Ive been here twice for a birthday party. Both times I really enjoyed myself. Great food. Clean.
I had a great experience at this venue. The music was jumping and the atmosphere was cool and relaxed. I would recommend to others.
I love to see and support Black businesses.Unfortunately I cant give this place a full five stars. I visited Saturday 9- 17-22 and sat in VIP for a birthday party. Unfortunately did not feel VIP at all when it came to the service. Paid for a drink with a waitress with long hair well she never came back, had to flag another waitress down with a bun well she never came back, last but not least talk to a gentlemen and he told me it would be taken care of well never saw my drink. It left a bad impression on me as I felt ignored especially when the people around me getting there drinks and I PAID!I know people are short on staff but thats everywhere nowadays my job included. Whats going set an establishment apart from the rest is how the staff handle it .My suggestion if you going to have a vip have a waitress service that area only, especially if they got a big party. Secondly have some menus please! It was my first time here so it would of been nice to know what drinks you had or if I need to go a website just tell me. Last but not least good customer service goes a long way! No one likes working short obviously but people will be better understanding if the service is good.3 stars for the band and music had fun dancing with my family
The place was very hip and modern and big, loved the space. We ordered some fish and chicken. The chicken was great but the fish wasnt seasoned. Other than that the DJ was wonderful!
Great atmosphere, awesome entertainment and fabulous food. The #1 venue for night life!
Great place fun atmosphere Great music. Yes I Recommend this place
Great Food! MUSIC WAS PHENOMENAL! Loaded Drinks!
My family & I had a BALL here! The atmosphere is so nice & grown up. Everyone was so welcoming, the drinks are so good & definitely worth it. Id give this place 10 stars if I could. I sang my heart out and had a night to remember.
My first time there. It was awesome! Love to go again had a great time
Very entertaining very laid back nice atmosphere great lovely food and drinks and the band was just wonderful
This was our first time going on a Friday and we had a ball. Drinks....Fire....Food....Fire....Music....Banging.
Just a great place to go an meet peoples
Best night spot for real live band music an dance on Illinois side of the river very slick an smoove atmosphere for adults
The server had great customer service and the food and vibe was great.
I enjoyed the atmosphere and the live band was on point. I ordered wings and fries..for 14 bucks..to me that was a. Overcharge for 6 wings and fries..and the wings were gigantic..I could only eat the smallest 2..ate a few of the soft fries and left the rest..Dj was jamming...and I continued on with my very very week patron margarita.. As I left..I told the people at the door that it was my very first time and I really enjoyed myswlf..I got nothing back from none of the 4 workers standing around the front.. So honestly after paying $20 bucks to get in and wasting money on my food..the highlight was the girl in Leapord cutting up on the mic. I really did enjoy my 1hour there..and will definitely come back just to have a great time!
I love and appreciate black businesses. Me and my fiance went here yesterday, 7-1 and had an okay time. The music was incredibly too loud for no reason. Couldnt even hear the rude bartender over the music. The man who was in the dj booth (who I am assuming is the managergave everyone there a free round because the talent hadnt arrived. We were eating so we waited about 10 minutes and then I went to the bar and tried to cash in on it. The rude bartender told me it was over. I missed the window to get a free drink. Not once did the man say there was a time limit on when you had to get the drink. I wanted to have my engagement party here but now I dont think I will.
Great atmosphere and the Jazzy wings were delicious.
This place is Lit, the entertainment, the food and drinks. The staff was professional and accommodating , Old school comradery It was beautiful. I literally ate, drank and danced my blues away.
Service was horrible, took food over hour and half, waitresses didnt come to table.
Nice place but the music is way to loud! It is hard to have a conversation in the social setting because of the loud music. I am sure the Owners have heard this repeatedly but will not make the adjustment. I know people that have been there and said the same thing.
Placed a simple order by phone at 5:30pm & was told 30 minutes to pick up & after showing up within that time frame, i was told 15 more minutes. Sadly to say, another 30 minutes went by as I waited for my order. The place wasnt crowded so no blaming it on crowd overflow, needless to say, i just told the lady at the counter that i was good & that they could give it to somebody else when the food is actually done even though i paid in advance. No sweat, just wont return...we live & we learn.
Awesome Grown and Sexy time the performers Re great
Club for the grown and sexy.Very nice place to go to for live music or comedy. The food is great too!
The staff was great. Kinda small but cozy. Music was a little louder than it needed to be for a small space but the Ambiance was beautiful. The food was good. The drinks were average. Live music is a plus.
Super deluxe experience. The band was way over the top bar of excellence, hosting two female lead singers and notoriously gifted band members. The wait staff performance was also tremendous complementary to the owner himself.
Fun, grown, classy, sexy atmosphere! Tiffany was the lead singer when we visited and she was AMAZING!
Great experience for a mature crowd on the Illinois side. The food is great! The owners and staff are friendly and accurate on your orders. The live music on the weekends only adds to the experience that will have you returning for more!
My 1st time at this venue was pretty outstanding. Tim Cunningham was awesome as usual, food was served up hot and delicious. The servers were very attentive. The negative came when we were seated in the upper level and eating and drinking that a gentleman came and told us we had to move to the lower level "VIP". There was nothing indicating the area was reserved. In the future it would help if staff and servers all know what was going on. This is somewhat off-putting and could have been avoided.
Great grown/mature atmosphere with sleek contemporary decor, good drinks, chicken well seasoned and cooked, and entertainment options are second to none. Strongly recommend this venue to anyone looking for evening/night entertainment tailored to the 30+ age demographic... follow the website/social media page to get updated as to what different acts and events are going on, so you can choose the best experience for YOU!
The place is nice and all but when you have a event make sure the mirrors are clean when a host is on stage and for the prices they are charging for that nasty food is ridiculously high and too much seasoning too salty if youre gonna charge a arm and a leg make sure youre giving whole chicken wings and a nice serving of fries.
😁 Attended first SPEED DATING event held there. All the ladies were Beautiful and career professionals. Fell in 😍 with each one I interviewed. The entertainment was spectacular. Fell in love with the ladies displaying their talents. The staff was Beautiful and professional. Fell in love with all the females. You get my drift? Purchasing a Lifetime Membership.
The front staff was friendly. The comedians weren’t that funny but they tried. I enjoyed the laid back ambiance of the place. The food isn’t seasoned, so you may need to request salt. I assumed that maybe the clientele had been requesting food with less salt because I wasn’t sure why the fries and other food didn’t seem to have seasoning. I would return to this place.
We were fabulously entertained by The Coleman Hughes Project featuring Adrienne. The venue is small and intimate. Bathroom was clean but did need to refill the soap in the ladies room even before the show started. We had just come from dinner so we didnt order food...drinks only.
This places is an oasis when it comes to a nice quality place for adults. I was pleasantly surprised at the establishment. All of the staff was very kind and responsible the drink orders came fast and the food was good.
This place was really nice. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the performers. It was a great chill vibe. Definitely an older crowd.
Music was too loud! Im a disabled veteran. My tinnitus got bad. I had to step out to give my ears a break! But the music was fine. Just need to tone the music down 10 decibels!
Great atmosphere and vibe! The live entertainment is such a plus to a night of dancing and celebrating. Yes! they do keep it JAZZY!!!
Older crowd, and great music, so that was good. Food that night wasnt too good, drinks high priced and watered down. However, we would return, just drink before we get there or byob lol.
Nice and comfortable place to hang out have few drinks socialized with your friends very nice atmosphere
My husband and I visited Jazzy on this last Sat. We had been here on several occasions and always had a pretty decent time, but this situation left a sour taste. We decided to sit on the loveseat near the front door. there were no signs saying that seat was reserved, even though there were reserved seating signs on other tables there wasnt one on this table and since we had sat there before we didnt think it would be an issue. We ordered drinks and was just chilling until the show started. We were there about 30 minutes and was approached by security and was told we had to move. According to security, he was told to tell us we needed to move because the seat was reserved, but again there wasnt a reserved sign. Security acknowledged there wasnt a reserved seating sing, apologized and stated we still had to move. A couple that was sitting near us and was observing what was happening invited us to sit at their "reserved" table. Around 15 minutes later a Caucasian man came in and was seated at the loveseat. I believe the owner came over and sat with the man until the man left. Once the Caucasian man left the next couple who entered sat on the loveseat, with no issue. I kinda felt like we had just experienced a Rosa Parks incident. We were asked to move for the Caucasian man. I dont know if we were discriminated against, but it felt very unsettling and somewhat embarrassing. Im not sure what the Caucasian man relationship is with the owner/establishment. I just know my husband and I spent $150 that night and was treated in a pretty tacky manner. And I am positive if this had been a white establishment that asked us to give up our seat for a white man, the repercussions to that establishment would have been pretty harsh.
The food could be better. I enjoyed the live music and ambiance. My first drink was horrible...apple martini...found out they used ciroc and something other than apple pucker....NASTY! My second drink I asked for Titos vodka and ginger beer....WAY BETTER! Ill definitely go back...I know what to drink and not eat
Omg! My people! Bathrooms, CLEAN! Ambience, AMAZING! Hookahs with enhancements of a lollipop tip and alcohol base, THE BOMB.COM! Live band and great DJ, SUPREME! Waitresses, GOREGEOUS! However, interesting is still a cover charge when you pay to reserve a table. Reserving a table is only $30. They should do a deal when a table is reserved, the person reserving should not have to pay a cover. They should also have a list at the entry table of who reserved so an ID can be shown and the number of the table can be told to the patron upon arrival. Just a little more organization needed with that. EVERY THING ELSE IS GREAT!
Nice relaxing atmosphere. I dont usually care for clubs, this place creates a vibe that can accommodate laid back personalities like mine and a person who enjoys the club. will be back for sure
Celebrating a graduate! Congratulations Dr. Stephanie Scurlark-Belt!!!
We had a splendid time celebrating 34 yrs of marriage my Sis Kabby and Mr Griffin
My first time here was on a date recommended by, of course, my date because it was closer to her home. I was wondering what I was getting myself into as Im not that big of a fan of jazz. One of the first things I noticed was that the dj seemed a bit excited. Id even made a comment about potentially some additive helping him along the way.The singer was really good. She had range and presence-as if she were used to larger venues and this was more intimate and comfortable. The choice of songs was really good. And the band breakdown where they go on a little solo... yeah!! The sax guy, guitarist (yeah, bro did the thing!), and that drummer-really the whole band-got it in and showcased great skill. And then the band took a break. DJ Word is Bonds marketing people clearly arent invested in this precious gem-Ive never heard of him... but the man was ON ONE! Yeah, I watched and listened to him do an excellent job of music selection, crowd involvement, and streaming duties. And when the band retired for the evening and it was his show again, once more bro showed out.I was pleasantly suprised at what was delivered. Had a great time and will definitely return OFTEN.My only complaint was the waitress. NOT attentive, not social, and very slow with the service. But even with that, I can go get me and my dates drinks, Im definitely returning OFTEN with my date... she was right!
Great experience. Very COVID compliant. You have the choice to sit outside with a bar and server while listening to the love band on speakers. Or you can put on your mask, have your temperature taken and sit inside with the band. The bathrooms are so nice!
Nice spacious medium-sized club. Small dance floor, however, it gets plenty of usage. Theres a small stage for bands & entertainers. Fairly good-sized VIP area with bottle service. Attracts mature clientele ready for good music & fun. There are a lot of waitresses for the size of the club. Therefore, you dont have to wait too long for service. That is if they get your order right the first time. The staff are professionals & anxious to ensure you have a pleasant experience. One small issue happened when a bartender supposedly created a bar tab for me, but unbeknownst to me she didnt. We ordered food & the waitress couldnt find my tab so she just cancelled our food order without telling us. So we just reordered & paid cash. Great place otherwise.
Each time I visit, there are changes to the menu, pricing or lineup. I realize every business has growing pains, but customers want some stability so that theyll know what to expect. The band was nice, and the owners are nice. Overall, its a nice, grown persons establishment.
Its a wonderful adult atmosphere with live music, drink specials, great staff, and good food!
