What can I say just wow! The staff are amazing!! I never went to Jamba Juice before and now I’m hooked. The girls there introduced me to the Caribbean passion and it is so good. They’re always willing to answer any questions you have.

been to a million jamba juice locations. this one smelled like actual sewage, the smoothie was watery, and the place looked like it had never been cleaned before. do not recommend this spot.

Used to be a good company. Ordered from themfrequently. Recently ordered 3 Large smoothies. 2 of the same kind tasted like they had spoiled fruit in them. Took time to contact company and they have not even reached out.Update: I did contact the company before posting a rewiew and have not had a response. The only response has been to this review. Saying to contact them but I already did.

Ordered a Large Razzmatazz and a small Mango-a-go. Employee charged us for both, THEN let us know they were out of mangos. We asked to cancel the Mango smoothie and keep the raspberry, but she said it was "company policy" not to return our money for the Mango smoothie.

Me and my wife enjoyed getting Jamba Juice for awhile now but lately the quality has been inconsistent with the products in this particular store. Also this particular store has a sewer smell every time I come. They need to put Clorox down the drain or something.

The bowl was not thick the place was very. Dirty it looked like the place was not cleaned in days none of the workers where wearing masks or gloves and it was just a no from me it was 10 dollars I want a refund

I like the drinks but I agree with other reviewers very poorly managed, half the kids dont really know the menu and move too slow. It they dont fix this, Ill find another sourceI had to add more toy review and take a star off. I like the product but dont like how its run. Lately the service is slow and half the staff are very unfriendly ( try smoothie king see differencewhat really made me write this new review is that I get a bowl turned into smoothie but 1 person refused to do it (even owner does itIm here daily but I almost had it here and smoothie king is much friendlierI will edit once again and up to 4 stars the owner is really nice and overall the staff is nice I wrote the above review on a frustrated day. I really like the product and they make me a custom smoothie which is amazing. I much prefer this place then smoothie king, I was wrong on that.

Worst experience of my life. Upon entering, a veteran and his family were ahead of us and there was a mistake on the size of a smoothie made by the manager and the situation escalated quickly. instead of trying to resolve the problem , she threatened to call the cops. There were many disrespectful comments made by the employee, one being, “didn’t they teach you deescalation in the service” After this family had left, they began to talk very poorly about this family to the other customers in the store. I had an issue with my order as well. I ordered a smoothie bowl but she said she didn’t hear me say bowl and said it was my fault. She hadn’t even started to make mine yet so I don’t understand why she couldn’t have charged me the difference of the two items. Both of the items had the same name. She never offered to resolve the situation in any way and just said next time I need to know what I want. If i could give this place 0 stars I would!!!!

I did NOT have a good experience at this Jamba. The manager Karen took orders wrong and then argued with customers refusing to make the correction. When I asked for a refund on my wrong order, I was told no. I was also told I ordered a drink that comes in only one size (not while ordering but after the drink was made). When I asked for the managers name and boss phone number, to make a complaint, Karen told me I can call Jamba using the number on my receipt. I did not receive a receipt and when I asked for a copy I was threatened to have the police called on me in front of my children. The manager then asked for my name and I gave it to her from my military ID which she tried to take from my hand. The other staff member then said, "oh so were just supposed to follow your orders?" Besides showing a little respect young man, YES! Isnt that the way it works?! I order something politely, pay for it graciously and you give it me... I placed a complaint through the Jamba website and expect to be contacted about this. I have NEVER experienced this type of customer service and truly hope all is well with Karen (managementbecause she was not friendly, unexpectedly rude and outright wrong. I cannot believe that is the normal behavior of what seems to be an otherwise well liked establishment. I also hope that not too many other customers will have to experience the same. Im willing to mark it up as wrong place/wrong time, but it still shouldnt have happened.

I love this place! They make the best smoothies with high quality ingredients and your body will thank you for it. Its worth the wait since they are very popular and have to fill many online orders. The staff there is friendly and know my regular order by heart. I definitely recommend Jamba to anyone who loves smoothies that use no artificial ingredients.

Dont bother ordering on Line your order will not be ready at pick up time. Then they will make you want 20 mins past the pickup time. Seriously get a clue! No customer service what so ever!

if i could give this place a 0 i would.. where to even begin ..i ordered 2 bowls and 2 sandwiches , when i recieved my order it was completely destroyed..Everything was melted there were items in my bowl i never asked for ..They didnt even wrap my food in anything they just threw it in the bag ..didnt add any hot sauce..the entire order was wrong ..I called the store 14 times no one answered..They sent my food in a Moes Burrito bag .. so i called moes to see if they could connect me ..The man that answered was the most disrespectful person ever ..instructed that if i wanted my money back he would block me from ever ordering from the store and there was no way my order was wrong because the girl had been there for over a year. He put the girl on the phone who denied everything and told me to come approach her if i had a problem ...This was by far the worst customer service i have ever experienced and will be making a corporate complaint.

Only gets one star because I actually had to leave one. The woman working here is always on the phone. Order is never ready on time. My smoothie wasn’t even a smoothie pretty much just juice. Don’t recommend obviously.

I showed up during operating hours and the doors were locked and the shop was empty. Open sign was lit for some reason. I tried calling 3 times with no answer. This happened once before but there was at least a sign saying they had to close.

Its your typical Jamba Juice, however they do not offer full menu, and they dont inform you of this until you order said items from the menu. Should really cover that section if not going to offer it, and maybe even post it on a window.

Dont waste your time here, my smoothie had no flavor, gross texture and employees were reluctant to make another and suggested I "buy another one". When I refused to do so they remade my smoothie and it still had no flavor, not sure if they are using old/low quality fruit but it was undrinkable and I after a few sips I had to throw it away. Go to a real juice place where they use fresh fruit! The store also had an unpleasant smell which infiltrated my senses as I walked in, even through my n95 mask. Smelled like the toilet exploded! Would give 0 stars if I could.

Came here after the gym while I’m vacation for a smoothie and an açaí bowl. I paid extra for blueberries on top and almond butter with no bananas. After waiting 20 minutes for it, not exaggerating, I was given an açaí bowl with bananas and no extra blueberries on top. I thought no big deal so I went and asked for the blueberries on top that I paid for and simply told them that I would just throw the Bananas away being I did not want them. I was told that I did not pay for the blueberries. After a short argument, which was not needed, I was give. My blueberries which I PAID FOR.... Terrible customer service from start to finish... do not recommend

This location has always struggled with customer service and getting orders done in a reasonable amount of time. This was, sadly, my last time giving them my money. We waited nearly 15 minutes and only had 2 of our 3 shakes done. When I asked how long it would be for the remaining shake, I was told 5 more minutes because “somebody didn’t show up”. They also told us after we ordered and paid for a pretzel that they were out of pretzels. The owner then yelled at me and told me she would give me my money back and that she didn’t want to make my shake. Please don’t go here. It’s a stressful experience.

The Jamba Juice at Tilgman Square in Allentown, Pennsylvania is trash. They are always, literally always ,out of something. They either dont have the stuff to make plant based drinks theyre out of Ginger theyre out of frozen yogurt, its just ridiculous. And I have to agree, the vanilla blue sky used to be blue now its just grey. Get it together!

I don’t know why the Blue Vanilla Sky smoothie is no longer blue. It is the same beautiful and delicious turquoise blue at other locations but here it is no color just a pale drink. It used to be exactly like the picture last summer.

BLUE SPIRULINA!!!!!! I put it in my mango smoothie thing, replace the pineapple sorbet with extra mango cause Im fat, and its a blow your mind beautiful blue(if they make it rightand you are getting nutrients and no aftertaste. We need more Jamba juices

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!WORTH THE READ!I Visited this location for the first time today and saw the cashier give the guy directly in front of me improper change,when he corrected her she then made him wait before giving him his proper change back and served the next customer before correcting her mistake,but it gets better,well I was next in line to order and saw this sign(In pictureand asked for this order,the lady then said I cannot give you a small it comes with a “kid size” which in the picture you see the “kid size” is smaller than the “small” and advertisement states “small” so no big deal I did not want to argue I said you know what “I’ll take the small” and she proceed to take my card and ring up my order I saw the cashier seemed confused and hesitated to ring me up she even set my card down on her register and just stopped and said “I do not have the toast” in which I was almost certain she was lying because in the midst of all this I realized she may had put the wrong price on the sign,she then walked around the counter out of nowhere and pulled the sign down (which you will see in another pictureand proceeded to say “she has no toast” and babbled on while my cars is still lying on her register about how she can give me “fresh fruit” and it’s not about money pacing back and forth I said just forget it and give me card back please she was not listening to me and I had to literally reach around to get my own card back!Horrible 1st experienceDO NOT RECOMMEND!

My experience here was so bad it was laughable. Not because the staff was unfriendly or the food was bad but because there was only one girl who knew what she was doing and she was being asked everything while trying to wait on other people. They either need more training or a bigger staff because it was insanely slow getting my order and it did not seem well cleaned at all (lids were left open, dirty knives laying out, etc.The bowl I ordered was delicious though so no complaints on the quality. Just get your training and staffing right.Whoever the girl working until 5 on 3/16/19 was she deserves a raise an award or something.

Terrible customer service!! The young girl working didn’t even acknowledge me, it made me feel uncomfortable. She was on her phone standing in front of the cash register and I had to ask her if she was ready to take my order. Was so close to just walking right out. Don’t waste your money or tips at this Jamba location. Management, I highly suggest firing the girl working at 10:45 on 3/3/19 and save yourself from another bad review.

Love Jamba Juice, my first fruit bowl was at the Jamba juice in Hawaii. The last visit I had though, the pitaya bowl was runny. The girl was in a rush because she was by herself and had a long line.

Unfriendly server. No one was there when we walked in. Food not good. Coffee blend was very bitter and badly blended. One server with about 11 costumers at once. Understaffed. Would not recommend to someone looking for a yummy smoothie.

Their service was horrible, i went with a friend and we waited a half hour and didn’t even receive our yogurt bowl. 5 other people walked in 5 minutes after us and got their things in no time. I walked up to the counter and asked if my things have been made and were ready and the guy looked at me like i was crazy and said i should have gotten it. My order was never made and i requested a refund and he just said “well you already paid for it so....” i simply asked again for a refund and a girl came over and said someone must of took you order. I said again my order was never made i sat here the entire time and she finally gave me my refund! I would not recommend this place or maybe the workers they have there need to take some more trainings

My kids like it. As for me, its meh. Juice is just and unhealthy as soda, so while its sort of billed as wholesome, the calories and sugar content are still very high. Adding kale to a strawberry smoothie doesnt magically make it "healthy" it makes it green. But as I said, the kids like it, and I can walk next door and have chips and ghost pepper salsa. So a win-win in my book.

Slowest Jamba Juice Ive ever been to. Took 20 minutes from the time I placed my order to receiving my smoothie which I had to ask for since they skipped over my order! Then, I get a small and I ordered a medium, but I didnt complain about it because I was already running behind schedule and needed to get on the road and didnt want to wait another 20 minutes for a drink!

First time ever visiting the staff helped me pick something I would like and did a pretty good job. I got the cookies and cream and protine and it was delicious only warning is that you will always taste the banana but its fresh banana not banana flavoring. Tastes great and make me feel great.

Every time I go into Jamba Juice I am always greeted very warmly! The manager seems to always be up to standards and willing to make any smoothie according to my needs. Get the matcha green tea blast definitely won’t regret it!

Fantastic waiter.... BUT SHE IS OVERWHELMED! The management seriously needs to add more people to staff during the morning. Waiting 15+ mins for a smoothie and 5+ mins to get waited on is horrible unless you live in the city.... wait not even then does that happen. The poor girl is so over whelmed she doesn’t even compliment people at the door.Stay away until they get more people working.

Walked into 5 people in line. Guy at register stated he waited a half hour for service and ended up leaving. Followed by 2 more people in line frustrated and also leaving. The employee on shift decided to do all her chores before taking any customers or atleast alerting us that there willl be a wait. So me and my wife wait the half hour for our smoothies to end up with a watered down smoothie that didnt taste much like anything. $12 for 2 flavored waters a half hour later..... Do not i repeat DO NOT COME HERE!

I love this place!! I like all the employees, and they are all really nice. The mango a go go is so good, that I drink one almost everyday. Over the winter only one person was working alone, and some people don’t understand that one person can’t make 20 smoothies in the snap of a finger. If your coming in be patient.

STAY AWAY!Where do I begin. Upon walking in there are 5 people waiting and only one employee who does not move at any other pace then slow. Does not complete orders before going to the next one and having to back track. Extremely inefficient.Almost no supplies to make the drinks Jamba juice is known for. No green vegetables except Kale and wheat grass, cant make this up. The wheat grass is not freshly made but comes in a bottle which contains other ingredients besides wheat grass.I was automatically up-charged for a double shot when I clearly did not ask for it, but rather than wait forever to get it corrected I just kept it.This is a horrible location Patrick is allegedly the manager. If this is any indication of his management skills, this place is going to be closing up shop pretty quickly with all the bad reviews this location has received.The person listed as the owner below, is directing other customers who have had bad experience to the corporate site. Unfortunately there are quite a few 1 star ratings with the same " corporate contact us" link which does not help. This is a franchise store which is independent of the parent company.You can make better use of your time by finding another business to give your patronage to.

I have been here a total of 2x. Now dont get me wrong , the smoothies & energy bowls (my personal favoriteare AMAZING. I also tried the Apple Cinnamon Pretzel , it was pretty good for $1.99 at Jamba Juice. Although , the energy bowls are quite pricey , in my opinion , they are totally worth it. Both times i have been to this Jamba Juice , I have seen the same girl working there. According to other reviews , "the management is running low." Surprising that I dont see a "Now Hiring" sign. Now here comes the part where I dislike. The bathrooms are VERY dirty and incredibly nasty. It is so suspicious that a place like Jamba Juice , where everything is "clean and healthy" , has a disgusting bathroom. It gives the place a bad first impression. Worst part is , it makes YOU question if the drinks & food is really "clean." 🤔

My son & I adore the Acai Primo Bowl! However, x1 we went and couldnt get because there was no fresh fruit for topping??? Not sure how that is possible at a Jamba Juice. X2 went, no honey topping for the bowl. Again, ??? Would be nice if menu items were consistently stocked. Today, we had the bowl minus the honey. Considering the price....Id really like ALL the ingredients!!

Great customer service and the drinks are really delicious especially the action super antioxidant. The pb and banana is that good though.
