Food was unusual and delicious. The prawn scotch eggs were incredible. Service was very friendly and accommodating, helping us shift our booking and accommodating our friends’ child. Would love to come back soon!

Food was so interesting and there was definitely something for everyone. The price slightly let it down. However the service we received from George was amazing and will definitely be back!

Visited it today (5/4/22). Started off with Mushroom Vol-au-Vent and Dhal Makhni & Cheddar Croquetas. For the mains we had Khimchi Mac & Cheese and Marinated Tofu.Whilst the food was quite tasty I found the portions extremely small. Certainly not value for money. Find this restaurant very expensive for what you get. Sorry will not be visiting it again.

Very nice cozy and intimate dinner place. Lots of vegetarian options, very interesting choices on the menu. Banana cake dessert was outstanding. So was the katsu curry tofu schnitzel. Lovely negroni! Found it a bit overpriced

A nice simple fine dining place that serves Indian food. The service is fantastic and the staff are friendly and helpful. The menu is quite limited and I struggled to find something to order. I think maybe they could do with a better menu. The aubergine dish that my wife ordered I thought was quite dry and would have benefited with some gravy that thankfully came along with my lobster dish that I ordered and I thought was really good.Overall a nice place, although I might not visit again.

It was nice homely food. The value though is not worth it to me.3 dishes, 91 pounds. No alcohol, no dessert not even a non alcoholic drink. We did pick the priciest main. Which was half the bill. The price to value was not for us!Staff were super nice!!!

What an absolutely splendid discovery. The menu is like no other I’ve encountered, quite unique and adventurous. From the food selections to the cocktails, which created a most memorable experience and taste sensation. I stayed with the small plates to sample a great variety of the selections on offer which was most rewarding. The staff were exceptional in that they were unpretentiously knowledgeable about their menu and pleasantly helpful and attentive. All in all, I think Jikoni is a must have culinary experience.

Mixed experience.Dont have a cocktail. 12£ for lots of icecubes with a little prosecco and some melon and orange flavour.Really nice starters, but very mediocre main. We had the chicken which was overprized and very boring.Sorry but we found it overhyped and overpriced .

The food at this place is reasonable but is overpriced eg £12 for 1 scallop. Service once we were at the table was good but when we arrived because our table wasnt available we were just left waiting by the door. We got our own menus and went to the bar to wait.

Very interesting fusion cuisine. I particularly loved the burrrata dish, the combination of flavours was particularly intriguing and I also loved the crunch of the toasted cashews. Recommended for a fusion experience in central London.

Had a really beautiful meal here a couple of weeks ago. Everything was gorgeously presented, and such delicious and unusual flavour combinations. The cocktails and puddings are particularly stunning. The restaurant itself is so cute with a cosy, slightly quirky vibe, and the service was fantastic - they made us feel really special. Hope to be back very soon.

Everything about this restaurant is superb. The staff if attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. The food is fantastic, we had a 6 course tasting experience with a bottle of white wine. The attention to detail in mixing the ingredients is exceptional. We particularly enjoy the dishes that distilled zesty notes and balanced them with bold moreish flavours. It’s worth taking your time savouring each course and identifying the subtleties of the well balanced flavours.A gem in the heart of Marylebone.

We dined at Jikoni for a work celebration at their Chefs Table, and it was nothing short of sensational. Every single dish from the set menu was so incredibly flavourful and delicious, and the atmosphere (buzzing upstairs but just kind of wonderfully chilled at the chefs table downstairs next to the kitchen passwas utterly perfect for us. Cant recommend highly enough - Ill be bringing my partner back to experience the menu.

Exceptional experience. Amazing restaurant. The staff here were incredible and made the experience one to remember. The food was on another level. Every thing we had was outstanding. I highly recommend the celeriac, the lobster, the fish pie and the rhubarb roulade. Fabulous cocktails and wine selection. The decor is also really beautiful and kitsch.

Wonderfully cozy and delicious food! Came for the Valentines day brunch and especially to try Meleks famous baklava. Prepaid and booked online. Service was great and the food was delightful both to look at and eat! The Mac and cauliflower was my favorite asking with the saffron bread. The rhubarb mocktail was refreshing and beautiful to look at. The dessert was everything I had hoped and more!

Definitely the best ever culinary experience I’ve had in an Indian restaurant. Situated in a delightful part of Marylebone. We were a party of 10 and all were well satisfied. Many of the starters we had just explode in the mouth with complex tastes and spices. Service was impeccable. Well worth the higher price bracket. If you want to experience Ravinder’s authentic recipes it’s s must.

Jikoni has been on my "want to go" list for quite some time and it definitely did not disappoint. This has probably now become one of my favourite restaurants in London. The Asian inspired food is just flavour central, delicious and comforting food cooked perfectly. The Porth Colmon Native Lobster Moilee was one of our favourites, incredibly flavoursome and well balanced dish with the lemon rice. The Paan Madelines flavours bring back a lot of nostalgia if you grew up with your parents eating/chewing Paan, quite aromatic but moorish with a Kenya Chai on the side. And finally the banana cake with miso butterscotch and ovaltine kufli, a brilliant idea for dessert, very indulgent and the ovaltine kulfi a stroke of genius! The staff and service were brillaint and will definitely be coming here again to try the brunch dishes!

This was a culinary highlight of the many outings weve had in London. We always go out looking at ratings and had had a couple of disappointments before we stumbled upon Jikoni.Food: majestic!Ambiance: soothing!Staff: the kindest!Asian fusion is done so often and its usually a huge miss, but Jikoni gets it sooo right. Every bite feels like being at your grandmas house, but she lives in a foreign country and had the brilliant idea to use different spices to make her traditional dish. Its the real fusion, that of immigrants getting what they can at a market and making it their own, its a marriage between cultures and traditions and it works oh so well!Okay.. I should probably stop now, but thank you Jikoni, for a lovely dinner. Well be back and whoever is reading this: go! I promise youll absolutely love it and then tell all your friends about it, like I have.(My blurry photos do not do the flavours justice).

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this restaurant is the service, the food. I saw it on Saturday Kitchen and I thought that recipe looks good. My partner kindly humoured me and we went on Saturday. We were greeted as soon as we walked in shown to our table asked if we had been there before, I explained about see Saturday Kitchen. We chatted and asked for recommendations, he went over the menu and explained everything. The food was fresh and flavourful. Several staff stopped by our table to check on us, everyone was friendly and conscientious of the customers needs. They knew the menu well. I think whatever you select from the menu will be good, but I highly suggest you try the banana cake. That was the best desert that we can ever recall having. We will definitely be back.

Had a table booked in to Jikoni for brunch. As you can see, the place looks lovely, very “instagrammable”, and the food ‘photographs’ well too. But that’s as good as it gets. It’s a relatively expensive restaurant but the quality of the food and the service, does not reflect that. Portions are tiny, pork belly (named bacon on the menuis dry, and the “banana bread” is actually sticky toffee pudding. Regardless, they all tasted good, the only argument would be that the “bacon” needs a sauce as it’s very dry. Generally all dishes, even the teas are overpriced. Definitely does not reflect in the quality. Now for the service….all waitresses were very polite. But it reminds of a corner coffee shop. All the staff seem to be very clumsy, prone to dropping/spilling things, and generally badly trained. All of the above, do not translate to a value for money experience. I could not recommend this restaurant as the service is lacking, the food tastes ok, but overpriced and the portions are tiny. Overall left feeling disappointed and ripped off.

We booked this place ages ago for a special occasion and it was so worth the wait. The fusion take on Indian food was a refreshing change and it was really interesting. To top it, the service was excellent and we also got customised drinks which was amazing.I am going to count this as one of my best Indian fusion restaurant experiences to date.

Beautiful food, with thought and care. Uks first carbon neutral restuarant, and with a small but wonderfully thought out seasonal menu. The Banofee cake is a must, and the ovaltine kulfi that goes with it is genius! Highly recommend and cant wait to go again. BTW the service was amazing and the surroundings really lovely, come here on a date, with family or a group of friends.

My friend Rosh took me here for my birthday and since the first moment I step into Jikoni I knew it was going to be a lifetime memory. The food, the place, the style, the perfume, the attention to details and the staff make you feeling far away from the busy city vibes. The prawn toast was incredible and we end up the dinner having a banana cake, one of my favorite in my whole life.Jae looked after us during all night and his outstanding knowledge about every single dishes made the dinner even more special. Just incredible the taste of the Masala tea he brought at the end of the dinner. We couldn’t have a better end.I will be back soon!Thank you, Martina

Delicious food and great place for a relaxed brunch with the family. We ordered the okra fries, fenugreek waffles and spicy fish cakes. And the desserts are not to be missed. The pina colada pancakes and banana cake were delicious. The portions could’ve been slight larger especially the scotch egg. The staff was also lovely and friendly. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend to all.

Lovely, intimate space with considered decorations throughout. I especially loved the black and white photo of the chef and her grandfather. We visited for Fathers Day and were delighted by the complimentary bottle of Toast. The ambience was relaxed, which was lovely, and was also reflected in the time it took to take our orders and prepare our dishes. The food was well worth the wait. We all tried each others choices and were impressed with them all. The flavours were inspired and the quality exceptional. The waiters and waitress were also excellent.

We came here for a birthday celebration for Sunday brunch. Staff were attentive and accommodating. We went for the set menu which also has good choices for vegetarian. The menu is exciting and all dishes are filled with spice, a British-Kenyan-Indian cuisine. We tried almost everything on the set menu - prawn scotch egg, chickpea chips, aloo gobi bake, fenugreek waffles with bacon (slow cooked porkand all were excellent. Can’t wait to come back and try out their dinner and tasting menu!

We were excited to visit Jikoni after hearing positive opinions from few friends as well as the online reviews. We booked a table for 4 on a Saturday noon to have brunch. Unfortunately upon settling in the restaurant we were told that brunch menu was not available. This was unacceptable given the fact that this was not communicated to us when we booked the table the day before. The dishes we tasted from the mains were OK. Nothing extraordinary.Service was kind and informative on our menu questions.Atmosphere also cosy.
