They are closed down!!! Couldn’t even get my nummy drank

Its a Jamba Juice in a strip mall. Service was friendly and fast. Juice and smoothies prepared to order. Selection is good. Prices are a little expensive. Inside was clean and tidy with ample parking near the entrance for a quick stop. I go here occasionally.

Employee was very rude upon entry even though the facility was empty. Won’t be returning to this location.

Dont think I have ever gotten my order wrong here. The customer service is fantastic and Ive not once had any long wait issues (and if I have it obviously wasnt a big deal because I cant remember it haha). Highly HIGHLY recommend this if you want a delicious smoothie, juice, or smoothie bowl :3

The store was super busy, and I totally understand how that gets crazy, but the people making the drinks kept forgetting and mixing up the drink orders so that people werent getting served in the order that the orders were placed, or partial orders were being fulfilled and then new orders started. Then...we got our drinks, got to the bottom of one to find it wasnt really blended...and then there at the very bottom...a long nasty hair all mixed into the drink!

Great service, fantastic juice, healthy and fresh products! If your looking for a light and rather speedy option for breakfast/ lunch, this is the place to go! There can be a bit of a wait, but Ive never had to wait more than 10 minutes and that was with multiple other parties in line ahead of me!

Service was friendly and fast. Husbands first time here, he got a banana peanut butter smoothie and didnt like it. I got a mango smoothie and LOVED it. Kinda wish you can sample but right now theres a pandemic but once its over I suggest having a way to do samples so people can know the product theyd like to get especially with the somewhat high prices you have. I rate a 4 just because you guys dont have a very rangy menu.

Been going here for years. Smoothies are delicious and the store is always clean. Customer service is great and always greeted by staff. They definitely understand awesome service = repeat business. To the management: please add the ability to add a tip when paying with a card.

I love Jamba smoothies! The last time I when to this location it was a ghost town inside. Very strange and not the normal vibe from a Jamba and maybe the person working was just having a off day. The smoothies were still extremely delicious though, yum!

Service was extremely slow. 2 workers were just hanging out in the back and one was taking orders and making the drinks. It took me 27 minutes to get my smoothie. Which is highly unacceptable.I’m also very disappointed that they don’t have fresh wheat grass shots anymore.I will not be coming back again!

Love this place! Love that I can place an order to go and have it available right when I get there. the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and great with recommendations, and they usually have some samples that you can try as well if you cant make a choice. If you download the app you can save some extra money as well love this place!

Horrible experience, music was so loud that I couldnt hear the special just saw the girls lips moving. When I realized that I could have gotten 2 large instead of mediums for gree, the guy working smarter off to me. I said maybe you should turn the music down then? He went and turned it up! Worst service ever!

To anyone reading this review defiantly stop in and try one of the free samples and blend in your day with fresh fruit and then leave a review on what you experienced. (to Diane RAt Jamba they dont use moldy strawberries,I would recommend checking your sources; all the fruit is fresh. (to the ownerI would update your response to Diane R. The store location was kept very clean and was arranged great! I recommend an orange juice or a razzmatazz.I workED here. Overall I would not recommend working here, unless you are looking for a job that holds to very high standard to not get payed enough. I understand why a company would want to make sure the employs clock in on time and all. But by writing someone up for 1min 30 sec or even just 1 min is very extensive (in my opinion). I also felt like that while working here the "rules" were so much that it made everyone like robots. I was more then likely going to get fired before I quit for being 1min/2min or even 3min late to many times. Because there were so many "rules" here I felt like I just was not able to be more customer focused and had to concentrate more on getting the drinks out fast enough. When I think about being a customer and walking in to a place I think its great when one of the staff wants to engaging with me as the customer and here a Jamba they are lacking this is a big way. I believe that if the manger at the stores in Bend were to lay off the rules a little and treat the employs better overall it would really help with less employ turn over and then would reflect the way the customers are treated by the employs, because the employs would be happy to be there and would want to make sure that the customer was happy to be there also. It may help to relive the current manger of there duties and bring in a manger from Starbucks or dutch bros because they have much less employ turn over and everyone loves working at those companys and they could bring over the experience of what they learned to Jamba and change the way everything is done. (or have the manger enforce less rules). Anyway the drinks are great and I recommend an orange juice or a razzmatazz

I work at sportmans and my 4:00 lunch Jamba is what keeps me going and the awesome girls and guys that are super nice and fun. Thanks guys and gals!

Service was fast and helpful. Smoothie was pretty good. I added peanut butter but couldnt taste it in the final result.

How hard would it be to actually use raw and fresh ingrediants in the smoothies. They use a few real fruits the rest is concentrates and stuff no better than what you buy off the shelf in the store

Great service here. The Jamba is okay but hit or miss. I ask for a special drink that they are getting used to. They are remembering me...banana smoothie guy. Pretty good sense of pride and store clean.
