This place has old school charm. Totally a chilled and laidback place to relax if you are on vacation in this area.Met a very beautiful kind hearted lady who just didnt show me the rakija ( traditional Serbian whiskeymaking equipment but also explained it beautifully and also giveme some to try. Also they served me with some free coffee. ( Which was bonus for me on that cold rainy day).. much love to this place.

The food was very bad. The kind of cevapi (with pork - without mention itthat you buy in the supermarket. My gf ordered cheese, which was in fact just palm oil. The waiter put his hands on her… the musicians stayed at 1 table for 2h! We managed to lure them to ours. It only costs us 4500 Rad for 3 songs! I’d avoid if I were you

Perfect service, perfect food. So delicious and portions are super big. You can easily split the portion with someone. This is coming from a guy with 112kg. :)

We flipped a coin between this restaurant and Abraham. The coin said Jelen Salas and we are so glad! The place is amazing!Portions are big & food is delicious. The waiter Dule was so kind and pleasant!Fun fact: At the end we ordered Coca Cola and we saved one orange from the meal, and they brought a plate full of oranges cause they noticed.We recommend this place 10/10.

Pretty nice place for weekend getaway or lunch or diner. Has small practical outdoor pool. Food is good, grill is not charcoal but electric, indigenous meals are good. Service is average.All in all, it lacks owners touch, final polish to become excellent, otherwise it remains 3towards4 stars.

Place is very nice and waiter was realy kind. On the other side, foodwas not so well. Meat in gulash was tough and with veins. Turkey was dry.

First bad things. We waited for food hour anf a half, supposedly they were short staffed and they had a lot of guests. It was not that many people. Prices, could be a little lower. Now good stuff. Food, very good and big portions. Ambience also very nice. Big playground if u have kids.

The place looks really nice, yard is really huge and with lot of things for kids. Portions are really huge and tasty. What I did not like is weiter which didn’t give us the bill at the end, just said amount. Food was really tasty, but it was not so fresh. Soup was really great! Prices are ok, not cheap, but not crazy expensive. What is no go for me for “Salas” was bad old industrial bread.

Waiting for a menu or meal over 1h. Tabels has not been cleaned and changed after previous guests. Pricess suprised me for place like Palic. More than like in Begrade testaurants. But food is very good and tasty. Big portions. Fancy Salaš understaffed for Belgrade newborn people. Nothing special.

Two friends and I stopped in here on a lazy Sunday afternoon. I loved the outdoor seating, the atmosphere and the decor! We received great service from our konobar named Milos. The lamb was absolutely delicious and so was my sopska salad. My only complaint is that they dont have large draft beers, only small bottles.Highly recommend!

Came for the breakfast, they couldnt even make the cappucino. Not to mention the mysterious incapacity to provide us with the fiscal check. My standards for restaurant hospitality are low, but this came as an surprise.

Excellent rustic atmosphere, good food. Near lake Palic between feelds and countrieside houses. A good place for celebrations or just to take one drink. Playground for the children and a small Swimmingpool. There is a possibility to rent a room. Very polite and guest friendly service. I can recomand it for everyone.

A lovely place to have a romantic meal. This was by far the best karađorđeva šnicla I have had in all of Serbia. I traveled across this country in a whirlwind tour and the best karađorđeva šnicla.

The food was really good and the waiter (Lukawas friendly and offered great advice as far as meal selection and portion size goes. I definitely plan on going back to try something else off their menu. :Keep in mind that the photo of the menu is a short version for Labor day, usually its longer with a huge variety of dishes.

Very beautiful location, the exterior garden is amazing. But the rooms have pretty old equipment (shower, tv, sinkand sometimes things are a bit broken (the shower head was spraying water everywhere)Overall a beautiful location for visiting Palić.

Never ever. We spent there one and half hour waiting for waiter in completely empty restourant to order a coffe. Can’t imagine how long we will wait for lunch so we decided rather not to eat there. The staff is very rude and unpolite.

Very good place! Tasty meal and good service! There is only one problem - the smoking is alowed inside and there smells bad and that spoils the plasuere of the delicious meal. But the problem is not just in this serbian restourant - everywhere in Serbia smoking inside is allowed

never ever! Manager broke agreement and tried to overcharge wherever possibleWe had an event with more than 100 guests in Jelen Salas. The place is ok, the staff very helpful. BUT we strongly disrecommend anybody going to that place!The "managing director" cannot be trusted at all! He broke our mutual agreement, although we had negotiated the payment details in person before and had it written down! Do not trust the managers words or emails, demand a legally binding contract!Avoid the place if you do not want to get overcharged and have stress after Your event like us.
