Jamba South Salinas Plaza Shopping Center in Salinas

The staff are so friendly and helpful especially to my kids! They even gave my son a complimentary smoothie for his first week of school. I love ordering on mobile app. Servers are all friendly and attentive. They have always got my order correct and without a long wait even when it’s crowded. I love Jamba rewards and online mobile orders. My signature drink is the Orchard Oasis that’s not on the menu. Whenever I request it, they take the time to look up the recipe and make it. Lately, I have been doing the kale smoothies which are delicious and nutritious. Am glad this location is near me. I also love the Sand City and North Salinas locations too. Staff is well trained and helpful!

This Jamba Juice has horrible service. Go to North Main Jamba instead.

They have the best fruit drinks Ive ever had. I would come here occasionally and have a good time every time I did so.

UPDATED 4/28/2022 I get jamba juice pretty much 5 to 6 times a week. I USE to love this shop...but not sure whats been going on these past 8 weeks .. 40 to and hour waits???? I dont ever get greeted and takes about 15 to 20 mins just to place my order...They dont even let me know Ill be waiting that long. HUGE difference and a HUGE disappointment from a loyal fan....smh... What happened to your south main shops service??

Not sure how walk ins get theirs orders before online delivery orders such as the one I had that’s over 12 min late. Sorry to the double order other customers food that got cold in my car for the delay...

I go in every once in awhile after work to get a smoothie and night crew has always delivered. Super friendly, and always fast. Morning crew is just as good just I dont really go in the morning. Love this store.

Ive gone to this Jamba Juice location many times. Theyre always fast and friendly! Also, Ive tried the impossible burger at many different places, but Jamba Juice now has a impossible sausage breakfast sandwich! Its pretty small but its super delicious and it tastes better than most sausage sandwiches do.

Amazing customer service, Arianna at the register made my Peanut Butter moo’d and it was amazing. And vegan too. I will be coming back for sure. Also a big fan of the Vanilla Blue Sky and Cheddar Tomato Twists.

That store is very rude very disrespectful for handing me contaminated drinks and food I am contacting corporate and reporting you guys

How rude and disrespectful for the manager to call me and justify her employees actions and try to say that I took things out of proportion its a one-time experience that I have not liked at all visit that store on South main Street Jamba juice with that being said that manager should actually pay attention cuz the cash register was handling food and for her to save them my wife is lying that is wrong so what type of manager do they have on South main

Came here after work and very fast! I told them of an allergy I had and they made sure to follow rules to not come in contact what I was allergic to. Smoothies are bomb! I aswell ordered through doordash, and jamba does an amazing job at packaging it and making sure everything is in place. You know Ill keep coming back and ordering for jamba through doordash

Customer service bad i was helped by Rosario she wasntable to look for my rewards with my phone. Number she said that i didnt have a account here .am hello why would i be giving you my number for my rewards if i didnt have an acct here. When i stepped away from the cashier she looked at me like i was crazy.

I Always order the fruity pebble I like it the way they make it here, for some reason the Jamba on North main makes it different and its not as good

Not always clean..the floors always look like people spill their drinks and occasionally there will be a homeless person in there. The homeless dont bother me but they do bother others

This place is bad. I waited for more than 25 min just for my drink and then they didnt fill the whole cup!! Also last year or so I went and was helped by Daniellle and she made my drink I clearly remember and I found a long curlyish hair in my drink she should really wear a hair net!! NEVER coming back!

Manager was super weird. Low key harassed me for ordering a drink that was on the menu that he didnt want to make. And continued to make awkward comments about the order. Very rude.

The acai primo Bowl with extra pumpkin seeds, extra granola and extra coconut. Sub soy milk with Almond milk and a medium white gummy bear. Any day my go to favorite place.
