This place used to make awesome sandwiches but now that they are only open TWO hours a day they rush your order and dont care anymore. The last the three times Ive been there my entire order has been completely wrong. In this time when restaurants are competing to stay in business I will definitely be spending my money someplace that actually appreciates my money enough to make my sandwich correctly. DONE WITH THIS JIMMY JOHNS!!! It’s a shame how franchises go right down the drain when they come to Houma.

Employees dont all know company policies. Was informed at the window I could come inside for a refill then instructed when I entered to do so I couldnt but I could buy another cup.Furthermore every other restaurant I visit in town will provide a cup to get a refill or will get a refill for you during this endemic. Enjoy their food but will no longer give this establishment business.The weeks prior to this incident I was told refills couldnt be handed out through the window due to health board and the lobby was closed by company policy or I could come in to get one.The costs of refills are factored into the costs of a beverage and this in most cases makes up for the $2 for a drink being told Id have to send another $2 for a ten cent cup and 5 cents worth of tea when every other restaurant for which Im a patron. I came here so often before the pandemic started that the majority of the time the person greeting me either in store or in the drive thru knew my order.

I wanted a tuna sandwich and didnt really have too many places to choose from. I ordered from my iPhone app and as soon as I hit "submit order", there was a knock at my door. I answered with my phone still in my hand and the very nice delivery driver said "please sign the top copy".When they say "freaky fast" they are not freaking lying.

It is ok. But they dont have much of a variety of choices to put on you sandwich. Also they do not toast or warm you sandwich you get it really cold.

Great sandwich,, but way to much olive oil on it.. it was dripping off....

I feed my kids here every Tuesday spending a good bit of money. I use to get good service and my kids love the food. But I will assume they are under new management because today and last week the service has been lacking. Our sandwiches also havent been correct . I hate to leave I come here for your service not the prices and I definitely havent got my moneys worth the last two weeks. Simple turkey tom sandwich add cucumber. After I get home to feed the kids I have one slice of turkey and enough lettuce to make a salad. Sorry but I have to leave .

The people who work there take great pride in their work. They have the freshest ingredients, are fast sandwich artists, and have the best tuna salad! Everyone is always so nice also!!😉

Great Service, awesome Host at time of arrival and during my meal was asked if everythings great ! Very clean and comfortable enviroment. Staff is very rewarding and smiles are everywhere.Thank you for an inviting Lunch on the Eclipse Monday.

First time and loved everything about it!

I ordered a turkey lettuce wrap, add bacon on Sunday, 8/20/17 around 3:30pm. The lady who answered seem rude and pushy. I have never had jimmy johns, so I had questions on what a turkey tmo was. Anywho, I pulled in and saw they had a drivethru.. which was amazing because my baby just had fell asleep & I had grocerys in the car. Well I pull to the window to wait a few moments and a younger guy with glasses comes to the window. I politely asked him if i could please get my order through the window because of baby & grocerys. His response was "no maam, itd be faster if you came inside" and closed the window. So I did.. but when I got home to this "lettuce wrap", it looked like they put all the ingredients in the paper and folded it to look pretty. With more mayo than anything. Mind you, I paid 7.28 for this "wrap". First and last time jimmys customer.Also, I work at courtyard Marriott of houma. We order often from jimmy johns, will be letting my general manager know of this.

Fast and delicious. Server recommended a heartier, fuller sandwich based on what I originally wanted. For the folks who dont eat bread: the lettuce wrap option is so good. You dont feel like youre missing out.

Not very good.

Would prefer hot subs but theyre decent. Price is higher than Id like for what Im getting and Ive yet to be able to find any napkins at this place?! Not sure where or why theyre hiding the napkins...

I got delivery here this week; I ordered at 11:30. The order did not get here until 2:30, so it was almost three hours late. "Freaky Fast"? Hm. Since it was so late I had to grab something else for lunch, and saved the sandwich for the next day. Opened it the next day (I ordered the Beach Club), and there was NO meat, NO avocado, just cucumbers, mayo, and lettuce! Im baffled that anyone could actually make this sandwich and not think, "Oh wow, something is wrong here". This was my first time trying Jimmy Johns and it will also be my last. Ive never seen this level of incompetence, and Ive been to a large number of restaurants.

I also had a "scheduled lunch" with a previous reviewer. Our food was supposed to arrive in 20 minutes and it showed up 2 hours later. Luckily I had snacks in my office to eat. I will never give this place another penny!What a joke, freaky fast.............

Placed an order over the phone for delivery. But received the wrong order when it arrived. The driver immediately took the sandwich back with no problem as I was calling the store to let them know the order was incorrect. They remade my sandwich and delivered it all within a 15 minute time frame!Everyone was super nice and very apologetic! Awesome customer service!

Its alright. I rather subway thru. Seems to be more cater towards health food nuts. But I havent had a bad experience.

I get sammiches from this places a few times a week, my favorite is the Italian night club on wheat bread. Staff is friendly and honestly mostly pretty attractive young people, which is refreshing for someone coming from a college town.

Love me some Jimmy Johns have tried nearly everything on the menu. Left some out for personal taste. Enjoyed everyone. The crew There got so used to me.

Surprisingly they screwed up to have their first and bad review. Apparently whos the sandwich for when ordering online is useless, they got our orders wrong, and they didnt follow delivery instructions. First time ordering, last time ordering. Go to Subway or something and avoid this place at all costs.
