These are some good sandwiches! Love comin here! Their turkey and provolone is so good! And its a good place to grab lunch before goin around vernal and getting your stuff done, always do it on a stomach full of these sandwiches. Definitely gonna come here again!

Delicious as always! Extremely rare to disappoint and it wasn’t in this state either when I was.

I order from here all of the time 1-2 times a week for delivery. I always order from the app well the app messed up my order today and the store was not willing to help or make it right as they stated they are seperate from the app. So be cautious with using the app because the stores will not be helpful at all and simply say better luck next time.

The staff and the sandwiches were great, it was late and the two gentlemen behind the counter were very accommodating and friendly, made us feel welcome. It was a refreshing experience to be were the employees actually seemed to like their jobs.

Terrible sandwiches! Dry bread, very little meat and cheese, hardly any condiments, over priced. Will never go back. I called and talked to the manager, but she didnt volunteer to give me a reimbursement or any compensation.

Love these guys. Never had a bad sandwich here! The staff is always so friendly as well :The bread’s my favorite part, its always fresh and just a step above your average sub sandwich bread. I always come here for a club lulu (#16as their bacon is hard to resist haha(I wouldve put a picture of the sandwich with this post but i was hungry!)I’d like to add to this review - Mario is always there to greet me with a smile and recognizes me as a regular which makes me appreciate coming back for more. I came in expecting to see jimmys john. jimmy wasnt even there neither was his john. i demand that 12 incher!

I get the same sandwich every time and no one seems to make it right no matter what. I always get the #14 with extra tomatoes, sounds simple enough. But I expect the extra tomatoes to actually be extra. not tiny little slices that come out with one bite. when I dont get tomato in every bite the sandwich just isnt the same. I worked here so I know how many tomatoes is extra, might not be back if I get charged for extra tomates again and dont get them.

The service was fast and friendly. My only complaint is the person taking orders just would not talk loud enough. The two people ahead of myself and I all had the same problem. If a business chooses to require their people to wear a mask, they need to teach them to speak up.

Last time buddys order was off, and was mine this time. Asked for wheat bread, got the standard. Requested no mayo, got plenty. Not sure if it was cause the order taker didnt hear me or slipped his mind, but sandwich was still good... Just not what I ordered and didnt want to go back to have it corrected.

The sandwiches here are devine. I do wish theyd serve thier unless sandwich with Romaine and not iceburg and the cookies have been hard but otherwise love the service and sandwiches.

I have been extremely disappointed twice by this franchise. Once because I forgot to give the driver a tip and the manager said he didnt care. And now tonight when they made our sandwiches wrong and refused to fix it. And by the way, I tracked down the delivery driver and gave him a great tip!

I’ve ordered twice online. Both times it took nearly an hour to get my order. They didn’t include the kickin’ ranch sauce and one of the sandwiches was not prepared as requested.The quality of the food is good but I’m inclined to believe that the staff needs more help to fulfill orders properly and in a timely manner. More attention to detail could also help expedite customer’s orders and create better experiences.

Fast service, clean store.

I called to make an order, and Jayson was super nice and helpful! He went way above and beyond! The other staff not so much. They were closed, but they said we could pick up our order, and when we got there they were rude and yelled at us.

The prices are crazy! An unwich is half the size of a regular sandwich with far less cost per unit, but its still $7.I waited for an easy 10 minutes with 0 people in the drive thru line or inside.Wont be coming back for subpar sadwiches at a cafe rio price.

I live is Salt Lake and have been to Jimmy Johns many times. VERNAL Jimmy Johns Rocks! Went in for a dozen sandwiches, they were made in no time just like we ordered. Always friendly and great customer service!

Fast and fresh, had a great lunch and because they were so fast we were able to stop at the Harley shop for a while before we had to be back to work!!

Management is great about making things right, wish they would pay a little more attention when making the subs because I keep getting ones that are missing extras that I order. Thanks for being good about fixing the problem and being so nice

Typical large chain sub-sandwich shop. Sandwiches are good but not remarkable. This establishment had good service, food was as expected.

Great sandwiches and great service every time. Its really convenient to be able to order online and set the time you want to pick up your food. Ive done it a few times and my order is always ready. Ive even stopped by early about 10 min before I asked for my sandwich to be ready and they were barely starting it which is a good thing! Its nice to know it isnt sitting there for a half hour before you get there. Great place, great prices, great staff.

My favorite jimmy johns. Always fast and the most friendly. They go above and beyond for their customers. When I lived in Colorado for a year, I compared all of the Jimmy johns I visited to this one and none came close.

Im kind of OBSESSED with Jimmy Johns! The employees are all so nice! I love that they deliver. I love that I can always count on them to be fast when I need fast. I love that they have sprouts. Haha. Love the Turkey Tom with sprouts and cheese- its pretty much the bomb. So fun to have Jimmy Johns in Vernal!
