Roy Pub is a bright, spacious Jazz Bar located in front of the University. It host live performances on Fridays or Saturdays and offers a standard cocktail menu. It does have some whiskeys of note and the seating is spacious. It is large enough for a twelve person group but small enough that everyone can enjoy the show.

One of the best live music venues in town and probably the place in town to catch swanky jazz.Jazz Pub Roy offers intimate live jazz shows each week and occasionally hosts jam nights. The atmosphere is cozy and the owner is friendly. There is a nice community of the both out of town and local acts that all play together here.The table snack is a mix of candy coated chocolates, almonds and pretzels. The food includes a rather underwhelming cheese plate (baby bell and string cheese opened up on a platter), a plate of chips/crisps and potatoes with ketchup and cheese-like dip. I never explored the drink options but orange juice and typical sodas are available for non-drinkers.Its a happening place on music nights with a mostly Korean crowd and bumping tunes.

Incredible live music and good drinks. Small on the inside so if you are going to one of their jam sessions, be sure to go early!

You can check the program from instagram. I enjoyed several kinds of tab beer and signature beer ,too. Price is reasonable.
