I have been ordering from jets for a while and the food has been excellent and the service as well!

Pretty expensive for what we got. Almost $40 for 2 people. I got a small chicken bacon ranch pizza, which was good, but no ranch! It was sprinkled with ranch powder but needed real ranch dressing to help with a bit of dryness. Greek salad was iceberg lettuce with some olives. Again, good, but for the price? Next time ill try one of the calzone-type things. Then Ill decide if Ill keep going.

I dont have long to have lunch and this store is always quick and the staff is always so friendly. Love that they have slices all day :)

I love there square pizza it is the perfect size and i love the crunchy edges !! The brownies are very tasty also

We have tried them all and in my opinion Jets has the best Pizza in Cape Coral. More than enough selection to choose from. The order is cooked perfectly and tastes great.

Always love Jets Pizza. I wanted the 2 slice and soda lunch special. The young lady at the counter offered to make a fresh pie for my 2 slices. I thought that was pretty awesome. Professional, clean establishment. Great employees. I love Jets Pizza.

This was our favorite for delivery in South Cape. We recently ordered our usual Detroit deep dish for delivery and it never showed up nor any communication from the store. We will be finding a new place to get our pizza. Beware of their bad service!!

I got the XL Detroit style pizza, welldone, and it was phenomenal! Probably the best pizza Ive had here in Cape Coral and I know my pizza. I got 1/2 cheese and 1/2 sausage, pepper, mushroom and order their simple text message option and receive a 20% instant discount!

My pizza is so under cooked, I put in the oven at home. Gross. Wth. Im glad they make the money from other people. I need to call the Lee County Health Department....

I was really excited about Jets New York style Pizza according to the commercials. I ordered one and when it was delivered the pizza was very dry and tasteless. I called and complain and they gave me a credit for the next time. I ordered within a week went to pick it up and explained to them that the pizza was dry. when I got home the pizza was still very try and tasteless. Their commercial shows a very cheesy pie that you could fold or eat open. That did not happen. I will not recommend anyone to order their New York style pizza.

The people were really nice but, the cauliflower crust pizza has NO taste. I can’t believe it’s even on the menu. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. :(

Food is great, but you should absolutely get carry out. From our own experience, and others weve seen, it takes like an hour, sometimes an hour and a half for delivery. And thats when we call them to make sure the order is coming. Just a little worrying. :/

One my favorite pizza places in the world. I grew up in mad hgts mich. And Ive loved my jet pack forever.

Pizza was done before they said it would be for pick up. Food was just as good as I get back home. Overall they are consistent across their stores from Illinois to Florida.

Im not sure why, when you request well done, your pie looka like this. This is not well done Jets. I not only choose well done Fri. Your options in the app, I specifically again added it the the notes. I gave two stars because I get my pies well done 2 out of 5 times.

Guy taking t order sounded high, had to repeat many things and still got the order wrong. Taste just OK. Didnt have bone-in wings, boneless had big chunks of breading.

This pizza is an abomination. Tastes similar to overcooked cardboard with ketchup and old cheese. I wouldn’t eat this pizza again even if you put a gun to my head. I get this is Florida but you can get frozen pizza that is better than Jet’s.

Always been a fan of jets, their jet bread isnt the traditional jet bread from jets. And they never have slices available... whats the point? Other then those two complaints jets is great and its a pretty good location

Tried deep dish veggie. Exceptional. Thin crust not nearly as good. Greek salad excellent and plenty. Bought next size up from side salad portion.

I love Jets Pizza. Just moved to this side of town so this is the 2nd time weve eaten here. Both times the food was delicious. Ordering online was simple. The food was made exactly how we both ordered. I had the steak and cheese boat, instead of the usual white Italian bread they make a sub with, they used pizza dough! Omg! Delicious! ...you can still get the regular bread. It is just something different. Thanks Jetts Pizza...3/17.spoke too soon. I ordered from Jetts and paid more for extra meat on my boat. This time they didnt put any steak on my steak and cheese sub, just a whole bunch of mushrooms..what a shame

Love the Detroit style pizza! Go for the 8-corner if you like their crust, which I do. Always ready on time too. The best chain pizza in the Cape.

I enjoy ordering from jets pizza because they always have mask on, gloves when preparing food. The managers are so pleasant all the times, I have visited. The salads are great and 🍕 always meets expectation.

We order from this location many times. Their pizza is always undercooked. They hardly put toppings or cheese it is all dough. Ordered the Italian sub again and it literally had no meat and I paid extra for pepperoni. Uggg Again all bread. The pizza is overpriced as it it to hardly top it. I have had other locations and been satisfied most of the time. Too many options in the area that are not chains.

I had a problem with the Text Ordering. It never showed up at the store nor did it auto cancel since the store I choose doesnt deliver that far. The Manager Nick was awesome and very helpful with resolving my problem. Their great customer service is another reason to love Jets other than their amazing pizza.

Awful pizza. Ordered for pick up. Went in and paid. Skinny twinkle toe boy at the counter said it would be right up and to have a seat. 25 minutes later I go up and ask. I get an "oppps sorry man" and a warm pizza out of the heated stand up storage. Got it home. Opened box. A $2.99 Walmart frozen pizza tastes better. Never again Jets Pizza, never again.

Jets Pizza never disappoints. Food is fresh, hot, reasonably priced, and fast. We got our last order a half and hour before the quoted time. We tried Jets for the first time a while ago for "something new", and now its become our go-to. We tried the Mexican pizza that was on sale as we havent ever had it before. FANTASTIC. Theres something for everyone and they always have great specials. Highly recommend, every time. Thanks Jets!

Just.. Wow. Wonderful pizza and a great introduction to Detroit style pizza (yes, funny it happened in Floridabut yum. Very happy with both the plain and pepperoni, with a touch of heat in the sauce. Would get again for sure

My family and I moved here from Connecticut about 3 years ago, at first we could not find pizza that we thought was up to the quality of the pizza you could find in CT. However Jets Deep dish pizzas are really great. We have tried about 5 of the specialties and not been disappointed. The price is reasonable and we have never had any issues with mistakes. really happy we tried jets. PS- We have also tried the cauliflower crust and liked it.

So disappointed in this pizza! I’ve had them before and they were delicious. Only cheese and mushrooms were in the middle. The whole outside had just minimal sauce no cheese and no mushrooms.

My favorite pizza in the Cape, all the food is fresh , hot or coldExtremely clean , the staff is wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about this location. I am surprised that there are notCustomers Iined up around the block. I go there at least once a week. I recommend it to everyone !!!

I’m from Chicago and a lot of the pizza places out here tend to be lacking. The only one I’ve found that offers me a taste of pizza from home is Jet’s. We have ordered from the numerous times without a problem. The wait times are a bit long for delivery but worth it. Quality pizza and reasonable prices. We will definitely continue to order from them.
