I Ordered Chicken Dhania With Chapo And A Milkshake. I Was Served Very Hard Chapo That I Didn’t Bother To Eat! I Had High Expectations For Java Considering I Haven’t Had Java Since 2018. The Milkshake Was Also Nasty! I Threw It Away! I Told The Waiters About The Chapos And They Agreed It Was Super Hard! I Hope They Do Better! I Wasted Over 2k On Food I Didn’t Enjoy Or Eat!

Great meals and a perfect place for business and social meetings

Coffee is good. Loads of variety on how you like your coffee. Ohh and great service unlike java trm.

Went to Java house for coffee recently when I visited home with my Aussi family. Coffee was the best and served right . Such a lovely place to sit and catch up too . The only issue is the waiting time . It really took long to get our coffee !

Slow service today to the point food gets cold in particular a certain waitress who almost ignored me for an hour of waiting for just a soda to accompany with burger and chips.... Please improve on this...

Everything is going for this Java branch, with the decent food, friendly attendants and convenient location. The only thing that works against it is the sitting area. The inside is congested and the outside patio is exposed to the harshness of the weather. Overall great place for breakfast

The Dawa was great, fried chicken was not well done. We shared (Me& My Friendour sentiments but they were not appreciated on taken keenly. The lady looked bored and gave us a feeling of "you took the cheapest menu and you have the nerve to complain" . Will definitely be back there but only for Dawa and Samosa.

A good place to be in when you are on the sides of Thika road. You can sit inside or outside...

We were at Garden City Java house yesterday, as usual I ordered a giant beef samosa take away all was well until I found a metallic object inside, I putting it up here so that the management can note and take action for the sake of other Giant Samosa Lovers. Thanks.

Best for short meetings and chit chat, specially the open area outside . Only thing which is not so good inside is the loud sound of coffee machine . Its really loud that u cannot talk while they make coffee.

Even though it is always crowded on the weekend I have to give it to the attendants who are always going out of their way to try and make everyone comfortable. I also noticed the distribution of sanitizer points across the restaurant which is really commendable in the effort to adhere to the Covid-19 MOH directives. I enjoyed my evening at the restaurant.

Java house Garden City is one of the best Java in Kenya. The staff is friendly the food is fresh and the ambiance is perfect. If you want to really enjoy the experience make sure to call in advance and reserve a table because sometimes it gets so busy you might not get a table. Try everything you can on the menu the food is beautiful.

The experience was all average. We were served by Dorcas who had very good customer service. She got all orders right and made sure to check on us every so often. The burgers were okay but they survived. The fudge cake pictured was to die for..Best I have in a while. The seating area next to the glass barriers was quite windy and this made our experience a tad uncomfortable, they could work on improving that.

Loved the food d as usual delicious. A little delay as it was a busy Sunday afternoon but other than that lovely.

The services here are fast and the waitress was super friendly. The chocolate fudge cake is a must try😋

This was my first time at this branch, they have great service and the food is always great.I recommend their bbq loaded fries and their chicken bakon burger, they are amazing.Also their caramel macchiatos are life, hot or cold

Hardly ever get disappointed at a Java, and this one is no exception. Food is awesome, the dawa when needed really comes through. Service is decent with happy staff, plus the place is generally clean. Outdoor sitting is for the brave, the cross winds here are legit going to make you sick. But on one of those hot days its a perfect cool off point. Good stuff guys!!
