Sandwiches was okay. Nothing special

Placed a delivery order online and the sandwich had literally no meat or cheese on it, I usually dont call to complain but it was nearly inedible. So I explain the issue and they offer to re make my sandwich and send out a new one. The remade sandwich arrives, possibly worse than the first, there is meat this time but my light oil sandwhich is literally dripping, soggy, and absolutely disgusting. It had no Avocado that I had to pay extra for, Im just very disappointed and ended up not eating either.

First of all, I said no cheese, got it anyway. Secondly that was the saltiest roast beef I have ever eaten! This was my first experience at this location, having just moved to the area. Wont be my last, but hope the roast beef is of better quality next time

Considering your prices, I’m shocked that the staff can’t be bothered to include straws with the online orders. This has happened 3 times in as many months.

On 7/28/2022 We stopped in Harrisonburg VA for the night on our way home to SC from NY. We agreed on jimmy johns subs for our meal. The staff was very accommodating and made a great sub, probably the best sub weve had in years. Overall had a fantastic experience. 10 out of 10 !

This sandwhich place is a great meal in this area. I wish employees read the ticket better to add mustard, cut in half, etc, but the quality of the ingredients make it worth it for me. Youll see in the photo there isnt one speck of grey poupon to save my life, but the meat steals the show.

Such awesome staff. I order there multiple times a week and they know my name and just hand my order to me when I walk in. Couldnt be happier with their service and the quality of the food.

I get pickup from here all the time and they know me by name now. Really friendly staff and they really make beautiful and yummy sandwiches. I recommend eating here or grabbing food because youre just too lazy as a a single bachelor to cook.

I gotta say hands down one of the best customer service experiences Ive had. I had placed an order using app, but didnt hit save or something to make customization stick. I cant eat onions due to stomach allergies, sandwich came with onions I called to say they messed up so they offer to make a sandwich and send free of charge. I looked at receipt closer and realized it was my mistake and apologized saying it wouldnt be necessary AND THEY STILL BROUGHT ME ONE ANYWAY FREE OF CHARGE! THANK YOU!! ❤️ They wanted me to have a sandwich I could eat anyway (since I had to discard the one with onionseven though it was my mistake and my own fault the order was messed up. I cant thank you enough.

Dont bother going inside to order as they prioritize the drive thru 5 to 1. I waited inside for 7 minutes then finally got my order. Then waited 10mins for my food as 5 cars got their order. Then when I was called the person working was still holding my sandwich while talking to a coworker. Worst JJs Ive ever been to. Everyone working looked stressed and rushed. They need to work on a new system to help make it work more efficiently.

Bacon was awful. Cold, flavorless, and chewy. Saving grace is their great bread.

Sandwiches are good, however, it takes forever to get your food via the drive in. The staff is very professional and it looks clean from what I can see via the drive in view.

I was in town for work filling in at my company’s Harrisonburg location. I live an hour away and have been to Harrisonburg several times before for other companies I work for. I had planned to get food from somewhere else but I didn’t have enough time so I decided when I got into Harrisonburg I would go to the Chick-fil-A but even though I wasn’t really in the mood for it because I had just had it two days before so I decided on Jimmy Johns instead plus there was a line just to get into the Chick-fil-A parking lot.Back home we have three JJ locations that I just never think to go to when I want a sub. It had been at least two years since I’d been to JJ (just for the reason mentioned above, nothing had or grossand I was never a regular so there isn’t a sub I always get. I looked at the menu and found what I wanted. The drive thru attendant taking my order was patient with me, friendly and helpful and the person who handed me my order was friendly too. There was two cars ahead of me when I pulled up but they were done in no time.My sub was great and didn’t leave me disappointed in choosing JJ like I get going to Subway (darn you Subway for having good smelling bread when it’s baking)!My only negatives are I wish there was American or cheddar cheese besides just provolone and I wish the subs had the option of being served warm/toasty but for a cold sub JJ is great and I may just start going by one of the ones back home more often.

Great food. Always fresh. The bread is amazing. Never had a bad experience or Sub. I have no idea why anyone would give the a poor rating.

Pretty fast and reliable service. The sandwiches are consistently good quality. My only issue is, I order the exact same meal: sandwich, chips & drink every time - and have over the last three years. Depending on who answers the phone, when I say I’d like to order the “usual,“ the person says, even though they can see my phone number and address in front of them, “what would that be?“ I have to remind them that they can see my usual order, as it never changes. They then say, “sandwich, chips and drink?“ Yep! This is the only wrinkle about ordering that’s a slight nuisance, as a returning, very loyal and consistent customer.

We frequent JJs and this location always has the music way to loud to enjoy our sandwiches. Seems the help also gets confused due to not able to communicate with each other due to loud music. The five stars for this meal is for food quality. Did they changeckle suppliers? Tasted different.Well, with the pandemic going on, hadnt had my JJs fix for a while so we hit the drive thru and ordered our regular number one pepy and a dill pickle quarterd, it was great, but the pickle was extremely tough. Mainly the skin, was really tough. But overall, great lunch.

Used to love this place untill i got the wrong order and when i had them fix it the sub was in my bag like someone balled it up like a basketball extremly dissatisfied a life long costomer will not be returning

I loved the Beach Club! It was easy and convenient ordering online. My lunch was ready when I went to pick it up.

I like eating here. A nice healthy option is the Turkey Tom. The menu changed recently with new sandwiches and options plus they now have a easy to use rewards program.

Just discovered Jimmy Johns. The unwich is a great option if you need a meal but dont want the carbs. The food was fresh, and the service good. Ill be back.

They do an outstanding job. The food is delicious, fresh and my order is always correct. Their rewards program is truly a benefit but prices are great regardless. The Market St. Harrisonburg VA Team is very friendly and service oriented. Great job all the way around!!

Employees that were working the day my boyfriend and I decided to try Jimmy Johns were impolite and rude. They hard put any meat on the sandwich even when we ordered extra meat and paid for it. First and last time we will ever eat there.

Sandwich was falling apart. Too much mustard, although still tasty. The bacon was way overcooked. May be an isolated instance.

Definitely not great. Overpriced. You basically Just get along of bread and no meat. And cheese is extra? What the what. Sure am glad Potbelly is coming to Harrisonburg!

this place is one of the lowest quality food places Ive ever eaten that I would compare their sandwiches to a low-quality school lunch perhaps. Theyre so cheap they will not give you salt and pepper.also all of their proceeds and profits go towards the owner of Jimmy Johns big game hunting which is awful he hunts endangered animals. Someof the animals he has hunted are now extinct and some are so endangered there are less than you would think left. Eating at this place definitely supports big game hunting.

The workers were so pleasant and the facility was well kept and clean. Our food was amazing!

I am not a fan of Jimmy John’s, they really don’t have many options past tomatoes and lettuce. My granddaughter likes the subs but in my opinion for what you get they are expensive

Food is awesome, especially the bread and fresh veggies and the service is always fast! Top choice for a cold sub!

Traveling back from vacation we stopped for the night and decided to go to Jimmy Johns. The subs were very good! However, it was hard to communicate over the loud muzak.

This was the first Jimmy Johns I went to but was impressed with the sandwiches that we had ordered.Had to eat in the car on the way up to the Shenandoah National Park but still enjoyable.

Sub was fairly good. Lacking on dressing options. Bread was semi-tough. Friendly people and quiet restaurant

Bland sandwich on untoasted semi-stale bread. Not sure what people like about a flavorless sandwich on white bread. They have few options beyond iceberg lettuce and tomato. Plain mayo is their most flavorful item. My first time at JJS. Dont waste your time - any other sandwich place is better. Sheesh, even WAWA and Sheetz make better sandwiches than this.

Good subs extremely fast. Great place to go when you are in a hurry. Some people have complained about the sub rolls but we loved them

Bread was hard, same as all their stores Richmond, Va. Every table had crumbs on it. The workers were throwing around small pieces paper of around and on the hard sub rolls. But the workers were courteous.

Jimmy Johns is the place to go when you are in a hurry. Sandwiches are pretty good and decently sized 8". They also deliver if you are having a lazy day.
