Very disappointing, bad value for money, poor service and unclean rooms.Two night stay in December intwo delux rooms. Rooms not well cleaned, super dusty and just generally not cleaned to a good standard. Hot water was intermittent despite promising 24h hot water access at booking. Had to ask reception multiple times to turn on hot water each time it was needed - which required a 20-30m wait time. Has to request reception to send the remote for the air con (was fine, if a bit oldand the TV (TV wasnt working).One of the rooms consistently had a very unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom drain. The hotel did nothing about this despite mentioning it to them multiple times.Breakfast was included but there was no choice and it was unceremoniously dropped off in the room at 9am. We hadnt even got up yet! Breakfast itself was ok if simple and not very filling - it included paratha and egg omelette with chai.Room service and house keeping were generally very slow, and friendly but not greatly so.Location relatively close to both the airport (c.20-30mand Sialkot city (c.20-30m).
