Jardim das Cerejas - Vegan restaurant in Belas, Portugal
Very tasty vegan food and also very nice service. We really like to have lunch here once a week
Amazing vegan buffet. Big variety of good vegan dishes. Bottle of wine 8€ ;)
This is probably the best vegan restaurant Ive been in Europe! The food is just amazing, the place is cozy and the server is very sympathetic. Its a buffet with a fixed price and you can eat as many times as you wish. I literally wanted to try all the dishes I saw there. I really recommend Jardim das Cerejas and Ill be back there as soon as possible!!!
A great place for vegan locals as well as tourists. I really liked the food and give 4 stars just because some of it, especially protein like lentils was in such a high demand that it just wasn’t available. During the 20 minutes I was there, it wasn’t refilled and as a tourist on a schedule I had to dash. But that might have been a rush a hour for them ofc…Visited on Saturday, November 5, 14:20
Super vegan food, perfect price and very nice place!
When you can’t take any more of the gorgeous fish and pork, head here for a great meal. It fulfilled all of my vegetable needs with amazing flavour. Absolutely everything was delicious and plentiful. Great value as well.
Friendly staff and really amazing food with lots of variaty, big recommendation! Buffet not limited to one plate but as much as you like, becarefull you dont eat too much haha
From the moment we opened the door, the owners smile said it all! This spot is made with love - each dish on offer seems wholesome and the taste is there, with a mix of spicy and creamy dishes to suit any desire! And great value too :PS Dont leave without trying the dessert options
An excellent restaurant with awesome food and friendly staff. Highly recommended for vegan and vegetarian foods.
Delicious vegan lunch buffet. The soup was incredible!
Im happy there are places like this. Good, vegan, nourishing variety of food but bottom line is average and no more.
Best place to eat in Lisbon!!!Delicious Food, nice flair and very friendly staff!I highly recommend you try it if your in the city!
Amazing selection of delicious food for such a cheap price! Will go back there as soon as I am back in Lisboa. Would recommend 100%
Wholesome fresh plant based food. Had the dinner buffet. Food was filling, but lacked flavour. Wholesome food but nothing to go back for twice!
Delicious vegan food in a lovely friendly cosy place. Ive never come across a fully vegan buffet before and this place was a hit with the whole family. Highly recommended.
Awesome place! Everything was delicious, it really tasted like homemade meals made with love. Price is affordable as well.
This place is an absolute MUST visit! We went twice on our trip. Each time they have some same dishes and lots different. Particularly enjoyed the cabbage wraps, ‘meatballs’ and lentil curry style.Friendly staff, prices for smaller budgets, healthy and tasty! What more could you want!
All you can eat buffet, for a cheap prize. Very friendly owner/staff. Food is delicious! Varies every day. Would recommend.
This place is very budget friendly with al you can eat style and yet variety of tasty dishes. Their fresh drinks options were interesting too for few extra bucks. I would be coming here few more times before I leave Lisbon.
One of the best vegan buffet restaurants in the city... Superb selection, hot and cold, together with homely desserts. The owner is just fantastic and the staff will always do their best to make it a great experience. It gets quite busy in the evening, but its worth it.Delighted to see that this place survived the lockdown!!
Exceptional vegan buffet in the city center. This is a must-try vegan spot in Lisbon!
Love the food! Everything was so good! Please open a restaurant in Valencia!
Very nice place to eat, the food is really delicious, and the staff is very nice. Highly recommend this spot!
Had dinner for 10,50 Euros. The buffet looked nice but the warm dishes were not as tasty as in other restaurants (e.g. Lisbon Vegan Restaurante in Rua de Arroios with same type of buffet). The best was the soup and the second the ratatouille. For that price Id rather go to a nearby vegan restaurant like Organi. Youll get there only one plate but it looks nicer, tastes greater and you dont need to stand up the whole time.Service was kind but always had a look what youre doing at the buffet.
Absolutely delicious. Good selection of hot and cold dishes and a soup.
Very good with all vegan food. Good selection of salads. One delicious soup. The price for dinner is about 12 euros. Please notice that drinks and desserts, s are not included! The owner and personnel are very nice.
Great budget-friendly vegan restaurant, offering buffet style dining for both lunch and dinner. There’s also the option to takeaway (even better valueif you’re really watching the euros! Drinks are extra, but very reasonably priced.I dined here two nights during my stay in Lisbon; and both times the food was fantastic. There’s plenty to choose from, and everything was really tasty.Highly recommended.
I absolutely LOVE this vegan restaurant in Lisbon. I literally come here 4 to 5 times a week.
The buffet was nice, and also fairly priced at €8,50 for an all you can eat lunch. The dishes contained flavour and were relatively inexpensive. It was also very clean, especially for a buffet place. Would reccomend for a quick meal.
I do really wanted to give a 5 stars, but then I checked out the bill and realized that they charged me extra €5.5.The entire bill was 2 buffet, 2 regular beer and 2 regular dessert.Nothing to say about the food, really good and tasty, just take a look to the bill or ask for a copy before paying.
Great vegan buffet! There were plenty of options and the food was delicious. My personal favorite was the soup. It is a bit small, so I’d recommend getting there early or with time. Great value for money. Definitely would go back again! 100% recommended!
I really recommend this place when staying in Lisbon. 100% Vegan, very tasty & healthy, great choice of food at great prices! You pay EUR 8.50 for buffet (10.50 in the eveningand you can eat all what you want and how much you want. There is a wide range of food from which you can choose and all of them are great - I chose from lentils stew, tofu dish, two kinds of not-meat balls, chickpeas, raw or stewed vegetables, lettuce, cabbage, some grains (riceand much more. You can also take a cake for EUR 2.50, up to five to choose from - all are delicious. They also have a good and reasonably priced coffee. Best vegan place I found in Lisbon and I would eat there regularly if living in Lisbon.
Absolutely delicious vegetarian food. Fair price for the lunch, also for dinner. I especially enjoyed the fresh juices, as you could decide the flavors or even make a mix of 2 or 3 fruits. I came here 2 days in a row, and having a minor flu, i felt their combination of orange & ginger / beetroot & orange put me on my feet. Owners are nice. And, they really made sure to respect the rules while covid restrictions were ongoing.
Best vegan buffet we have tried so far in Lisbon. It is all you can eat type and is very inexpensive. We were here several times and will come again for sure. The buffet includes soups and greens, salads, hot vegan meats and paella, different types of sides. Their desserts are definitely worth trying - our favorite is chocolate, it is not super sweet or sugary but has this cocoa taste that we loved a lot. Overall, very much recommended.
What a little hidden gem! So much good stuff that I had a hard time deciding what I wanted for my second helping! Very similar to Indian food and without overpowering spices! The soup of spinach and pumpkin was just too good!
The reviews spoke very highly of this place & this probably made us walk in with great expectations. Im not sure. On this day, the buffet was quite ordinary. Felt like most of the dishes were a play on Indian flavours, which was nice & comforting. But all the items on the buffet were either under seasoned or bland. The pakoda like dishes had too much flour inside which was not fully cooked. This was quite unpleasant. Soup was tasty & the fresh juices were nicely made.#vegan #veganbuffet
excellent choice for a good/cheap vegan buffet.
Good and comparatively cheap vegan restaurant in Lisbon. Different kinds of rice, vegetables, curry, salad, sauce and more included in the 8.50 euro buffet. Drinks and dessert cost 2 - 2.50 euro. A bit crowded from 1:30pm, so try to get there early.
Small and busy restaurant, but taking advantage of the space. Reasonably priced, very good variation of vegan food, not very intense seasoning, I liked it very much, I recommend it to everyone.
One of my favorite places to eat in Lisbon! I was a while back and this place still has it’s magic by offering a simple, open buffet lunch or diner that are 100% vegan, fresh and tasty. Simple and homy atmosphere and nice fresh juices. Come and enjoy!
Very great place to eat vegan and Indian inspired food !This is a small all-you-can-eat buffet at first sight but plenty ! But better worth a small buffet with quality dishes than an huge one with a lot of not tasty and low quality food. They had soup of the day, crudités, some cold stuffs, 4 types of warm dishes, tabbouleh, whole and basmati rice, and seasoning. They also had some vegan desserts but they aren’t included in the buffet so you have to play an extra, as well as for drinks. You can find the prices in they website, this is 10,50€ at night and it’s really worth it. All the food was delicious. They fill the containers as soon as they’re almost empty. The staff is nice and English speaking. They explain kindly the principle of the buffet at who asks. They also have aluminum (then re-heatablecontainers for take-away atome 6,50€.The only thing that is would suggest is to indicate what the dishes are for some things at the cold buffet (although you can easily ask the staffand write in English too what are the warm dishes (only in Portuguese currently).Definitely in my “places to eat” list !!
Great value for the money, and everything is vegan, feels very relaxed and luxurious to be able to just eat whithout thinking of ingredients.
Great vegetarian place. Is a all you can eat place with a great choice of food cold and warm. Interesting recipes, handmade juices and a friendly and careful service. The place is quite small and thus a bit loud but the food experience is yummi for both vegetarians and meat lovers yet to discover that vegetarian is good too. And above a that, its quite cheap. Def worth a visit.
It was really nice. Unfortunately I am not sure anymore if it is vegan or only some of it. On the menu it says vegan and it seemed like thats what the staff was saying too, but the description online says vegetarian but mostly vegan. So make sure of it when you go:cakes are vegan though! We were welcomed with a nice smile, the restaurant is quiet nice, with a few paintings. For 10,5€ you get an access to the buffet, all you can eat. Only the drinks and the deserts are not included. The buffet was pretty nice, cold and hot food. Salads, sauces, mini pizza and rice pies etc, rice, taboulet, cauliflower, and some other stuff I cant name ! It was a good buffet. Different cakes for only 2,5€ a good piece for desert.I recommend
Went there for a lunch. All-you-can eat? All vegan? 8.50€ per person???This was one of the best ideas I ever had! Amazing food! Quite plently too! Fresh salads, veggies, all that you could expect, and more!Really good place for vegan explorers, and curious people! Some amazing ideas like spinach bites too!Totally recommending it:)
Amazing Vegan food. Buffet available only for 8.5 during lunch times. Almost unbelievable that such variety of taste can be available for such a low price. Sad that this place does not show up when you are in the vicinity.
Perfect cozy place. Vegan buffet for €7.50! All fresh and delicious. The house wine was tasty as well. This is my second visit to Lisbon and this place, one year apart, and the quality hasn’t changed. Recommended!
thankful this is here. a dinner selection of 6 hot dishes, two kinds of rice and maybe 10 salad ingredients from cukes to olives to beets. all the dishes were good, but perhaps slightly flavorless. they were not salty, thankfully. just bland. will try lunch while i’m in town. bottled drinks and deserts cost extra. all VEGAN and super friendly and helpful service.
Looove this vegetarian place! The place is small, very humble decoration and buffet style for 7.50 lunch hours and 9.50 dinner time. The food (all of itis amazing, tasty, homemade and delicious!! They offer warm and cold plates, and have a good selection of desserts (mostly cakes). It is a must for a vegetarian, totally recommend it.
The best meal Ive had during my two weeks in Lisbon! Im super full, satisfied and the soup and entrees are amazing! The buffet is €9.50 per person and the food is well-spiced, flavorful, and leaves you incredibly satisfied.
