Went to the jive for a beer was Impressed by Olga! Not only is she easy on the eyes but she runs the bar well! Is quick to empty ash trays and greet guests with a warm smile. Quickly gets you your drink and receipt! This is a bartender that clearly earns 4 out of four in performance reviews! I posted a picture of the bar and not the bartender out of respect for those in the service industry! After a long hard days work you provide us with much needed respite. With a warm smile and great customer service we appreciate you all!

Been going to this casino for 3 years and never win big just lose big. If I was you Id go to a real casino this one has the worst payouts of any casino ur better off buying lotto scratchers and save your money they only do donations and you will never win big at Jamul they just rob ur money!

I love going to the Casino; it’s a good time. Learning the rules of playing cards before sitting down at the table will better help your odds of winning. The steak house is fantastic! 🤩 If you decide to go I wish you luck and hope you know when it’s time to call it quits and a night. I also recommend asking for a lanyard for your card; it will help you remember to grab it and not leave it behind.

I stumbled across this casino when I was in the San Diego area for work. Nice aviance however heavily smell of smoke even in the non smoking section. The game was good however I stopped at the Chinese food restaurant for takeout and my order was wrong. The attendant was not very organized nor did she pay attention to the details when packing the order. I didnt check my bag until I got back to my hotel in San Diego but thats when I realized I had the wrong order but the right ticket staple to the bag. Other than that I recommend for great gaming, great drinks, and friendly staff in the casino area

Everyone is very friendly I love it there. But the poker room could be updated/upgraded, and the chips/tables really needs to be cleaned evey once in a while.

Only casino ive been at where guests services and casino cage/cashier are the same. Meaning gotta wait in a big line just to cash chips in.The air filtration is a joke. Sorry, wont be going back.

Probably the smallest casino out of the central San Diego casinos, also probably the dirtiest, not that it’s filthy, but compared to barona or viejas, this ain’t even close to them. That’s why I gave four stars. As far as the games and promotions, no other casino comes close to Jamul. They give crazy amounts of free play and cash, and they always have promos and prizes going on. Usually see people winning jackpots and I’ve won several here myself. Staff is friendly. The food court is descent. But the free play and games make it the best……

Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience! Valet was a wealth of knowledge about both upcoming events at the casino and what to do in town.

This was my first time there. Signed up for the rewards program. I got a free back pack and 10.00 in play money. The casino looked awesome. However I am not a big fan of cigarettes and people smoking. After trying several games I had to leave because people were smoking everywhere and I hate the smell of smoke. Like I said casino is great but I dont like smoke and did not see a non-smoking section. I dont see myself ever going back even after only being there for 30 minutes.

Well I give it a five for my experience. I came here with some friends to attend a drag show on The Rooftop after dinner at Fusion. Dinner was good, the drag show was awesome and I only gambled for about twenty minutes and still cant out ahead. It was a good day.

its nice, some times the machines are loose, the food is pretty good. If they had a hotel attached and or the casino was a little bigger Id give them 5 stars.

Put breifly, roulette has been changed here and I wouldnt suggest playing roulette here.The unmanned wheel doesnt have a physical ball. The bets are made against a video recording of a wheel on the screens high up in front of you, attempting to distract you from the real wheel spinning without a ball. The roulette tables with an attendant arent as straight forward either. Instead of a wheel with a ball and set numbers, the numbers are on removable cards and the ball is replaced by an arrow like its Wheel of Fortune. The arrow isnt bad but, the removable cards is what throws it off for me. I like to bet on the same set of numbers typically found next to each other on the wheel and the cards get rid of that one consistency in roulette.

My mom won 100.00 on scratch off on Senior night. Tony Gwynns had a nice glass of wine for me and tv screens were wall to wall.Well be back.

Overall Ive been enjoying myself at this casino maybe 2 times a month . I would come more often but I actually win more at 2 other casinos so I try to go to a few different casinos based on my luck . Im still waiting for a good win at Jamul and hoping it happens soon. Service is great. Only thing thats odd is security checks IDs randomly when if anything they should card absolutely everybody instead of picking and choosing . Reason I say this is because they dont do it correctly . Im tired of being carded when Im 37 years old and others just walk right by no problem who are younger than I am lmao . Its ridiculous

During my recent visit to Jamul Casino I had issues with my players card. I wasnt accumulating any points for playing and my comps werent going through for dinner. It turned out that my profile was flagged by security by mistake. I was frustrated that I had to wait around for 30mins while being investigated, but when I was helped by Sheila at Guest Services she was able to keep me calm by engaging in simple conversation while management and security assessed the situation. Oftentimes customers feel like they get pushed to the side and ignored but Sheila did the opposite by making me feel like a valued customer! Thanks, Sheila! Youve got great customer service!

One of my favorite casinos, been winning frequently. They have good bonuses and freeplay. Not that far staff is always nice. The Chinese food restaurant there is amazing, not that far away.

Starting with the positives Jamul is a clean casino that has a great variety of games. Jamul gives out a lot of freeplay for those of you who loose your shorts off! Maybe 8 times been there, worst casino, I spend 100 and I could not even win $10 and my 100 didnt last 20 minutes inside the casino. The machines will take your money quickly. And will not come back again.

Ive won some pretty big jackpots out there at home and Ive lost some pretty good size chunks of money but its all how you gamble the place is really nice its got good food never have used the steakhouse but sat at the bar many times thats very nice theres always somebody nice to talk to Id recommend that Im old casino to anybody thats interested in just enjoying themselves the odds are pretty good that youll win Im not saying it win every time but yeah humble has its moments where it pays pretty good

The food at the bar is delicious, Im not a big gambler but won while eating and the food was paid for. Over all they keep the parking lot closely guarded and they offer free EV charging, however it is so slow that Im sure its to keep you there longer.

This was my first visit to what used to be called Hollywood Casino. Friday night and we were going out to eat dinner while all the other casinos in the area no longer have dining in a quality service. Fridays the Tony Gwynn restaurant hit a home run! A 5-course Lobster, Crab, and Prime Rib Dinner was the only choice on the menu! Seriously, everyone had the same and the next, but in an all-you-can-eat service. California Spiny Reds not the Maine variety, which I prefer and cooked right, no chewy lobster or shrimp by over cooking here. A meal to remember. Oh, and all 6 of us left winners.

Only 2 food places open late at night. Extremely smokey. Children not welcome on property 😒 we were actually escorted off the property when asking to use the restroom for our 5 year old grandson. We had made a wrong turn while visiting relatives and had no GPS signal 😢 fortunately we found a open Dennis when we got close to the freeway. Would never have expected that type of experience. Love this place. Clean, friendly, good food, a little bit of a wait for food but expected lol. Drinks are always very sweet and not very strong and for the price I wish they were stronger. Always a lot of ice as well. But overall a good place.

I really like going there because I think they have the best onion rings ever . however this last time I was there I was not happy with the service, I was in line for maybe 3 min . the order taker Never said welcome, how can I help you !!!! it sounded like they were arguing about who gets to go on break first!!!!! .also she. never smiled, my onion rings were old and greasy, I was not happy.

Was met by security for an Id check as my buddy is young. We walked around for ten minutes then were swarmed by security because we were both wearing our MC colors. We were asked to take them out to our bikes or take them off. We complied but thought it was stupid we were not told upon entering. We went for the buffet waited an hour for it to open so I played slots had a good time lost 80 dollars. Finally get to the buffet. And it was trash. Anyway I think I will only go to Syquan as I can wear my colors and the food is edible.

The employees are extremely helpful and they explained any question we had. We ate at Gwynn’s Sports Bar, the food was excellent and very big portions. Definitely my favorite Casino.

I dont normally go to Casinos. Jamul it is huge, and the staff members that I spoken with are very nice, friendly, drink servers I know they are very busy, Ive waited for my drinks for a very very long time n still never got it. It was crazy what I had to do just to a get a drink. Jamul is a very clean environment. Some times the machine is very tight for hours Im playing n I lose so I asked for free play,. Yes at times I get it, sometimes no, but I have fun playing at Jamul.

Personally my least favorite casino. I hardly ever win anything there.From what i have seen you will either win a little bit money or a jackpot there is not a lot of winning in between.Usual fairly busy and on any give aways or weekends its crowded!They do have the most generous free play compared to other local casinos.

90% of the time that you go you get really fantastic people who work there that make it very easy for you to stay in gamble then there are the other 10% that make you never want to come there again. Usually its good but when its bad its just not worth it.

I dont gable much but when I accompany my magic powered mom that taps the screen to achieve a jackpot I do enjoy my time here. it is much smaller than other casinos in the area however it does rank at the top for me for some reason. Ive been to quite a few casinos and live close to Pechanga. Its a really nice one but this one hit on an entirely different level. Just upon arriving you can see how absolutely beautiful it is. Everything is updated, valet is free and the employees there were the first ones we saw. They made an incredible first impression. Going through the door, the security officer greeted us and asked for my ID (which made me feel young so thank you!!). My goodness I was in such awe when we got upstairs even as a smaller casino it is SO grand. Pictures dont do it justice. I love the intimate feel. I love that every single employee was above and beyond. They perks they offer are awesome! A discount with each person when you have a players card. I received a $20 dining credit, my boyfriend got $10 in free play he won about $70 with! It was seriously just and overall amazing time. I cant wait to be back.A Mothers Day to remember

We come to this casino weekly and have always had a great experience. We are at the Mexican restaurant and had the most unprofessional experience. My spouse had a promotion that gave credit plus a discount. We were told we can use one or the other, which we were fine with. The lady was extremely rude and called her “supervisor” who was even more unprofessional then her. We did not make a big deal nor did we ask for an explanation. He was rude and condescending to us. When I asked for his supervisor he stated “he was the supervisor and no other person in the casino is running the restaurant” and refused. There are several casinos in the area. This will definitely be the last time we come here. It is incisors to me that the poor leadership does not value their customers and I am sure do not care if they lose regular customers due to their lack of leadership training and unprofessional behavior.

Overall fun place if you dont mind losing a few bucks because the odds have been brutal lately. Love the staff, great food choices. They are generous with free play and dining credit. Music is a bit loud on the weekends and evenings, can be a little much. But if youre winning, who cares. Good luck!!

Though there isn’t a hotel resort attached to this Casino, it is one of the most poppin places as far as Casinos go. High Limit area is a smaller area , however I think that is due to upgrades they’re making to the place. Jamul gives away the most gifts, well at least I think so. There’s a promotion every few days. They’re somewhat generous with free play or awarding free play back after you take a loss , but those that know , know that it’s only like 100 per 1000 loss. But what can u say , at least they’re nice enough to give you some of your losses back. But fair they are. Jamul a pretty generous with food comps , all you have to do is ask the guest services , if you play they usually give u food comps when asked. Machines are fair as far as how often/much they pay out. Honestly I feel that’s on the player . Like how lucky is you luck , and how well do you pick a winning machine, so to speak. It’s gambling, theres good days and bad, ups and downs. Can’t win if you don’t play, and if you don’t play you’ll never find out”. Overall I love this place too. Not to far of a drive , and always down to gamble.

Had a wonderful time..the employees are super great..people of all ages go. Everyone seemed to have fun...the group bands were awesome, I loved the top part with the beautiful view, where they make absolutely delicious sushi rolls. The only bad thing is hotels are kind of far. Other than that..I recommend it..

Today! Jamul is having a Block Party. FREE FOOD & Everybody GET $20 FREE Play. Lots of people turn out. I had a good time. Place is very clean. Parking is updated with light indicator. Overall the casino is well maintained. If you are in the area and have little itchy finger. Give them a visit.

I was staying down in San Diego Hotel Circle for the Memorial weekend. Thought Id go check this out, glad I did. The intention was to only spend about $200, but ended up winning $600. Add an extra 200 on a different machine I think it was called Mardi Gras, won $1100 dollars more... came back home with $1,600...of course very happy...clean casino, friendly staff

It was ok. I much prefer serving myself at the all you can eat lobster buffet. Dining out isnt much fun during the pandemic with all its restrictions. Dessert was very limit.

If I could first apologize for really not taking the time to get to know our casino here in Jamul. And with a clear head and an open mind Ive really been caught up there and find myself coming back as much as possible just for the fun Im having and the more then occasional jackpot win. The place is actually stunning and bigger then expected, like the fact theres more then 1600 SL♡TS🤣 they have heaps of free parking and abundance of polite employees to go around. After becoming a part of the Ruby division and finding out about the food WOW there very giving and sincere, I find there is so much to choose fromsit down high class Dinning , too place and omg the Burgers that are too big to bite😜. Take it from a guy that never gambled. Ive calibrated my thinking to include a little clean fun. Im starting to feel like an adult but trapped in a kids mind. Im gunna be telling you more as it happens and Ill post some pics from what Ive seen.The drive out from SD is a smooth and quick effortless experience. With a great 7 eleven half way up the hill.
