Overpriced and unfriendly staff. Would skip this and find a coffee bar in the departure hall, better ones can be found there.

Very nice cheese and ham focaccia and a nice espresso with banana cake. The caprese sandwich was just ok. Could improve it with some pesto sauce or salt and balsamic vinegar.Thank you!

La signora che lavora alla macchina non penso abbia mai fatto un corso sulligiene, visto che prende i bicchieri mettendoci le dita dentro. Vergognoso. E forse anche un corso barista farebbe bene, visto che un espresso allungato non si fa versando acqua calda nellespresso, bensì facendo colare per più tempo lo stesso espresso.

Buen lugar para descansar, tomar un café y comer un panecillo o baguette mientras esperas tu vuelo en el aeropuerto de Bruselas.

Perfecte plek om te wachten op je arrival..Lekker koffie en ruim aanbod van broodjes wraps en zoete wafels en koekjes. Propere plek met vriendelijk personeel.. van binnen goed zicht op de aankomsttijden etc..

I have been a regular client at Java Coffee Bar at Hogeschool Gent for the last 4 years and I always had great experiences there.Im sorry to say, but this Java Coffee Bar is nothing like them.It was a quiet afternoon. There were 2 people at work who didnt seem interested in their work at all. They kept chatting with each other even though I was waiting at the counter to order. I asked for a latte to drink there and it almost seemed to much to do. They prepared mine in a paper cup although I said specifically that it was not to take away. When I asked to have my latte in a normal coffee cup, it (againfelt like I was asking too much. The few people who were sitting in the place had all paper cups. In my opinion, the staff does this to not have more work because its easier to throw a cup away then to wash one.When I eventually sat down, it was filthy everywhere. There was just no clean table I could find. Its a shame that such a nice place with great coffee can be so damaged by the people who work there.

Does this place even want customers?? They had 4(!waiters behind the desk, and we were the only customers in line, but still they simply ignored us. We just left after few minutes.

Be careful. Not fresh coffee. There is a big jar of already made coffee liquids behind the bar. In busy time, the bartenders use it instead of making coffee from the machine. I asked them, but they lied about it. One star for such poor taste of coffee.

好友聚餐被無預警分到只能共鍋的包廂，電磁爐出現燒焦冒火，將共鍋又要拆成小鍋，換位子連椅子都沒有要站著吃，份量小又貴，不會再去

CP值不高，服務態度很普通，覺得沒有給10%服務費的必要，點餐叫了也不來，還要去櫃檯請才來，桌上衛生紙沒了也沒在客人到前先補，坐下後我們自己發現沒有了才請他們來補，杯子破了一角也捨不得換新的，碗也沒洗乾淨，除了肉還不錯吃之外其他沒什麼好的，

快七點鐘時抵達，整間店雖有2/3的空位，年輕男店員卻要我等10分鐘，這就算了。等待時沒等待區，也就算了。等一下子，又來個女店員改口要我再等20分鐘，且態度也不慎良好的。中間是有聽到比較年長的人（老闆？）罵員工說他們不接散客，但你為何不直接出來說預約滿了就好了，讓我蠢蠢在那邊等。若我當時真的繼續等20分鐘，依照「不接散客」的原則，不就繼續要我等下去？這，還不是第一次，只是上次要等我就走了，這次更理解他們應該只接預約，寧願位子空著也不接客。玻璃心的我不會再去

食材的部分沒有照顧得非常好，菜盤的菜看起來不新鮮，而且都是菇類跟乾巴巴的菜，肉的部分肥肉比例太多了，每次去飯都說賣完了，奶茶還不錯喝，整體是裝潢不錯，但是服務跟菜盤都要加油~~

菜單要什麼沒什麼湯頭說有麻辣 其實只有兩種這兩種根本是一樣服務生臉臭臭 態度不是很好服務普普不適合聚餐。價錢稍貴 不值得吃

品質跟價格還蠻合理的，但是服務卻有待加強，點菜後肉盤等了半小時才上，服務生講話都含滷蛋說話都不清楚，也沒有解釋消費方式，以後不考慮了。

可以特調醬料，肉質蠻不錯的，還有附沙拉，附食麵條很特別！會讓人想再光顧的火鍋店！！

Just ordered a hot chocolat and got hot milk.Theyre so cheap with their chocolat powder (!you only taste milk, could have bought 3 liters at that price! Run away...

Never been here because they called a day before our booking day to cancel or change our booking which we made 5 days ago due to an unreasonable reason: ‘they decided to not open for lunch’ and asked us to change our appointment to dinner or cancel it.We had no other available time as we are a group of friends works different hours and wanted to gather for early Xmas celebration..You may just miss one table but you also lost 5 potential customer and their family and friends to come.

服務方面與應變能力難以言喻地失敗。中午十二點點餐，有個主餐一直沒來，確認了至少三次都說快了，直到一點都準備要上班所以和他取消。比較晚上班的人繼續聊了20分鐘，起身要走時才說還有甜點。結帳時沒來的餐沒取消，差點受氣還多付錢，服務生只是一直不好意思，說有人請假的關係，彷彿應該由消費者承擔店內管理責任。發現還是收了服務費，發生這種狀況竟然不是補償，而是服務費收好收滿，還企圖收一盤沒來的餐點費。好不好吃是不太清楚，但管理的失敗在大台北區可能無出其右，佐以極度缺乏羞恥心的收費態度，是一家逆向指標上的高級餐廳。

東西不難吃低消$300，但基本的套餐鍋是$330起跳有10%服務費用餐當天，內場似乎有出錯單的情況，導致外場的工作人員都擠在出菜區，讓幾組想點餐的客人等候多時不過整體來說，不會有服務不周到的地方，如果天氣冷了想簡單吃個鍋，會是一個選擇。

CP值很高的店，雖然價位不是超便宜，但品質和裝潢都很不錯，招牌辣麵很好吃醬料非常香，牛奶湯底雖要加價但很好喝，肉質也很嫩，工業風設計，性比價高。吃的非常飽。

建議貴餐廳，若想在炎熱的暑假賣火鍋，冷氣真的要強一點，從第一口一路狂飆汗到最後熱到吃不下⋯我想這種價格已經不是平價火鍋店，應該要提供客人更舒適的用餐環境！

You get your own hot-pot and A TON OF FOOD! Price is worth it for THIS MUCH amount of meat! The meat is quite good!! Small bowl of vegetables included. Great staff, cute setting for hot-pot. Its like a hot-pot cafe!

平價好吃～有個組合是肉品幾選一+海鮮六選一，我選雞肉+蛤蜊，蛤蜊超爆多，大概15個以上，雞肉也有大概10塊，真的吃很飽，價錢才380！菜盤是用高高的方形容器裝，有點難拿下面的蔬菜，可是還是很好吃～店家會附自己做的辣椒醬跟芝麻醬，當天看到好幾個老客戶(?)說不要醬，但身為一個吃辣的人，個人覺得那個辣椒醬還不錯👍 奶茶滿普通，火鍋吃完就很飽了，建議不用再點飲料。當天有附甜點，我跟朋友都點布蕾，但不是很好吃😕環境乾淨，服務生態度也很好，只不過店面有點小，座位大多是吧台，吧台窄窄的，離服務生很近，他們在前面走來走去，吃飯感覺有點壓力。如果是四個人去的話比較有機會分到一般桌子的位子，兩人的桌子很少，有點可惜

In the arrival zone of BRU airport you will find these pretty coffee shop. Its good meeting point just behind the exit from the luggage-pick-up and customs control. If you need to wait, you can have your grande mug and make watching people and have an eye direct on the screen of baggage belts ... For travellers is good first stop to have a real good coffee, after awful chemtrail-coffee! The dark baristas looks like directly imported from Kenia, the white dishman are very busy ... this is not typically ;-Belgian.

裝潢很漂亮的火鍋店~有很多種不同等級的肉品(價錢)可選擇每次都點最便宜的牛但還是滿好吃的有附簡單的甜點飲料偶爾跟朋友聊天吃飯的好去處

看到網路評價不錯才訂位前往用餐，但吃完後有點後悔，餐點真的不太好，菜盤的蔬菜不是很新鮮，服務態度也不是很好。以環境和打造的空間很有質感和舒適，覺得很可惜。

菜盤多，湯頭與其他火鍋店不同，有獨特的口味，肉片確實不多，大約8片左右，但都是現切，肉質不錯，飲料是一人一馬克杯大小，不會讓人吃不飽。

吃過好幾次，冬天平日生意非常好常客滿，假日反而有位子。食材新鮮湯頭算清淡，空間乾淨整潔，唯一的缺點是醬料沒有時常檢查補充，整理來說中規中矩，沒有特別的驚豔。

菜色湯頭普通，價格偏貴。服務員臉部面無表情，連歡迎光臨都不會說。下午去吃明明空位很多，硬要叫客人坐吧台區，且還要連著坐不能空ㄧ個位子放隨身物品坐的輕鬆些。僅此ㄧ次，不會再去了。請。慎。入。。。。

剛開幕時很好吃。最近蔬菜盤的內容減量，肉品的單價也往上提高。整體而言，以前覺得很好，價廉物美。現在則會覺得同樣的價格，我會選擇去其他的店。

人潮很多，我們是坐在吧台的位置，不算好吃也不算難吃，就是一般的涮涮鍋店不過設計比較潮吧~醬料很少，價格也不算便宜，餐點都要三百元起跳比較多

They serve some pretty good coffee for a fair price. I had a short wait for my departure and this place was thankfully open. I recommend it!

This place makes you feel so welcomed and refreshed early in the morning after a super long flight. I appreciate the Belgium hospitality and really great coffee!!!
