cancelled an hour after ordering.
More like freaky slow. Took an hour to get my delivery(1 sandwich). 30 seconds to a min to make the sandwich and a 5 min delivery range. It just dont add up to a 1 hour delivery.
A bit busy....but my friend enjoyed the sandwich I got her and I ate a 🍪.....it was so yummy(the cookie)it was like I had never had a cookie before!!!!!!
Waited almost two hours for our delivery, received a notification stating it was delivered but it was nowhere to be found. The employee working called the driver to resolve the issue, but their phone was apparently dead. The employee was kind enough to refund us at least, but can’t say we will be ordering here again anytime soon.
Been 2-3 hours on deliveries for months now and I live 3/4 mile away. Some orders never get delivered, and usually I can get the order sent out the next night. Tried that today because my order was never delivered last night and the employee refused to believe that the order wasn’t delivered. Said “they can’t be giving out free food” when I placed and paid for the order and never received it.
They won’t confirm my order being delivered and they won’t answer my calls. It’s been 2 hours since I placed my order. & the other location has no way of helping me contact them. One store is incredibly rude and the other won’t even answer the phone. I would like a refund as soon as possible.
I work midnight shift at a hotel which I can’t leave and go get food this is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from them food is good but the delivery is horrible even when it’s not 3am in the morning.. I ordered today at 2:50am the app said my food was out for delivery at 3:09am it’s now 4:17am I thought the catchphrase was freaky fast well there’s nothing fast about the delivery people. Also mind you my work is not far from the restaurant
Decided to give it a try and order and I never received my order. I tried calling the store quite a few times along with doordash support and they had the phone off of the line. Won’t be trying again.
My go to late night food! This particular location is the best Jimmy Johns I have every been too. They are always so friendly and freaky fast!
I am deeply sadend with the service that was provided tonight. I waited over an hour for a sandwich that is supposed to be “freaky fast”. I got the opposite. If this going to Jimmy John’s catch phrase they should stick by it. Very disappointed
I eat here often due to the close proximity and never once have I had a bad experience and theyve never messed up a sandwich order even when theyre packed. Great staff and customer support. I highly recommend this location and I dont usually comment on chain stores. The staff here makes it excellent!
Ordered at 12:30 was told there was a 45 min wait, which I know its advertised that after 45 min its free, but still I expected to pay for the food since I was given a heads up. Called back an hour later & the same girl said the order was with a driver & would be here soon. Another hour passed & the driver has yet to show, the 3rd time I called was 2 hours after ordering & I was told exactly the same bs by the exact same person. 2+ hours for 4 sandwiches is ridiculous & I have yet to get my order.
They need to keep a close eye on slicing different subs with clean knives, because I ordered the ultimate porker without mayo and tomatoes... very plain and simple that does not require Italian dressing yet, thats most of what I tasted. Especially when Im a very picky eater and dont like any salad dressings at all, I could taste it with every bite..It made me sick and I had to throw it away
