Outstanding. Beautiful waitresses, great food, cold beer. One of my favorites.

Good place to eat inside at, but place for takeout. Besides the order wrong and on a Monday , the food was 💩🤢🤮. Otherwise the food is a gastronomical delight lol 😆 inside

Food was good. Had a chicken bacon ranch wrap with fries. Mom had an oyster poboy with slaw. Both were good. Service was good. Portions were large. Parked right in front. I will go back when in the area.

I’d give zero stars if I could lol! We went there to eat for my sisters birthday everything was good we waited a while for our food and it came out cold and burnt . ..no big deal .. then we’re waiting after finishing our food for a WHILE now . So We had to get up and ask someone for our check and find out our waitress went on break .. okay cool . but then we walk away and another waitress named Katelyn yells out “I’m tired of the attitudes “ all because we was ready to go and asked for our checks . Bad service all around and it’s usually the best… I don’t know what went on today

Ordered online and took one hour to get my food. Simply unacceptable. I was prepared to give them 35 minutes, but no when I arrived to pick up my food I was told it would be an additional 20 minutes. Love the food but if order online should be able to pick it up in reasonable time, and one hour is not reasonable.

They were nice at the bar and when I sat at a table, the food just was not good.

Brunch burger, fried mushrooms, and garlic parm wings were outstanding. The fried pickles were extra salty imo. But great food overall.

It was good. The wings could have been a little crunchier and hotter, like other Jeffersons but, it was good & the service was good

Every Jeffersons location I visit is great. I liked this location. Service and food were excellent. I eat wings at Jeffersons. I like all of the hotter flavors. I tried and liked the funnel cake fries.

I placed an online order and was given a time of 3:32 PM for my order to be ready. I arrived at 3:30 and was told there was no order in my name. I pulled up my order from my phone and showed the lady at the bartender. She explains that online ordering is a new system and they have no way of knowing about about online orders. When I heard that statement was SHOCKED!! That has to be the most ridiculous system I ever heard of from a food business. I would have understood, if the website stated to call the restaurant once you place your online order, but IT DID NOT!! I was told that I have to wait an additional 30 minutes for my order to be ready!! Ugh!! Horrible way to make customers feel about ordering online.

I will never eat there again the servers are horrible the managers are horrible and corporate will never return your calls. I was basically made to pay an extra $6 for 2 drinks that was not necessary because my kids kids meal came with a drink. But they charged me for 2 $3 drinks extra and told me it was impossible for them to take it off, Since the drinks were already consumed. And then proceeded to call me a liar and tell me that we did not tell the server we wanted kids meals. My son literally pointed at the kids meal menu and said thats what he wanted. Horrible service

I ordered from Door Dash, and while the experience through door dash wasn’t good, that was on us. (I ordered really late..they didn’t have an available driver for the delivery so it took around 2 hours to get our food. However, it was definitely the best cold food I’ve ever had. I can’t imagine how good it’d have been warm.The sweet potato fries I ordered came with a cinnamon sauce.. it was fantastic. The fries were like steakhouse style, which I dislike for regular potato fries, but for the sweet potato style, they’re definitely my favorite. The Philly steak was good, I did add my own sauce, which was the tangy Carolina sauce.The wings were really good, I enjoyed the sauce used on them. And the tortilla chips were great.My significant other got the fried pickles, and man.. they loaded that to go container full.It was a long wait for food I believe was absolutely worth it. It took a while to get here, but once it did, I was impressed.I’m not from this area, so I won’t be able to eat there often but I’ll definitely eat here when I come back to visit my significant others family. (:

Service was okay, but my food made wrong and my husband and daughter got their food and the waitress said the kitchen made my chicken fingers BBQ where they where suppose to be mild Buffalo. It took them another 30 minutes to get me my food and had to just get it to go. The manager came over to apologize for it taking so long but then proceeded to say oh but we cant discount your order because its first Friday. Well if its your kitchens staffs fault not mine

Nasty wings place and staff. Way overpriced for quality. The frozen wings from Walmart are better save yourself a trip.

It was awesome. My boneless chicken could be more tender than so hard but overall it is awesome.

Another great lunch. This time I had Cajun Curley Fries for an appetizer and the BBQ Platter for the main course. Excellent!Back again and dinner was awesome as usual. Staff is great and just nice to have this place within walking distance. My hat is off to Ashley and Skylar for the outstanding service and cuisine.

Boneless wings were too breaded. Very little chicken. Fries were cold. If I return I will get naked wings. Beer was good though.

Great food, great waitressa.... the best! Atmosphere was broken by what seemed to be a drunk cook yelling orders out to rest of kitchen and disrespecting waitresss by yelling pickup.... its a small family place not a diner. Manager needs to get kitchen under control. Mya was awesome in an bad situation!!!

My hubby and I usually eat here (mainly take outatleast once a month. We love the food. He is a fan of their wings. I love the burgers. My only complaint is that their salads arent consistently good. Sometimes they are the best thing since slices bread, sometimes the lettuce tastes unwashed and its just poorly put together and not good at all. I really guess it depends on who builds the salads.

I chatted with a visiting manager who was there to address labor problems. He and I discussed staffing and labor issues we had both experienced in the hiring process lately.. I waited 45 minutes for six meals to be done and only after he lit a fire under the melancholy staff, he took my five meals to my car.. after driving 15 minutes home I then realized I had to return to go get the sixth meal because apparently 45 minutes wasnt long enough to cook a few chicken tenders and undercooked burgers.. .. they were pretty busy, but it seems as if the cooking staff hadnt developed an appropriate rhythm yet

Excellent customer service and a manager that is willing to go above and beyond to make sure all guests are happy. The foods pretty good but the wings are exceptional. I highly recommend this place its a lot of fun and delicious.

Ordered 20 lemon pepper wings with well done fries and two teas. As usual they were great and the service was great. Downside is that due to Biden inflation...wings are MORE expensive. This is our usual place for our wing fix

Had a great Saturday night football dinner with my husband and friends! The restaurant was busy, but that didn’t matter for our visit. Our appetizer, entrée, and desserts all came out fast, hot, and fresh! Our waiter was a younger boy named Jacob who even put my husbands football game on all 3 TV’s around us! Definitely will be back!

Dined in for lunch on 11/12 and enjoyed my dining experience as always. Nice friendly service from the wait staff and the food was good. I had the 10 piece bone in Lemon pepper teriyaki wings, my wife had the oyster basket and my son had the 5 piece bone in wings, plenty food for about $35.00. One of my favorite places to dine here in Gadsden.

Hands down the best food I have had. Philly Cheesesteak is Off the Chain!!! Boneless wings, double-dipped and spicy garlic parm were fire!! I would drive 100 miles to eat here!!!

Average at best. Got the shrimp basket, very greasy. Then there was the gosh awful rap music thumping from the kitchen, very loudly - very annoying. They only had 2 out of 6 or so desserts available so we were going to share a piece of peanut butter pie. After waiting over 10 minutes for that to come out, it was frozen and we couldn’t eat it. I got up and took it to our server and asked him to remove it from our ticket. This place was a hard pass for me!! Strike 1 for the downtown Gadsden dining experience.

My family and I dined at the Broad Street location last Saturday and everything was great until a young male server started yelling at his (I’m assumingtable, yelling that she was rude and while I will say I have been in the business before it is never appropriate to talk to a guest in that manner and use profanity so loudly that other tables with children can hear. The food was very good but to see that kind of service has me eary on returning.

My wife, son and I decided on Jeffersons tonight(the downtown locationto have some wings, a few drinks and watch the World Series while we ate. Our server was Jodi and she was excellent! She delivered our drinks in little to no time at all and recommended that we try the “pick four combo appetizer” because we could not all agree on just one because they all looked amazing! It appeared to be a bit busy as did she but she managed to have our appetizers and meals out to us in a very efficient time. We bragged to her as we were leaving about the excellent service and told her we would be back to have a dessert and to visit her again. All of our food was delicious, fresh and prepared perfectly. We will definitely be back soon!

This place never disappoints. Always good service. Clean inside and out. Seat yourself unless it is super packed and there is a waiting list.Double Dipped Wings are dry rubbed, not wet. They are listed as medium spicy but seem to be mild to me but they do have a lot of flavor don’t forget to get ranch dressing to dip them in. The side of fries are upgraded to cheese and bacon fries. They are also most excellent.Bacon Cheese Burger. Do try this. Juicy meat patty with thick bacon, all the trimmings. It does have a BBQ sauce added that really brings it all together.We have had many items from this restaurant and have always had good results. One of our favorites.

I have been to Jeffersons at this location a handful of times. Each time has been absolutely wonderful. The staff are always quick with drink orders and getting thr food out as soon as its ready and the chefs are absolutely amazing at preparing everything fantastically. Im not in the area much but when I am I try and make a point out of stopping and grabbing something to eat each time. That atmosphere of the restaurant is perfect as well. I highly recommend anyone stopping in and giving them a try if youve never been. You wont be disappointed!

We got the friend pickles, mushroom and mozz stick app, WAS AO AMAZING! I got the po boy and my friend got the wings and we literally have no complaints! Everything was absolutely AMAZING! WILL DEF BE BACK AGAIN AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE!

I ordered the shrimp tacos the picture looked great but what they sent out was really disappointing there was barely anything on it so I sent it back and just ate chips and spinach dip the dip was good my husband got the chili 🍔 it looked good he said it was ok we paid $21.00 that includes 5.00 for tip

Ordered:- Shrimp salad = average- 2 types of hot wings one which should have been dry rub = cold & incorrectly coated.- cheesy fries= delicious 😋

Great grilled chicken guacamole sandwich. Fried sweet tater fries and sweet sauce (soo good). Drinks were so good. I had a mimosa with pinapple juice (yellow), mimosa mermaid (greenand mimosa bleeding heart (red). Great place. Friendliest staff. I will go back. Chicken fingers are awsome too.

Absolutely Outstanding! Doing simple SO well. Fun food and friendly service. This was my first (but will not be my lasttime taking my family of four. The restaurant was clean and upbeat and the food was fantastic! The prices are reasonable as well. Jeffersons has it figured out. Take your family and enjoy :-)

It was our first time in Gadsden for a concert and my mom wanted to get something to eat before we got the road. The server was very nice and friendly. Everyone enjoyed our meals. The kids flew threw their meals quick. My onion rings and salad were on point. I know its a place known for its burgers and wings, my only suggestion is to have a burger for vegetarians. I recently transition but from what I saw today I will definitely have a cheat day.

We stopped by for the first time as we were passing through town. I decided on the fried pickle burger and onion rings. I had no complaints the food came out quickly after we ordered. The service was good and the food was fresh. The atmosphere was fun. Overall I would go back again.

Went in during a major event and still got our food fast! We had our favorite wings half lemon pepper, half double dipped (dry rub is not spicythey were cooked to perfection, full of flavor. the bacon cheese fries are the best in town. ( you can get them as a side if you don’t want a full portion. If you don’t like nacho cheese, ask to leave it off. Ranch dressing is homemade. Fried pickles are a great choice for an appetizer. It seems the place has been recently renovated and has a great atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality and variety. Order the burgers or the salads. You will not be disappointed with this restaurant!!

Went by here while we were in town. Was told by a local to make sure we come by. The staff was so nice to us and made us feel like we were regulars. We ordered the BBQ nachos and the hottest of hot wings. Everything was so tasty! We had a wonderful experience.
