Make sure you make a reservation or arrive around 6pm -such a rush after 7pm and people turned away! We had a sharing starter plate which was delicious-forgot to take a photo😵‍💫 The pork in my main dish just melted in my mouth but although it had a one chilli grade it wasn’t spicy at all which was a little disappointing. Would recommend for the starter any day 😁

Some of the best food you’ll find in the gilis and Bali in general. The green curry and the banana cream cocktail were the highlights but the mushroom ravioli was great too. Would recommend the green curry over the northern Thai pork belly curry. Went back several times. Thank you!

Had a quick lunch for a tempe (soybeanand fried mushroom wonton salad. With rice noodles (or vermicelli?). It was a big portion for a salad! at 65k if Im not mistaken. And a mix juice of mango orange at 35k++.Would like to come back and try their other menu.

This restaurant is located in a quiet place away from the sea,This restaurant is run by Jali Resort.The restaurant is beautiful.The taste of the food is not as satisfying as expected.Visuals are good. The price also feels expensive.

Came here with my Thai girlfriend yesterday and the green curry was so good she wanted to come back today to try the Pad Thai. Both were delicious and so was my beef masala. Staff is very friendly as well. Highly recommend this restaurant

Such a gem! What a nice atmosphere. The bartender really knows how to make a great capriña and the chef deserves a Michelin star. Staff very friendly, keeping professional distance.I will certainly come back here next time I visit Gili T.

Apple cider pork stew was delicious.The only thing I would recommend is to add butter in mashed potatoes.

Delicious juices and food. Nice atmosphere and really good price. The sharing platter to start is so nice; especially the spring rolls and the pork skewers. The beef rendang is also very tasty. Was disappointed by the peanut burger … couldn’t taste anything apart from peanut. It was as if they’d just smeared it with thick, claggy peanut butter. Overall would definitely recommend though.

Probably about 3.5/5 - had lunch here twice and tbh was expecting better food due to all the reviews. We tried the butter chicken (meat was not tender at all, 3.5/5), peanut burger (not bad, but definitely not “out of this world”), indian curry, lemongrass stir fry and the summer rolls (which could have been more creative, they were a bit boaring and the meat was tough/ still warm. Shrimp & avocado or mango would have been better). Smoothies were huge and good. Service was good. Location is nice. Overall ok, but did not fulfill expectations, especially for the price.

CARROT CAKE INCREDIBLE!! best carrot cake I’ve ever had.We went two nights here and the food was delicious both times. You get a lot for what you pay for. We got butter chicken, after a little bit of confusion with it being sold out, it was definitely worth the wait, the Malaysian chicken was my absolute favourite!!! Burgers amazing, the peanut butter was a little sickly because there was so much food but good nonetheless.

Some of the best food we’ve eaten in Indonesia! All excellently prepared and great service for such a small price. Mariadi hosted us on 2 occasions and offered impeccable service as well as booking us in for another dinner. The slow cooked curry’s were all delicious, with melt in the mouth, tender meat every time. Would recommend to anyone who visits Gili but worth booking a table as its very popular.

My wife and I are a Nomad traveling couple who thrive on comfort peace and happiness. Jali Resort and kitchen has been our home for a week and more. Thanks to our fantastic manager Yudi, The cuisine here is unmatched in quality flavors and portions. You are treated to Thai Indonesia Vietnam and Indian plus a touch of western. It’s a must visit for anyone coming to Indonesia. Reservations are necessary that’s how good the chefs are.

Quality food. Is in a back street away from the beach, but worth to come here for dinner or lunch. We had beef rendang and butter chicken and other dishes. They were all very tasty and nice. The best food we got on gili trawangan. We normaly never eat twice the same place, but here we made an exception to our restaurant rule and went here for lunch and dinner.

we recently stayed on the Gili Islands and our best find was the Jali Kitchen. The food was of an international standard and every course we had was delicious. The service was good, the staff were friendly and the experience was delighful. The prices were less than we expected so even more delight so we ate there more often. Awesome Cocktails (Lombok Coffee, Jali Cream). The Peanut Burger is fantastic and so is the Viatnamese Lemongrass Chilli!!! The Ice Tea is home made with black tea and served with sugar seperate. Fantastic!

Best restaurant on the island !We went to have dinner 3 times as we wanted to taste everything on the menu. All the dishes are very tasteful, full of flavor and spices.The staff is also very nice as the atmosphere of the restaurant.

This restaurant is really worthed a 5 star rating.We had coconut smoothies and mixed juices which were delicious .Chicken satay and a salad as a started and then mushroom ravioli in a beetroot sauce which was so surprising tasty and tofu pad Thai . I am looking forward to come back here again to try new meals and drinks ☺️

This gem of a restaurant was a bit secluded but the food we had made it worth the bike ride.Its small and cosy. We had their pork belly and nasi goreng with were both great. They have affordable price too.We loved the service there.I will go back without hesitation.

The food is great, but they lack in taste compared to what I’ve eaten before in other European countries. The price is really good, if you’re a person that usually eat big rations I’d recommend ordering 2 dishes. One might leave you a bit hungry if you don’t take a side dish or something more afterwards.I’ve eaten the Butter Chicken, Masala, Pad Thai, and Thai Chicken Butter. Each time with delivery to our home.

A little hard to find but well worth the struggle. A really good fusion restaurant with a cool atmosphere, interesting menu and well tasting food.In peak season a reservation will be required.I also recommend a bike and a good torch because the location is far from ideal and quite remote.

Highly recommended. The best food we had in Gili. We tried Pork Stew, Beef Stir Fry, Spring Roll, and Ravioli. Everything was delicious. Also, we got free banana bread for takeaway! Love the ambience and friendly staffs too!

Searching for things to do in Gili T, Jali Kitchen was one of the highly recommended places and its indeed a literal hidden gem. I messaged them in whatsup for reservation for 3 pm and they replied immediately. Its surprising that its not packed coz usually in the pictures theres lot of patrons. Anyway, we were seated immediately and to my dismay, Ikan pepes in n/a 🥹I tried mushroom beetroot risotto- its nahh.. just okay. The smoothie and tropical shakes too are just okay, the mushroom wontons are tasty and the sambal for ayam pecel was tasty. The tempeh burger is fulfilling and the star of our order was the lime cheesecake. Its heavenly! Theres no crust but just pure cheesecake goodnessThe ambience is so chill. Theres a live bar opposite of it.Its inside the Jali hotel so theres hotel guests wading in the pool.I was expecting more but the food was just okay but the service was good and not pretentious unlike Pearl T. Between this and Pearl T. id rather dine here again. I can see as well that its favorite among the westerners. Total bill almost 20 dollars so its really reasonable for2 shakes, 1 slice cheesecake, 1 starter, 2 main dishA really must try!

Unbeatable value for money, the food was delicious and special requests were also taken into account. We didnt have a reservation and waited a bit at the bar, so its best to reserve in advance.

Best food in Gili Trawangan. Located not too far from the center but a bit hidden, not on the main street. The restaurant itself is small but nice and staff are helpful and friendly. It serves Indonesian, Thai, Indian, and Western foods -vegan options are also available. The beef masala was good and you can taste fresh spices there. The pad thai was also good and authentic to my taste. Both are a bit spicy but my kids can handle it, so its great. The portion was big and price is reasonable. They offer delivery service too, which was really useful as I stayed a bit far from the center.

An assortment of other dishes, unfortunately due supply shortage, couldnt try the beef rendang - next time for sure!They have a large selection of fresh fruit drinks, I went back multiple nights just to try an assortment. Theyre all so refreshing & mouthwatering!The restaurant staff are very friendly in particular the manager - Yuri (young handsome gent behind the counter). I tried to order a dish that would only be ready much later that evening. The manager then offered to have the dish specially delivered to my villa and to my surprise it was Yuri behind the door! With free banana bread too! It was very nice of Jali kitchen to have it delivered so late and was a special request that night :)I have said too much - I will let the pictures do the talking :D

Incredible dinner. Service & staff are so friendly & knowledgeable. We will be coming back.Ordered the Butter Chicken & Kadai Masala Beef. Portions are both big & delicious.Butter chicken was so flavourful. We couldn’t finish all the chicken bc there was so much in it.The beef in the Kadai Masala was so tender and broke apart so easily. So much beef & great cut of meat.Naan is also so fluffy & tasty. Compliments the curries so well.We ordered the Pineapple cocktail & it was made with a fresh ingredients. Really good!

Great experience at jail kitchen. I got the kadai Masala beef and my girlfriend got the butter chicken. The beef was fall of the bone tender and both currys were delicious. Was a huge portion so very happy we didn’t get appetizers cause we had a hard time finishing the meal. We had the pineapple cocktail which was really good. If you’re in Gili T it’s a must-try.

We ordered smoothies to our villa – and they were absolutely horrible.90% milk and about 10% of actual fruits while these smoothies are priced at 50k (we paid 200k for 4 glasses of milk 😑)This is how they got delivered 😁😁(watch picture)

Staying 3 nights in Gili Twawangan and had dinner 3 times here. The most amazing food Ive had. This place is just amazing. You made my stay on Gili complete! No matter what you order everything is just DELICIOUS! Definitely recommend the butter chicken. It is just amazing.

Probably here’s the most delicious food of all places in Gili Trawangan that I’ve tried.I ordered amazing ravioli and Pina Colada cocktail. All was perfect.I definitely recommend everyone to try a cakes here. The Carrot cake is the best one in this island. The Cheesecake is delicious as well.Huge pieces, good prices.Was surprised that this place almost empty, just a few guests. Maybe cuz it’s located not in a main street. I love the atmosphere here.Place is calm, comfortable, with a beautiful details.There is also some accommodation.The staff was very polite. Thank you for a quiet and delicious evening.

I will recommend the carrot cake, it is sooo delicious that we order it twice. They also provide delivery order to our villa. I don’t really like the main dish though
