Jacksons Kebab in Endeavour Hills

Order took over 1.5 hours to arrive. I live 7 minutes from the place. And they do not know the first thing about making a hsp.

New owners. Does fish and chips too now. Food is terrible. Meat was cold and not cooked enough. Uses pre sliced meat in a container to cook and heat on the grill. Prices have increased aswell. Was great food when it was run by the previous owners. Avoid going here for good kebabs.

New owners have ruined this. The lamb is cut into squares and has the texture of rubber. Price has gone up, food is served in the lid to make portions smaller, and the quality is awful. Just avoid this at all costs.

My family and I used to over getting food here, but since change of ownership, kebabs are cold and the serving sizes have halved with the price increase. The hsp is now made on the lid of the container rather than how it used to be made. Its also combined a fish and chip shop, so Its a little confusing when you walk in and it says fish and chips, but theres a kebab menu up and on the side it the fish and chip menu. I think they need to choose which one these are. Kebabs are definitely not their specialty. Im sad to say but after going there for years, we wont be returning.

Used to be soo good with old owners. With new owner, food is cold. Sad to see old owner left.

New owners don’t know anything about a HSP! They ruined the place, Food is cold and over priced and it smells like it’s off. I asked for more cheese because last time they gave me hardly none and they said that will be another $1,50, So I payed AND THEY DIDN’T EVEN ADD MOR CHEESE! (I Wish The Old Owners Never Left)

Update Feb 2022: Recently bought out with a change of ownership, the prices have increased and food decreased in every sense. Now making a HSP using the lid to cut down serves (pic includedwhilst increasing the cost ($14), no longer using fresh meat on a spit, plus the tiny chip sizes for a place that now advertises being a fish n chip store along with kebab place.I could not be more disappointed, and after 2 poor experiences under new management, I do not intend to return. Avoid!Oct 2021: "Well priced with decent serves, a solid hidden spot!HSPs had nice flavourful crunchy chips with well seasoned lamb, plus free cheese which is a rarity, especially at $12. Lamb gozlimi, whilst a bit greasy was buttery with huge serving size given its $13 with dip. Turkish delight was also very pleasant, rose and citrus flavoured! Staff were very polite and talkative even whilst in the midst of training new staff.Keen to come back again!"

Stick a fork in this place, it’s done!!!New owners are woeful! Here’s a free tip to the owners if they’re reading this. Don’t put salad straight out of the chiller directly onto the meat, believe it or not! We want hot kebabs. Have a small batch out of the chill. Here’s another free tip, have a rep from tek foodz come out and teach you how to operate.

This place must have changed hands. Very disappointed.. Cold food.. They need to learn how to serve this type of food.. 😡

Very disappointed today, NEW OWNERS if you want to stay in the business, mate at least stay the same as previous owners, the chicken rap I got today looked like a $2 chicken snack rap from maccers.Extremely less portion on all the ingredients.

New owners, they forgot the cheese, was average and not hot. Ashame I now have to try and find a better one. Miss the previous owners :(

Disappointed with my kebab tonight. Orders both without onion one was full of onion.Kebabs were cold, chips were cooked in old oil and an excessive amount of chicken salt on them made them inedible.Couldn’t tell if I was eating potato or chicken salt.Won’t be going back again.

Last 2 times I have been here they have forgotten food and this time I went some of the food was cold never going again

Genuinely bubbly staff and delicious meals!! Hubby is a picky eater, and not only do they get his order right every time, but they have it memorised now!!! Really appreciate how lovely everyone is there and will definitely be going back. Keep up the great work!!!

Just amazing. Expected it to be just a classic kebab shop but you can enjoy this shop more as they have added a touch of thier owm love to the preparation . Not using the classic lebanese bread, choosing a much nicer wrap just completes the experiance while appreciating the love a family puts into making the customer satisfied.Thanx guys

Just got 2 kebab here. Was super hungry n told her will come n pick up at 4.40. we arrived on time, n it was not ready as she mistaken the time. Fine we waited. My house to shop is just 3min drive. Arrived home, take a bite n it was so cold like it was never been heated up. Straight to bin. Thank you guys

First time customer and I wasnt impressed. My order was late, cold, and my kebab was extremely dry! I had to check if it even had any sauce! The chips were cold and flavourless. It was a waste of money. Dont think Ill be going back

Falafel was very dry. Not enough sause. Tastes frozen and not good quality...

Hsp is awesome. One of my favourite joints but the kebabs are a tad cold for me. But that was how it was supposed to be, apparently the original kebabs were not heated after being put together. I always order the large or family Hsp here. Best soul food when youve got the munchies. Pricing is standard and reasonable. Others charge $12-15 for a kebab but youd get an average kebab for $10 here. The staff is super awesome and friendly. Thanks guys and keep up the great work.

Best place to get a quick HSP in the area. Chips crispy and seasoned perfectly. Meat juicing and full of flavour. Not too much sauce either.

The customer service here for this mom and pop shop is beyond expected. The owners greet you when you walk in as if greeting an old friend. They are just so friendly, helpful and patient. And makes the experience of buying a kebab one that you would never expect. The food on the other hand is also just as amazing. Very tasty kebabs and freshly cooked chips.

This place my friends has the best kebeb I have had in all of Victoria. The chicken is soft and tender, it is not dry to eat, and it makes you crave even more.The owner is really friendly and welcoming. This is the best place and Ill make sure to comeback again.

Friendly staff. Clean. Chips were fresh and crisp. Fish was well cooked in a light crisp batter. Reasonably priced.
