Jewheret Alswefiah Hotel Apartments in As Salt

The location is great. It is near to restaurants, supermarket, coffee shops. Only 2 points i have to mention:1- They took a very long time to check-in.2- There is no safety box in the room.Other than that all are good.

Highly recommended.. the location is near to everything, and i mean everything literally. The staff are awesome. Price is reasonable.

اقمت عندهم 3 ايام في شقة مكونه من غرفتين متكاملة من ادوات مطبخ وغسالة ومستلزمات التنظيف والاستحمام.الشقق فندقية جميلة تنافس فنادق 5 نجوم .وتقع في موقع متكامل الخدمات .الطاقم بشكل عام متعاونين واخص الاستاذ طارق والاستاذ قصي قمة في التعاون والاخلاق وسعة الصدر.الافطار جميل ومتنوع والطباخ والطباخه لا اعرف اسمائهم بشوشين وخدومين جداً .للامانه مناسبة جداً للعائلات احجز وانت مرتاح.

الموظفين جدا محترمين ومرحبين وأجمل ما فيه جوهرة الصويفية الأستاذ فايز أخلاق ورحابة صدربالنسبة للشقق فيها مواقف تحتحبيت موقعها كل شي قريب

من اجمل الشقق الفندقيه ويشكر السيد حسام وطارقوجميع طاقم النظافه وجميع الموظفين متعاونين وانصح فيه

انا من ضيوفهم من فترة ليست بقصيرةتعاملهم تغيركانوا رائعين لكن الآن للأسف مخيب.قد يكون تصرف فردي حتى لا نظلم بقية الطاقم.لابد من أن يكون الضيف ينظر له على أنه ضيف قد يعيد الكرة مرة أخرى و ليس فرصة سانحة الاستغلال مرة واحدة.نصيحة اخيرةحافظوا على عملائكم فالدين المعاملة.

ممتاز جدا فوق الوصفكرم ضيافه وحسن استقبال

فندق لا باس فيهلديهم غرفتين وصاله ومطبخوجميع محتويات الغسيل والمطبخ متوفراكثر السكان من الخليجالموقع قريب من كل شي تبغاهيوجد مول بجانبه تقريباً جيد وفيه العاب كهربائيهالموظفين صراحه اخلاق ومتعاونين ويخدمونك في كل شيحتى عمال النظافه خلوقين بالحيلاذا طلبت سرير اضافي يجيبون لك فرش ويفرشونه بشكل ممتازالعيب الوحيد لا يوجد اطلاله ومدخله من الخلف ولكن لا يؤثر لمن يرغب فقط النوم وكذلك توجد غرف عندهم لا توجد بها شبابيكاذا رغبت السكن لديهم اختار من الدور الاول الى اخر ولكن اذكر لهم بأن تكون اتجاه غرفة رقم ١٠٧ او بتجاه المدخلشكراً لكم

سكنت بها في تاريخ ٧ / ٨ / ٢٠٢٢الايجابيات : الغرفة نظيفة ومتوفر بها كل ما تحتاجه تقريباً على صغر حجمها وهناك شقق لديهم👍السلبيات :-المكان داخل حوسة صعب الوصول اليه حتى الاوبر يدوخ حتى يصل .-الازعاج غير طبيعي خاصة من صوت الأبواب في الغرف المجاورة وأبواق السيارات .-المكيف متعب ( معلق بالسقف وفوق الرأس ويطفي دائماً إذا وصل لدرجة برودة معينة .- موظف الاستقبال ( لا اعرف اسمه لم يكن متعاون معي نهائياً بخصوص الخروج وطلب مني الخروج الساعة ١٢- اخدم نفسك بحمل الشنط .

الشقق نظيفه جداو الطاقم جدا متعاونشقق مناسبه جدا للعوائل

مراح اضلم صاحب الشقق لاكن بقول اللي حصل معي انه حجزك وأكدة الحجز من بوكنق خلال ساعه وصلت المكان حصلت الفندق قام بتأجيره على زبون اخر يعني لاتثق انك توصل المكان تحصله موجود علشان ما احد يتوهق مثلي للاسف الفندق نضيف نعم وبقوه الاستقبال ونعم الاخوان اخلاقهم حلوه بس عدم الثقه انعدمت عندي بسبب الحركه هذي مع انه عوضنا بغرف ولاكن كل وحده بطابق والله المستعان

جوهرة الصوفية اسم على مسمى ... إستقبال رائع ومعاملة ممتازة .. يكفي الابتسامة الموجودة دائمآ على وجوه الكادر من الاستقبال حتى الشيف الموجود في البوفية يقدم وجبات شرقية شهية تلمس بها الدفئ والمحبة ... أما بالنسبة للنظافة اشي ممتاز ولايوجد اي تعليق .. استلمت شقتي انا وزوجتي كل شي فيها لا ينقصها اي شي.. ينقصها إنكم تيجو وتشوفوا بعينكم ولا تبعدوا لفنادق تانية وبالنسبة للسعر مقبول وممتاز ... يتميز الاوتيل بالقرب من المولات والمحلات التجارية ..جوهرة الصوفية كنت ومازلت وستبقين الأفضل

The location is great. All you need is near you restaurants,supermarket, mall, coffee shops and even bars. The staff were so friendly and nice. Thank you Mr.qusai,Mr.tareq and Ms. Razan for your hospitality.

One of the best hotel apartments in Amman

Хороший отель. Встретили в аэропорту, водитель вежливый, номер слегка грязноватый, но не критично. Плюсы отеля так перекрывают эту деталь, что закрываю на это глаза.Очень удобно расположен относительно остановки междугороднего автобусa jett. Сделали ранний завтрак.

The location was really good, breakfast was simple and neat, staff was helpful, rooms were modern and an overall good place in Amman.

It was a nice location for a hotel. The room and the stay was quite good, I was at work all day and it was very nice to come back to a helpful receptionist and nice room.

Очень понравился отель и персонал!Воспользовались услугой заказа трансфера из аэропорта - все было вовремя, вежливо, в комфорной машине и даже с wi-fi.Сам номер очень большой, есть много приятных мелочей, также в бронирование был включен завтрак, который к тому же сделали нам индивидуально раньше, тк мы съезжали раньше времени - вкусный завтрак по мотивам нац кухни👍

The stay started with the Operations Manager Fares greeting us with a generous Welcome! and how my we provide you the best service! It was all positive from the first day on! Every member of the staff were extremely polite and customer service oriented. The Apartment was very clean and large! The cleaning team headed by Ibrahim, were very thorough and efficient. The breakfast was excellent. The service was better than excellent! The breakfast team, headed by Mohammed and his assistant Abdulazez greeted us with masked smiles every morning and served a great breakfast! We have stayed all over the world and this Apartment is a gem. Alla, the Manager was frequently at the desk and was always so nice and accommodating. However, Feres was the best treating us as in an exceptional manner. Fayez was also very nice, extremely thoughtful and always willing to assist. We recommend staying here and when we are coming back to Jordan we plan on having this be our home in Amman!

الموقع مناسب وقريب من الأسواق ، العاملين خدومين جدا ، السعر مبالغ فيه لكنه مناسب مقارنه بنفس المستوى ، النظافه لم تكن بالمستوى المطلوب

Its a perfect hotel to use at Amman center. Near everything and peaceful. The people warking there are sympathetic .the best way to relax at Amman.

الموقع رائع ... السلبية هي جعل مدخل الشقق من الخلف مما يسبب ارباك عند طلب تكسي ... غسالة الملابس اروع شي متوفر بالغرف ... المكان جيد و منظم ... لكن هناك ضعف في موضوع التنظيف و خدمة الغرف (تحتاج متابعة أكثر... لكن عند الطلب يكون هناك رد لان الموظفين متعاونين و جيدين ... خصوصا انس و نعيم ... التدفئة أكثر من المعتاد بحيث تشعر بالحر في عز البرد 😁 و الماء ايضاً حار جداً ... التلفاز احيانا يواجه عطل في بث الستلايت ... الانترنت يفضل يكون مخصص لكل غرفة منفصل لانه أحياناً يواجه قطع....يرجى وضع صور للغرف في موقع Booking.
