Jamba Vintner Square in Richland

I like their smoothies a lot but Ive been ordering thru grub hub lately and they have items on there they dont have and its been really annoying having to deal with that.

Tried the pumpkin smash smoothie today. It was absolutely delicious. By far my favorite smoothie I have tried from them. The cashier was very kind and helpful with my coupon. The other two employees were very fast and efficient got everyone’s smoothies out quickly including mine. Thank you so much! Will definitely be back soon.

Five stars for giving me the extra part of my drink when I added frozen yogurt to my drink. Also not subbing my juice out because they know I have crazy weird food allergies. All and all, Ive had great experiences here.

If this was a person, I would marry it! It is so good and staff are so fun!

Great menu and employees! I love that I can ask for suggestions based on flavors I like and I’m always directed to a great smoothie! Love the orange carrot juice! Wish they still had the kale juice. I want more options for snacks too please!!

Its a shame how much this place has gone downhill. I would continue to pay $7-$9 if it was actually all fruit and veggies, but now everything is just some juice mix and they add a scoop of frozen bananas and peaches or whatever. Its only part fruit/veg and mostly juice. So sad, I remember watching them scoop the different kinds you wanted and whirling it all up, even could add fresh wheatgrass. Now even that isnt fresh, it comes premade. I could make the same thing at home for $1. Sorry but I wont be back. Gave them 2 stars because the customer service is always great, not their fault the quality has went down the toilet. So sad though, Jamba Juice used to be fantastic but the greed of the company Im sure is why its changed. Cost of food is insane too so Im sure that doesnt help.

I’ve bought the agui primo a lot this summer and even though the bowl is small it has always been full … but today after I bought the $9.98 dollar agui primo it was barley half full … what a rip off I’m so disappointed

When I walked in it smelled like old cleaning rags. There was 3 guys doing nothing while the one girl made both of our drinks, ridiculous. She did make them good though.

I cant think of how Id get by day to day without a Jamba in the morning. I love this stuff and cant wait till they have one in Kennewick.

Not only are the smoothies very good but when we had difficulty working with the app employee Logan was very helpful and made the experience of five star rating would definitely recommend and go back!

Not open on Sundays??? Never seen that at any other Jamba I’ve been to outside the TC. Ridiculous.

Theyre always friendly and willing to add the lime that I want to whichever smoothie I get.

I ordered 3 drinks got to the window and they did not even have my order. So after I order again at the window I realized the reason they cant hear is because they have their music turned up louder then Dutch bros. Sad thing is in a couple of weeks these people will be paid $13.50 an hour.

I ordered the vanilla blue sky plant based smoothie. Its light and refreshing. Even was able to try a sample before ordering. Very friendly and efficient staff! Ill definitely be back again when I visit the area again!

Friendly and helpful staff. Willing to look up ingredients and make substitutions. Love the variety available at Jamba. PB Protein and greens and ginger are my current faves.

Great place. I personally love the white gummy bear. Great drink to cool off in the summer. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Monday through Thursday they have different special.

I love Jamba Juice...They make the best smoothies in town and the customer service is fantastic.

The drink always comes out correct and on point BUT their online app seems to NEVER work. I think whom ever is in control of turning on the online order ability is lazy because I have mentioned it to the staff multiple times and still, same result.

My first time at a Jamba Juice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a Mango-a-go-go and the Apple n Greens. My son loved the mango one, and the apple one was delicious and very fresh tasting. A little bit pricey, but the ingredients were obviously fresh and high quality. We will probably return for a special treat sometime.

This place is AMAZING!!!I always have fun coming here because the staff is energetic and helpful. The smoothies are not only delicious but good for you as well. I always make a point to come to Jamba Juice when I am in the tricities and recommend it for everyone.

If you want a fresh fruit or veggie smoothies, here is your best bet. Staff are super friendly and Smiley.

Our first visit to Jamba Juice. Great staff educated us quickly and steered us to the more popular choices. Had the green+ginger, mango, strawberry-banana, and super berry. All quite refreshing on a hot summer day.

Jamba Juice has some fun drinks. This store was clean. Staff was not super friendly but not rude.

Just got their special of 2 mediums upgraded to larges for free, my sister and I got the same flavor PB chocolate love, our favorite and I started to drink mine when I feel a hair in my mouth thats an orange blonde, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking thats the only one, no biggie, but then I started drinking more and during that time I found 3 more hairs of the same color. What a great start to my day.

Ive had their smoothies as a full meal replacement. Nice and healthy and d-lish. Great staff at the West Richland Store. Make you feel welcome and valued when you walk in the door. I mean, these kids are squeaky clean and they have a great smile and attitude.

I cant believe how good Jamba Juice tastes and it is even healthy for me! You should definitely try them out. Great service, super quick and friendly. Do something good for yourself today! :)

*Posting from my boyfriends account.*So disappointed. I was in the mood for a smoothie & decided on Jamba Juice since there isnt a Smoothie King in the area. Im from Texas, and Ive had Jamba Juice before & it was good, Im not sure if its this location or what, but my smoothie was definitely subpar. I ordered the Cookies & Cream smoothie; it tasted nothing like cookies and cream, not even a hint. All I got was the overwhelming taste of banana, along with chunks that werent even blended. I had my boyfriend try it, just to make sure it wasnt me & he asked if it was a banana smoothie, because thats all that it tasted like & he said it wasnt worth the money.

Very friendly staff, clean and bright store and of course healthy drinks. A great variety of flavors with so many awesome combinations of fresh fruits and vegetables! Karizma and Kylie were very professional and helpful in helping me make my drink choice.

Drinks are good. Price is a bit high, but seems to be the going rate nowadays. The workers are hit or miss if theyre in a good mood and sociable or not. Unfortunately, Ive had more misses. Id still recommend it overall though.

Loved taking my kids here for the first time. This place is still just like it was 10 years ago on the west side of the state. Good smoothies made the same way. So glad they had Dairy free options for my 7 year old :They are a little spendy at 5 dollars a drink but as a treat they are an excellent choice.

Love Jumba juice! Dont go around 10-11at night, they get disgruntled and your drink comes up short.

Always loved going to Jamba Juice in Seattle and outside the area. Couldnt wait for one to open here. Love this new location and glad they opened one here. A little slow on the service, its just a fruit blended drink and they had tons of staff there ...

Every Jamba Juice is open on Sundays. And we have to get one that isnt. We have been by twice. Once right after they opened, but there were no hours posted and they were closed, and again today, a Sunday.. People were streaming out of Starbucks with blended drinks, on a Sunday!!! Please reconsider. We have been to Jamba Juice in many states and have not had this issue.

Waited and waited for our drinks.Two of them .Once they finally served one, they realized that we had ordered another.When my beverage FINALLY was completed , it was the wrong thing.After waiting twenty minutes, I walked out of store.
