Great food and service! Delivered as requested to our Caravan Site in St Leonards.

Cheap meat. Tasteless. Soggy. Chicken spring rolls delivered, instead of vegetarian spring rolls. Everything was actually binned£41 wasted and no offer of a refund. Poor customer service. Very disappointing, will never order from here again.

Absolutely amazing, best Chinese i’ve been to in a while. Took a bit longer than expected, but was understandable because i had ordered during their busy period, my fault. Everything arrived and was delicious. My personal favourite is smoked chicken, so feel free too try it if your not sure on what to order.

Had this and was absolutely discusting rang them to say come and collect it and asked for a refund and lady put the phone down on me, I rang back to be told they wouldnt refundSo Id stay clear of this place.WASTE OF MONEY.....

Been customer for years. Usually phone for take out delivered but was passing so popped in. Very accomodating Staff and had a great meal (although food could have been hotter).

Worst customer service Iv ever had delivery driver was abusive food was nearly an hour late will never use them again ended up returning food for a refund didn’t even apologise for the traumatic experience

Does not deserve a star as driver was rude.Drove into farm yard very fast, no regard for dogs. There are signs that say to slow down but did not notice. The driver was asked to slow down when he left the yard but instead be drove out at speed. Will not order from this place and will tell others to not order.

Found food a little cold, even after a 5 min drive home from collecting it. Small portions for what you pay for it.

Chicken satay tough , seemed reheated , sweet and sour sauce thin , special fried rice again old , really not fresh , wont go again , too much to spend on rubbish food nowadays !

I have been here a few times and expect a short wait and have not been disappointed. Typical prices for a take away Chinese food establishment. I am a mobility scooter user and so do not need to have food delivered. Good food, fairly priced and hot. Thank you all.

Ordered tonight.....was a bit cold also salt and pepper chicken was very hard and tough to eat.

5 mins down the road took over an hour and a half.

I have used the Jade for takeaways for the last 10+ years never had a bad meal aways consistent and top draw take away

Good food and lots of it. Watched it cooked in front of us. Just a little bit pricey to what we are used to paying.

We were staying at a local camp site and declining the mobile pizza on offer that night we decided on a Chinese. We ordered over the phone, please note the prices on the menu on the google search are out of date. I read the reviews and it seemed ok, when we arrived the place looks like it needs a major makeover, but the young lady behind the counter was pleasant enough, she had quoted approximately 10 mins but it took around 30 minutes before our food was ready. We picked up the food and paid, more than we expected. We ordered meal for 3, B and there was plenty of food. The spring rolls were abit to greasy, the duck had bones, gristle etc mixed in with it but tasted well enough, the extra chicken balls were ok and the rest of the food was ok, but bit below par. So overall it’s ok if you aren’t to fussy.But if the owners read this, clean and repaint the front, if you were driving past the state of the place would probably put you off.

Another lovely meal from here tonight cant fault it we had Singapore noodles. Salt and pepper king prawns and sweet and sour king prawns with bbq sauce it was lovely .they made a mistake with the order phone them up and sent another one 10 min later .best Chinese around I think .keep it up guys

Absolutely disgraceful when I insisted on paying by card (HM Customs might want to take a lookthe attitude changed was extremely rude and slammed the phone down but not before taking the card number. When delivered phoned me to get from entrance then thust it at me told me she was very busy. I responded with I did pay for this. Got it back to the caravan was inedible. I am fuming should not be allowed to get away with this. I am single full time working mum and as far as I am concerned I might as well have burnt the money

Placed an order and I had to ring twice to find out when it would be delivered only to be told we are waiting for the delivery driver. 1 hour 45 minutes later it was delivered by the manager, some of the dishes were cold and 1 dish was wrong. Rang back to let them know only to be told they wouldnt refund even though the girl on the phone admitted she ordered the wrong dish on our behalf?! They would replace only if they could collect the wrong dish which they could deliver in 5 minutes? If thats the case why did it take so long for my order to arrive! Advised I wouldnt be ordering again from them and they ended the call by saying OK no problem thank you bye will not be ordering from them ever again, zero customer service and zero customer retention in such difficult times!.

AVOID!!! Just ordered £60 worth of food including salt and pepper chicken and shredded chilli beef... No meat in it at all. Literally just burnt strips of batter. Went to complain they showed us the frozen chicken chicken pieces they use... & charge like & £5 a portion.. Also, chicken/pork balls pre made under the counter with out any lid and flies hanging around.

Not good value for money, for example 9pounds for a very small quarter of incinerated dry duck few strands of spring onion, come on what does that cost to add a bit more. We paid 38pounds in all for 2 adults n kids for what was low quality overcooked food (chicken and duck both very chewy perhaps alot of the food is heated in a microwave). Have to say local curry house better value for better quality food and more quantity for money.

Weve tried every Chinese in and around the area and this was by far the worst. I order smoked chicken, wherever and whenever we have Chinese, its my favourite. This smoked chicken was BONE dry and like bits of cardboard. No flavour either. Salt and chilli chicken was like eating salty nicknacks and the lamb dish was flavourless. Very dissapointed that we just waste £35 on this

Staying in oakdeane caravan park , ordered a meal and it was delivered to the park in 20minsFood service were excellent. Highly recommend.

Have been having takeaways from them for years, all very good. But the last few times the sweet sour chicken batter is Very thick.Just a little concerned that the chicken may not be cooked properly, dont like thick batter.The thick batter gives the impression of a large portion, will give this a miss in future.Otherwise will use in the future.

This take away is brilliant they delivered my order to Ringwood within 30 mins.Driver was really nice and kind she did get lost as they gave her the wrong name of my street but made it .Food was lovely and hot. There Sweet and sour sauce were yummy.Stir-fry veg and meat was tasty buy the noodles were too thick and flat for me.Sweet and sour pork and chicken balls were tasty with lots of flavour.Sweet and sour ribs are hot but the sauce was to vinegary for the meat was to Hard to eat.Egg fried rice was yummy but I did ask for spring onions but Instead I got normal onions.There Prawn crackers are so tasty you cant stop eating them. I will be using again now I have a menu. They should post a menu online.

Jade Peking gave us the wrong dish, took 30 mins to deliver the correct order by this time our meal was finished. Most concerned that they wanted the rice dish back and were adamant that the dish was still ok even though had been delivered. I would be a little concerned at having someone elses food not knowing what had happy to it....To reassure you we binned it and refused to return it to them

I love Chinese takeaway, tried countless ones. This has to be one of the worse I had. It was very dry the meats were over cooked and a preped a long time prior to me eating them. It all tasted and felt like it was out of a microwave. No sauce no flavour no texture. Its a no from me. Please work on your quality.

Food is ok, portion size is big. I got sweet and sour chicken balls, chips and some mini spring rolls. All cooked and taste great just bit too much batter on the chicken balls. The spring rolls are a good size not the usual little ones you get. All in all pretty decent. Bit on the pricey side though!

Service and food was good, unfortunatly the order appeared to be a bit messed up - but didnt realise till I got back. Food was still good, even though I wasnt sure what a couple of the dishes were. (It all still tasted good when we ate leftovers for breakfast!)

Same as Ross’s previous review. I ordered the food over an hour ago, I was told at the time of ordering it would be 30 mins so I phoned up to find out when it would be delivered, a younger person told me that it was ready but they had to wait for the delivery driver, I just hope it’s hot when I get it!!! If you are in a hurry best ask if the delivery driver is there. It’s a shame as the other comments recommend the food.

I love mushroom curry from jade Peking I ask them to make my curry extra hot and its done at no extra price and always have rice with your meal unlike alot that charge extra for rice and always chatty 5*****s every time now live 9 miles away and off to visit tomorrow cant wait

If I was rating the food I would give a 5 star rating every time. Unfortunately this evening I placed an order at 8 o clock. The young lad on the phone didnt mention how long it would be, but as this has never been a problem before I didnt ask. It has now been 65 minutes and I have just called, only to be told that your order is ready and we are waiting for a driver to deliver it. This is the only had experience I have had with jade Peking and it wont stop me going there. But feel that it would be better in this situation if someone over the age of 11 answered the phone so I could complain.

Always really good food here. Staff are nice and Ive never had to wait longer than 45 minutes.
