The the service staff is extremely friendly. The food is second to none, especially the curried goat. The decorations are absolutely spectacular. One of the best places to get chicken in indy.

The food was delicious. Total comfort food and authentic. The staff was welcoming and friendly as were a couple of patrons.

So I love a good Caribbean spot and this place is definitely a hit! #1 I live right down the street, 2 ther service was very personal and friendly,3 and the food, chefs kiss! I ate my beef patty in traffic and the entire rest of the meal once I got in. Curry Chicken and Jerked Ribs. Wow, such great flavor and portion size. They also have a rewards program and the points can build to free food. Who wouldnt want that. Great job you guys, pat yourselves on the back for this one. I will certainly be back!

Had the curry goat. Although I hate the bones, I love the taste and flavor. I still give a small leg up to Yasos Jamaican but its literally 1a and 1b. Cant go wrong with this place.

I ordered the oxtail entree. Oxtails were delicious, rice, plantains, and cabbage was delicious . I wish they would give you more cabbage. They give you a table spoon of cabbage and alot of rice. Overall it was good meal. I recommend you try it

It was delicious & neat. The people there were very friendly. I will most definitely come back soon. Pricey when you come with family but most so so so definitely worth it. ♥️

I ordered the Half Jerk Chicken and Toffee Cake and both did not disappoint! Nice portions, I will be ordering again!

For $16.00 I should have got more than 4 small oxtails, and the food was Luke warm. But the Cabbage was on point. Please do better.

I drove 25 minutes to try their food as I was craving some jerk chicken with rice and beans. Man did they hit the spot! The food was delicious. The jerk chicken and baby back ribs was seasoned very well and tender. The rice and beans was fresh. The sides of cabbage and sweet plantains complemented the food. The only complaint I have is that my wallet is not as big as my belly. I found another home.

I typically love Jamaican Breeze, it has always been my all time favorite Jamaican spot in Indy. This visit was not so great, the kitchen was fully staff of atleast 5 people, two people in the front bagging and taking orders, and my order was still not ready until 30 minutes pass the time I was told that it would be ready. The food also does not taste the same. I use to go every Thursday and knew everyone, I stopped going for a fee months due to a change in schedule and now I do not recognize anyone and the food is different with less portions. I hope the old staff is either on vacation or just working another day. They had great energy and great customer service and the food was soooo delicious, full of flavor.

This is very good Jamaican food. One of my top two in central Indiana. I highly recommend the escoveitch snapper fillet. Their patties are so-so so I wouldn’t recommend getting that but they’re time consuming to make from scratch so I understand why they would use get them frozen.

I just want adult sized portions, they gave me a tablespoon of cabbage. I shouldnt be able to see any white at the bottom of that container.

I came for the oxtail dinner as I always do So I feel im safe to say I was completely disappointed with the portion size this time. The meal totaled over $18 after tax and the picture included is what I received. At best this was a sample size comparative to what I usually receive. Usually Im full with leftovers. This time I had to make a sandwich👎🏿👎🏿

I love Jamaican Breeze. The Caribbean love and warmth from the team that owns and operates makes me feel right at home. I also love that I get to teach yoga on Wednesdays! I eat a Pescatarian diet. It’s a toss up on my favorite dish - the Jerk Shrimp and Curry Shrimp are both really good!

I didn’t feel they were friendly enough. I also voiced my thoughts on them not offering bread with the meal. I acknowledged it 2x and she just looked at me. I barely got any cabbage and the rice and beans were extremely bland for my taste. Lastly what actually made me make the review was there was another worker at the counter and she literally stared be down the entire time I was waiting on my food to the point were I looked behind me to make sure it wasn’t something or someone behind me. Once I noticed she was looking directly at me, mind you I have on shades I spoke and waved bc why are you in my face. She was also rude to the gentlemen that was being serviced before me. I’ve came in before and service was much better and the food. I didn’t finish my meal, bc I’m very big on customer service and it just wasn’t giving so tossed everything and left.

Great food and good service. The menu has many options, which is greatly appreciated. The restaurant is also clean and taken care of. Portions are a little small but the food is tasty.

Authentic food, authentic staff, top notch service, real Jamaican ambience. Adding this fine establishment to my top favorite Indy restaurants list! Not to mention they have a banquet room for events! This place is a hidden gem. Already looking forward to my next visit!

Save your money & go to Yaso! Jamaican Breeze sold us chicken that wasn’t fresh. We could tell when we ate it & we all got sick that night. Yaso’s food is much fresher & tastier.

The service was very disappointing, the front cashier was the only one that was somewhat welcoming. We were a bit disappointed with the food. It was nothing what the menu stated. The only thing we enjoyed was they’re meat pie. We originally wanted to have a sit down meal to enjoy. However we felt so unwelcome during our visit we changed the order to take out instead.

The food is edible, portion .vs. cost this was $13. Personally I have had better. As far as the cabbage why even mention that it comes with it. It comes with enough for you to try it and decide if you would like to purchase some separately. (As for the flavor of it today I would say no.

Okay I really think this could be the best restaurant in Indy. The food in incredible. I’ve had the curry shrimp and the jerk shrimp. It’s worth every dollar. The flavor is amazing.The atmosphere is super laid back and chill and everyone is super nice. Absolutely love this place and I look forward to it every time I eat here.

First time trying Jamaican food and it was really good. I got the curry chicken, the portions were really decent. Food was really good, pricing not to bad. We had plans to order then go wait in the car but the food came fairly quickly

3/ 22 Went there for lunch today the rice was plentiful, the beans were not completely done and they were cold so was the cabbage but the meat portion the quarter half of chicken both pieces together was about the size of my palm and I have an average female size hand, I cant believe it Ill never go back, plus it wasnt that tasty. Smh .... Was very disappointed.

I can not give this place enough stars! We drive all the way down from the suburbs to eat here or grab take out. We usually get the chicken but you can not go wrong with anything you order. I love the plantains and rice and beans also.Staff is super friendly and treat you like family!

I’ve searched for 4 years for a great Red Snapper fish, and Jamaican Breeze truly delivered. I also had the Jerk Pot Roast which is served on Sundays and it was delicious. The customer service was amazing as well.Keep up the great work I’ll be back soon

So good... It was so hard to decide what to get... I decided to go with the featured special the jerk pot roast.. it melts in your mouth with so much flavor.. also tried the jerk chicken quarter with the hot sause... Yummm I cant wait to come back and try more.

The food is legit and the place is very clean. We enjoy going here. The staff is nice, not the most welcoming, but kind. Overall if you want some good Jamaican food this might be the best in Indy!

Jamaican Carribean Food. Island Flavors So Yummy. Bought Beef Patty, Coco Bread, Oxtails Peas n Rice Cabbage Plaintains, Jerk Chicken Peas n Rice Cabbage Plaintains and Mango Pineapple Honey Lemon Juice Soooo Good. Everything was really good hot and fresh. Came Into Town From Florida And Was Lucky To Find This Spot. Friendly customer service and didnt have to wait long for our order. 5 Stars Plus...💫

Ran away from skool on lunch break to get this awesome plate of food nothing like a well seasoned tender oxtail plate with rice an plantain with a side of cabbage. The results speaks in the photo an nice customer services will be back REAL SOON!!!.

I was to hungry to snap a food picture. But it was good it wouldve been great but the cabbage was slightly under cooked.But everything else was great and the customer service was above and beyond. The lady that took my order was awesome.

Accidentally added another customers tab to my credit card. Resolved eventually. Courteous waitstaff. Food is tasty and they have a nice outdoor eating area and pool table.

Welcoming spot for a weekday lunch. Its clean, with a good variety of Caribbean fare. My hostess allowed my substitutions for more vegetables and less starch graciously. Worthwhile to re-visit for sure !

The food tasted perfect and authentic! We had jerk chicken, rice and peas, cabbage, plantain, beef patties, and some Red Stripe Jamaican beer. All tasted great!!! It also has the Jamaican, Caribbean vibe too!

My 1st visit which was for an engagement party.... Sorry I didnt get pics of food but I must say the portions are nice & the food was good...We tried the chicken wings, chicken breast(I dont like breast because they are so dry but not these juicy& ribs. All the meat was seasoned to the bone.... A legitimate Jamaican Restaurant... Great friendly service... And they have out door seating and wore mask... Several people told me their food was great, but I had to see for myself. Well they definitely didnt disappoint!!! The food was amazing!!!! I ordered the oxtail dinner for my man, and the rib dinner for myself, we both were satisfied. Spacious parking lot, lively atmosphere, fast, friendly service, tasty, filling food, I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

I love this place. French the bartender is so sweet and so helpful. The food is always incredible. Ive had the ribs and the pot roast both were tender and delicious. You get so much food at a reasonable price. The beef patty is a side I highly recommend getting with oxtail sauce. As French says oxtail sauce males everything better.

AMAZING FOOD! The staff is wonderful and the food does not take too long for them to cook for you. We ordered the jerk chicken and tried all three sauces. Decided that mild and sweet are the best! Hot is okay, but flavors are better on the other, too. You get rice and plantaes with your order too that make it even better! Tried the ginger beer, good too!!

Absolutely amazing food! Being caribbean, its hard to find a place worth paying for outside of making it myself! I was extremely surprised by the interior of the restaurant. From the outside, based on its location, I wasnt expecting the many flat screen TVs (sports pub style), the professionalism, and the amount of sq ft! Nice decor and nice staff! We paid a reasonable price for some of the best jerk chicken Ive had in a while! The sides ( rice/peas, cabbage, plantainswere just okay, but the rum cake was TO DIE FOR. Definitely recommend going!!

Amazing Jamaican food, very clean with friendly staff. I had Curry Goat and my wife had Jerk Chicken. Both were excellent! We also shared a beef patty which was beyond excellent. I highly recommend thos place and will return as often as possible!

Everything delicious, great prices, big portions, sweet people. In out two visits, we’ve tried quite a few things. The patties are flaky, but not overly greasy, the chicken curry and beef are my favorites. The veggie one is very good, too. Ital stew is vegetarian,(not sure about veganwith rich, slightly sweet flavors. Every plate comes with peas and rice, plantains, and cabbage. You can choose white or dark meat with your jerk chicken, it’s smoky, moist and full of flavor. The ribs are the same. I love the chicken curry, and be sure to try the fried breadfruit when it’s available. I’m pleased as punch to have this addition to the Indy food scene!

UNBELIEVABLY good food! Well definitely be back more than once. We had the chicken fricassee and the ox tail. Staff is super friendly, too.The daily specials all sounded good, so we plan to visit again so we can try each one.Im really happy to see something good go into the old steakhouse building. This place seems authentic as far as the food goes. A definite win for Indianapolis!

Great Caribbean food restaurant! Brand new spot. They have a menu that appeals to all! They don’t have beer and wine yet, they are waiting for their license in that department. But otherwise, great spot. I am sure it will be a great sports bar.
