One of the worst restaurants we have ever eaten at.the bread was chewy and disgusting and outrageous pricing for their food.they couldnt even get our order straight and the management or corporate was no help at all Do not go there!!!!!

I love their bread and the multiple unique variety of sandwiches. Also very filling!Instead of the 6 & 12 inch subs, they do 8 & 16 inch

I absolutely love Jimmy Johns!! Its become my new favorite food addiction. They have great service and are quick and the bread is amazing!! I have to get two sandwiches every time I go because I know Ill want the other one later. Ive gotten my boyfriend on this kick as well, so thats four sandwiches every time, $35 well spent.. And idk who was making sandwiches today, but they did a superb job!! Probably the best sandwiches Ive ever gotten, and Im already hooked, but the quality of my sandwiches today is the only reason I got on to leave this review.. great job whoever you are!! Ive been wanting a sandwich since my birthday two days ago, finally went to get them, and they are phenomenal, so thank you, thank you, thank you!! Thick sliced pickles😍😍😍

The food here is really good and the bread is better than Subways! However, I still think its weird they dont have ranch, so I have to use mayo instead on the sandwiches I eat here. Not the worst thing in the world, but I really did wish they would have ranch.

Extremely impressed by the service! I always order online with no issues, but today somehow the customizations for my sandwich didnt save. I called and not only did they remake my sandwich, but they got it to me while I was still on my lunch break. They definitely didnt have to fix the issue and replace the sandwich, but they happily did it. Thank you!!

I was the first car in line and they forgot to make my sandwich. They tried to give me someone elses order that was behind me. So I had to wait even longer for my food. There were 4 people working so it was a little frustrating that they messed up that bad. The food is good though. But a little expensive.

DO NOT go there wearing a shirt with a USA flag especially if you have a blue stripe on it. They acted cheerful when I first got there but then all of a sudden would not talk to me at all except to take my order. I was trying to make cheerful conversation with them and ask them how theyre doing and hows business and they would not even look or talk to me. Not one other customer in the place I did not realize what was going on until after Id gone back to my car. I did not eat the sandwich. Im not saying but they did anything to my food, but wow, they must be brain washed by the media to believe that all cops bad. Completely ignored me other than to take the order. I actually thought that they were deaf ( really when I first went in and thought I might have to use sign language or point at the menu. I love Jimmy Johns, but this experience was pitiful.

I had to tell them three times number 17,add cheese,no tomato. I decided to look at my sandwich before I drove off. No cheese. Total incompetence. Never again.

I purchased 2 BLT sandwiches with extra bacon. Its a good thing I did otherwise I wouldnt of had any bacon on them.

They are not very "freaky fast", but every time I go in or use the drive thru, the staff is friendly and polite. Of course the food is great, too. Very fresh.

Will you guys be partnering with doordash anytime soon? You guys don’t deliver to the Job Corps but would still like to order from you.

The delivery was quick and efficient for covid standards, and when I visited the staff was pretty chill but professional, not a bad jimmy johns at all

Tried to have lunch delivered but they said they dont deliver in my area. I live in a small town not like a large metropolitan area..... Its Ottumwa you should be able to have delivery any where in this town. So if you cant deliver to my home, I will no longer be a customer.

I find it absolutely laughable that people would give Jimmys a one star review based off thier delivery zone. The food is top notch and delivery speed is on point! If your too far away thats not their problem. So stop slandering a business because of your lazyness.

They dont like truckers because we are not close enough for them so screw you truckers
