Jasmine Cocktail Bar & Lounge in Hamilton

We came here when we first arrived at the hotel. The food was quite decent, with a nice childrens menu.

This hotel bar is everything. Great service. Friendly staff. And delicous eats.

Quick post work drink. Service exceptional as always and the choice of drinks are great. Nice bubbles too

Jasmine lounge has steadily decreased on quality and service over the years”If you want drinks, finger food, desserts then this lounge will suffice. Comfy atmosphere but horrendous service. Here was our experience, it took 23 min after we sat down before someone took our drink order. We has 3 different waiters in one meal, all were rushed when the lounge was not even full. Appetizers came bf our drinks and we finished our eating appetizers and still no one took our dinner order yet. We finally got drinks and then placed an order and quality of food was awful. There was only 3 entrees to pick from and the two we tried were awful. Snapper overcooked and there was hard cereal on top, chicken breast with swiss cheese and spinach was bland and salty. Mash potatoes must be out of box it was awful also. 4 star hotel not a chance. Too bad such a nice atmosphere has poor customer service and awful entrees

Great with little kids and the Wooster Rooster keeps us coming back.

Very slow service. Food good but stressful waiting for it. Made us late for our ticketed event despite ordering nearly an hour before the food arrived.

Went here to experience high tea. It was a bit disappointing- tea bags really! And sparce on the edibles.

The Jasmine Lounge has a great, cosy ambiance. There is something for everyone on the menu. The staff are friendly and attentive. There are a number of fun specialty cocktails to choose from also.

The chef is a genius, the food is always tasty.

Best Dark and Stormy that Ive ever had! Its really good, the seating area is a bit dated but its very lively and fun.

Excellent music in the lobby. The lavender lemon drop martini is a huge hit! Fun atmosphere and great entertainment.

The food is ok but they have this amazing apple pie that I jokingly told my husband I would visit Bermuda just to have it. The warm apply pie wth the ice cream is amazing! My husband liked their flat pizza and my daughters ate the chicken fingers and banana split.

Recommended by Willowbank today to it’s guests like us noting that there was entertainment tonight. We were disappointed when we arrived to find out no music tonight . I had called the Hotel earlier and they confirmed music .We decided to still have dinner and Nahzjse placed us in a nice corner table .. too corner for Hazem our server who apparently had too many tables to serve as after the initial order forgot about us until I called Amitt who took care of us the rest of the evening.We enjoyed the guacamole and chips and coconut shrimp but the meatballs were disappointing . The crispy snapper was really good but they forgot to bring separate places.Thanks for Nahzjse taking our picture on our 43 Anniversary trip. She said music tomorrow but we will probably sample another restaurant in case they cancel entertainment again. Looks like a nice respite hotel .

Its ok not the best food but a very comfortable atmosphere. Good for a snack and cocktails.

For a lounge of the hotel it was amazing. We had dinner nearly every night in the lounge. One night a wedding party of maybe 30 guests and the service didnt even skip a beat. They kept pouring me my rum swizzles and the food was perfect every time. The platter was a fan favourite of our group. Shout out to the servers of jasmines lounge.

Have been to this hotel lounge over many years. The family always enjoys the food. As picky as we are, honestly havent had anything we didnt like here. Service is pretty good as long as its not too busy. Friendly staff.

This is the default restaurant and lounge in the Fairmont Southampton. The menu is somewhat limited. There are a few good dishes. The Rooster Wooster sandwich and the flatbread pizzas are pretty good. If you are staying at the hotel, you can get pretty tired of the food quickly. Since it is Bermuda and the Fairmont, the prices are quite high. We had inconsistent service levels. Some staff were good, others needed some improvement. They occasionally have live music.

Sat down for an hour to have tea at the Jasmine and read a book. You cant beat this view of south shore! The "South P" -as locals call it- is well visited by Bermudians because it makes us feel like we are on vacation! The staff are so welcoming and not a single detail is forgotten with regards to the decor. Always a great experience.

The view is great, the renovated lounge much lighter and up to date, the service is cheerful and friendly although orders take a while to arrive. Definitely a place to relax and wind down, it is not fast food! The menu has a good range (I wish they would bring back fish cakes though)

Food is great. Services is great. Cocktails are fantastic.

Limited selection but great food. The first time we sat outside which overlooked the pool. The food took a long time because our waiter lost our order. But when the food finally came out, it was hot and well prepared. The fish burger on brioche buns was very good as well as the french fries. Inside seating was very comfortable with cushions and sofa-like seats.

Wings were good, fries cold, beer $10 a bottle

Nice bar, but the menu is good too. The Bermuda fish chowder is so good. Be sure to add both the sherry peppers and the black rum.

We brought in fish that we caught to be cooked here, and it was hands down the best fish we had ever had. We are very impressed with the quality of food and service.

While the nightly entertainment was excellent each night the service was not. 2 out of 3 visits we had extremely long waits for drinks and below average service. If it were not for the band and convenient location we would not have given it another shot.

Flatbread pizza is the way to go. Nice service.

On a rare, chilly, gloomy day in Bermuda Jasmine was the perfect cozy, comfort food venue. It recently had an interior refresh which looks good. We got a couch and table right next to the fireplace and ordered the Jasmine Signature Pizza. It was outstanding! Best pizza I’ve had in Bermuda — ever. Order it.

Ehh service is slow. For the prices at this place things should be a little faster. Food ok

At first i wasnt a fan, but after being at the Fairmont for a week with my Wife and 5yr. old, this was our preferred diver/lunch spot. Its nice that its big, we were able to isolate our crazed child from the more serious guests. The choices seemed the most varied here, but as usual the beer choices were dismal. Its faster than the other restaurants because its less formal. A quick tip: if your stay includes a "continental" breakfast, youre MUCH better off at Windows. Windows has a lot more choices, even for the continental breakfast, Jasmine is more for the "in a rush" breakfast. Lastly, I must say everyone at the hotel has gone above and beyond our expectations with their kindness and attitude, we genuinely feel welcome, thank you.
