Friendly and knowledgeable staff that is always ready to share their knowledge of the history of Jefferson County, NY. The Paddock Mansion makes a great backdrop for the story that they are telling.
MoreWelcoming, well-informed staff, interesting exhibits especially regarding more prosperous industrial age of the area. Little on the more recent "post-industrial, Fort Drum influenced era.
MoreThis place was awesome. There was some cool stuff inside the museum, almost the whole house was filled with old items. Theres a beautiful garden in the back and an old school house that was neat to look at. I would recommend bringing your kids for quick, cheap summer trip! Theres also ghost tours in the fall 👻

My husband and I had our wedding here on October 11, 2014 and it was amazing. We had the ceremony inside, and took photos in the garden after. The director and groundskeeper were both amazing and so helpful. I couldnt have picked a better venue and Im so glad I was able to work with these people to help make my wedding day so memorable. Thank you all so much!
MoreGreat way to spend a Saturday.
