Fantastic new flavors and options. Always good on a warm day. They were fast and friendly service

It was a pretty late night and we went to get jamba juice. I was waiting at the counter for only like a couple minutes since the employees did not notice me. When did they did and I ordered they gave it to me for free! Very nice costumer service

The girl we dealt with at the drive through didn’t use the reward we asked her to. She wasn’t very nice to deal with and made the experience unpleasant.

Amazing customer service , with great recommendations! Our server Kelly was friendly, all three baristas smiled when we walked in. Kelly recomendéd the orange dream and it was so yummy. Store was clean and drinks made fast - we had an awesome experience 🤍

I order the same thing everytime and it often comes out looking and tasting very… off. They also never ask about my rewards number or give me my receipt so I can scan it unless I ask

Kind of rude judgemental staff not the best customer service. For a $7 drink and $3 tip you think theyd be pretty stoked but I guess that isnt enough to did you get customer service anyway I recommend finding somewhere else to grab a drink like our local coffee shop Java

Worker could not even put down his phone long enough to pour my drink into the cup. He had 4 friends standing there talking to him.

Super friendly and helpful. Brought buy one get one card without knowing it had to be registered. The girl at window cheerfully explained how to activate the coupon card and gave us the deal anyway as a courtesy. Thank you!!

What a great experience! I ordered a jamba on the app, went to pick it up, and it was already made and waiting for me in their fridge. They helped me immediately upon entering the door, and I was back outside with a fabulous drink within a matter of a minute! My kind of service! I have also used their drive through. I love that they have one. The wait is almost always short, and I’ve never had a bad tasting Jamba!

Little bit of background-- first time mom, delivered her baby girl 4 days ago via c-section. My mom, husband, and I have gotten horribly sick with Covid-19. When I say it has hit us, it has REALLY hit us. We had a sweet neighbor bring us some Jamba Juice and let me tell ya. It. Was.The. Best. Thing. Ever. All three of us not only felt better, but it made our day. Thank you Jamba Juice for being exactly what my healing family needed!

I love Jamba. Ive lost 25 pounds drinking 4 to 5 times a week. But I dont like the app thing. It has been difficult to pull up, scan or whatever. It was easier when we could enter our own phone number

I love the smoothie bowls they sell here. It makes me happy that they have like 6 flavors now. They have dairy free options too, which is great. One of my favorite places to eat

Would be higher but the menu has changed recently. My personal favorite was discontinued, but they still have materials to make it and refuse to do so.

Always great. Try the Thankyou Jesus or the dirty O. They are both off their secret menu and taste great.

I came here with my cousin today and we didnt realize that they had free smoothies on national smoothie day. The smoothies were amazing and props to the staff for being able to work and make dozens of smoothies at a time!

Heyy! I had a great experience at this establishment. I went through the drive through and a really nice employee (who deserves a raisewas working. I went on Saturday June 15, 2019 and the employee had blonde hair and he was wearing a pony tail. He was extremely nice and made helped me out!

I love jamba and the kids are very nice but Im getting really tired of wasting gas to get told different things. Went in last week at 932 to get a bowl and the girl said they stop serving them after 930, than went in at 903 today and the girl said they stop serving after 9. Either they need to get retrained or they were being lazy and didnt want to do it. Prob wont be returning to this locating cause Ive never had a problem with the other one even going out of their way for the customer.

Nicest Jamba Juice that I have visited! As soon as you walk in they staff smile and greet you. I was with someone who has never been before and the chic that helped us was so patient in explaining and offering suggestions. Super yummy bowls. Great vegan options. The bowls filled us all up as we wanted somthing fresh for dinner! This location also has a drive thru, what a plus!

Good stuff, but watch the calories. Smoothies have a healthy reputation, but keep it small. Awesome dessert place.

Went to the drive thru today at 7:45 and was greeted. When I started to give our order no one responded. We went up to the window after waiting for 5 minutes and noticed a sign was shortly put up that said they were closed. I then went inside and two teenage girls were rushing to close and turned the lights off when I walked in. Overall they were very unprofessional and made us waste our time. Also it was odd that they closed at 7:50.

Always wonderful and rejuvenating! One of my favorite places no matter what location I go to. They just have the best smoothies and even though they take a little time to make them it is always worth it!

I really enjoy Jamba Juice and LOVE that they put one on my side of town WITH a drive thru. They are friendly and fast and love having a quick healthy good to breakfast.

Literally the slowest customers service Ive ever received in a drive through. It took over 30 minutes to get our order. They messed it up and didnt even have it when we got to the window, we had to place it again. After sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes they told us they didnt have the ingredients for our order. Then it took 15 more minutes to get back to us. They didnt offer any kind of discount or anything to fix it.

I took my son here just the other day and got him an orange cream smoothie. I got the berry up-beet smoothie. Both were exceptionally delicious. Pricing is a little high, but what would you expect from a progressive company such as Jamba Juice? Very tasty.

Great smoothies. Flatbreads are tasty, but small. Breakfast burritos are hit and miss; more miss than hit. Friendly staff. Little slow on getting order ready.

Having Jamba Juice on the west side of Idaho Falls is the best thing. The staff is always cheerful (and speedy!), and the store is clean and welcoming. Its also nice to have a drive-thru to get in and out during the lunch rush. Great work, Jamba team!

This was a nice addition to this side of town. The location is new, so very clean. The staff has always been professional and fast when weve gone in. I dont like that Jamba has shrunken their sizes and upped their prices in recent years, but this location itself is a good choice.

I wanted to pick up Jamba before work and I was about 5 mins early from the open time. They let me order and were super nice. It was great! Thank you!
