Fun sports bar environment. Our server was great and the beers are huge.

We had the pizza the crust was great food was good and it came out fast

Acoustics are loud but the atmosphere is fun.

We were traveling and this was a fun sporty casino bar and restaurant, we had the hamburgers and they were awesome.

Average. Beware they charge a convenience fee. They are taking what they can. We wont be back.

I have not yet eaten here but I do food delivery as my only source of income because of disability and job lay-off so to be honest no getting a customer tip on food delivery but to go into this place takes then took long to get food done for take out and everything in there sitting waiting all they care to do is talk and not really check on take out orders as they just ignore you. So as a food delivery driver and seeing and being treated like crape from here I dont think I will come to try or review there food. Also word of mouth is Not good when this kind of stuff goes on. Expect any take out foods from this place to take 25 to 40 minutes even if its for 1 item.

Waited forever to get food, drinks, and check. Service was bad, got overcharged and when I asked about it, waitress got defensive and tried arguing with me.

Want to feel invisible? This is the place to be! My daughter and I waited over 20 minutes for a server to even acknowledge us after being seated to no avail before throwing in the towel and leaving. We had never dined here before. Awful first - and likely only - impression.

Service was very good, and the food was excellent.

I am very disappointed in what I saw from a shenanigans employee (Harveylast night. There was a disagreement going on with two guys at the bar and instead of de escalating the situation like an employee is supposed to do at an establishment like that Harvey was puffing out his chest and telling them to meet him in the parking lot, escalating the situation even more. Harvey needs to be disciplined for his actions last night as that would be a good business decision.

Would give 0 stars if I could.Got my fishbowl taken away because everyone at my table wasnt able to present their IDs even though it was me ording it for myself. My friends with me literally only tried barely a straw full of it. If that was what was gonna happen she shouldnt have even brought it out to me at all. She should have asked for everyones IDs right away and told me "if everyone cannot present an ID I cannot serve you a fishbowl." Not bring it out and let me have a few drinks out of it then take it away. My food was also ice cold. Worse experience Ive had at a bar and grill. Our waitress also only checked up on us one time once we got our food and it wasnt her who brought it out to us either. While all the waiters were chillin and standing in the back corner by the coors light sign. Not only that, it felt like the whole staff was watching our table like a hawk. Nothing worse then trying to enjoy a meal and being stared at the whole time. And a convenience fee? Youre kidding right? Whole experience was a joke.

Wings were great - did have a couple that were over saltedIssue was resolved appropriately

Great spot to catch a game and grab a beer. There wings are also some of the best in town.

Could use a chopped salad or a Cobb salad, but good all around.

Amazing Impossible Burgers, super-crisp flat bread pizza, generous tall taps, friendly staff, meeting room. Great bar & grill! Love the nacho appetizers. :)

The food was slow coming to us. My tots were barely warm and my burger was soggy on the bottom from setting to long and waiting for the rest of our order to get done.

Very clean and tons of TVs with every sporting event happening had the sampler platter very good breading!!

Drinks were good, service was horrible. After ordering our drinks and appetizer, we were only checked on when the food arrived at the table. Afterwards, we waited almost an hour for our waiter to return with the check. He never came back however we could see he was with other tables. We had to come inside from the patio to pay the bill. We talked to another waitress who went and hunted him down. Then when he arrived at the front he seemed unbothered by the fact that we needed to come inside and find him to pay. It doesn’t matter what day of the week it is, you’re never to busy of restaurant to have your customers pay.

I visited during lunch. They were definitely understaffed. It looked like one waitress was working the whole restaurant. Maybe someone called in or just quit, Im not sure.We walked in and stood awkwardly at the door, for quite a while, before finally being told to seat ourselves. No big deal. Then we sat at a sticky table that I assumed was clean. There were a number of other tables that had yet to be cleaned. I saw other guests who came in and stood waiting there awkwardly, like me. A sign would have been helpful to direct customers.I had plenty of time to look at the menu but I already knew I was there to try the wings. When they came out, I found out that a small had 6 wings and a medium 13. I had one order with a BBQ rub the other with Asian Sweet Chili sauce. Both tasted good. The amount of sauce on the Asian Sweet Chili could have been toned down a little. The wings themselves were a little over-cooked and dry.I thought it was overpriced for the quality that I experienced

Slow service every time. Food has been cold by the time it got to us the last two times wed been there. The staff is friendly (and always busy), but the food is just...not worth it

We ate at Shenanigans last night. We sat outside & our waiter was AWESOME! Very friendly and on top of things. However the food was just ok. My son got the BBQ brisket sandwich & said it tasted like something from a fast food restaurant. He substituted tator tots for the fries & didnt realize there was an extra charge for $2.50, which is ridiculous!! So the sandwich & tator tots was $17.75. My husband substituted cottage cheese for the fries which was also an additional $2.50 charge. Their beer was $7.75. I realize the price of everything has gone up, but this seems a little much! We like going to Shenanigans because of the atmosphere & convenience, but I dont think we will be going there as often as we used to because of the prices for bar food!

Walked in at 12:15am and got told they already did last call. Hours say they’re open until 2am? No sign that they were closing early. Doors were unlocked. Just really confused how you can do a last call when you’re supposed to be open for another 1hr 45min.

Good food, fairly quick service for what seemed to be a busy time. Definitely would recommend if youre looking for a good selection of food and drinks.

Food the last couple times there was a bit disappointing. It used to be really good. Very understaffed so tables were not clean. Didnt really see any management around helping.

Super unfortunate that I have to even type this. I went in on a Sunday at 5pm with my wife and two kids. Super excited to eat here because we had never been before. They were super slow and had a ton of staff. We were seated and sat there for 20 minutes without anyone coming by even to take drinks. Staff was standing around watching tv and texting on their phones. The couple next to us ordered and got their food and we still hadn’t had anyone check on us yet. A group of 3 guys came in 15 minutes after us and got waited on yet we were still sitting their. Finally we decided to get up and leave. I asked to speak to a manager on my way out and there apparently wasn’t one available. Don’t know if this review will help anyone or not but super unfortunate that this happened. Hopefully if anything it’s used as a teaching experience.

I went with friends to the st. Patricks day event at Shenanigans. Besides the green beer fun, our server Sam was super friendly and helpful. Even at the end of what was surely a grueling shift with tons of people in the place, he kept a smiling face and helpful attitude that really made things fun. Thanks Shenanigans for a fun holiday experience.

What a fun night to be at Shenanigans! My wife had a date night and decided to try this location (first time being there)! Great music - karaoke too! Great atmosphere, and a great variety of patrons! Food portions were good for the pricing, we look forward to going back again soon!

Great place to throw a company party in the back or if youre looking for a good time there definitely bring the family and friends they have great service, complementary prices for what they offer definitely look into the drinks Im sure youll enjoy a nice cold one.

I have gone to this establishment 3 times since they came to our side of town. I only go back after some time in between hoping that their food has gotten better, but every single time Ive been not only disappointed l, but I get sick to my stomach. The last time I was there was with friends that are new to twin and had never been there. We went to play SINGO with a coworker. I ordered the chicken strips, and they looked great. Nice portion size with the fries. But the chicken was so tough that I burned my lips when I went to bite into the first one. The chicken actually came out of the breading and the hot oil was so hot! I could have cried. I had ordered a Mr Pibb and when I took a sip to cool off my lips, I got an overwhelming taste of mold. They cant have cleaned their fountain pop machine in a good while. Also, my friends and I all commented that the fries were SO salty, we could literally feel our blood pressure rise. Come on yall! Do better! I love your atmosphere and I enjoy meeting up with friends there, but you gotta get the food right and take care of the pop machine.

I️ ordered the black jack burger. It was room temperature and the cheese didn’t melt at all. However, not the worst part. Under the cheese, rather than evenly sprinkling the seasoning on the burger, it was in a single clump in the middle. Fries were cold. Drinks were good and service was okay. I️ wont bother going back.

Amazing food and service! We attended a birthday party that was held with around 50 or so guests that were coming and going over a several hour period. Our single server was absolutely amazing! He handled all of us as if it were nothing! Every food item ordered was raved about, perfect temperature and tasted delicious. Everyone in the building deserves a pat on the back, but that server deserves a raise! We will be back for sure!

FUN! Joined a couple friends and played Singo. Great atmosphere and servers. Dale Moss was there that night and visited with us for a few minutes!!! Cool to see a celebrity who I watched in the Bachelorette.

Our experience today was amazing from the food, service and atmosphere. I am only giving 4 stars because the TV we were watching our game on was changed with 2 min to go in the 4th QTR to pregame Vikings. There was a table of 6 watching the game all wearing jerseys. There was no reading the room at all that the game was being watched.

My sister and I ordered Reuben sandwiches. Did not taste like a Reuben. Very disappointed. Husband got the wrong hamburger. Was around 1 in the afternoon, maybe 10 people. Took too long for waitress and she didnt check back. Wont be going back.

Disappointed in service and food quality.Went at 5pm on a Tuesday, not very busy. My friend and I were seated by the host right away, but it took 15-20 minutes for a server to come see us and take a drink order. Our server was great, but got pulled into something else by a manager. Other servers (about 4?Were sitting chatting the whole time not really doing much else, and our drinks sat on the bar for 30 minutes while we waited. Eventually our server returned, apologized, and took our order.Food was very expensive for quantity and quality -- around $14 for some pulled pork sliders that were full of bones and did not come with the coleslaw side listed on the menu.

We were just here over the weekend and had a very large group (hockey team and familieswe came with. My husband and I were the first to arrive and all the tables were ready to go with a water waiting for each of us. The waitresses were amazing and the orders all came out hot, correct and in a timely manner. Drinks and refills were on point. We were very impressed with the organization of this and will definitely be bringing out hockey team back here again.

Warm tap beer. Bartender said I dont serve warm beer! Poor attitude.Steak tips said onion and peppers. None of those!!! Corn on the cob... Gross corn in a dish. Waiter very pleasant. Will not return soon.

We live near shenanigans and normally do not have bad service but we just went there tonight 2-18-21 at 6:30 ( before darts league startedand had Chase P as a waiter and it was THE WORST service we’ve ever had. He never came to our table after we got our drinks, didn’t ask how our food was... NOTHING. I had to wave down another waiter to get a refill for my drink. And our waiter STILL didn’t come over. The place was not busy like usual. I then again in the middle of our meal waved our waiter over to asked for our check because we didn’t know when he’d be near us again. I asked for a pen to put our number for points in and he runs the credit card without putting in points. Again it wasn’t busy so there was NO NEED FOR THIS. Yes we will be back but this is just super disappointing to us since we come often.

Im a very forgiving and patient patron at any establishment. I have experience in the hospitality industry so it takes a great deal for me to complain. The service from our last four experiences have been nothing short of terrible. Ive been a VIP member for the last two years which I will not be renewing this year. Please Shenanigans, provide your staff with proper training before sending them out to wait on your patrons and work with your kitchen staff to provide quality food.

My husband and I enjoy the atmosphere and going to Singo here. We have also been to a couple events here where a room has been rented out and really liked the service and ease of doing an event here. The complaint would be the food has never been great the few times we ate here. I think they could work on flavor and cooking time of the food.

Beers and food is great! Service has been hit or miss but the beer is HUGE and you can’t be upset with that!

Came in for lunch with 7 year old son. He said they nailed the fries. Hes getting the wings and fries next time he comes back. He was right on--fries were great. Shenanigan burger was really good.
