Last time When I complained about my order being wrong they didn’t want to give my receipt back. Then today they forgot to give me napkins and my receipt.

Slow service for a place that isnt really busy

Sometimes itll make the food as good as they sometimes they do but the service and the people the employees are all cool

Restroom stinks very badly people vomiting due to bad odor in ressroom. Very bad service durty as always no good at all a lot of homeless around and inside

Bad bad service ! They were rude and when I got my order the tacos were very very cold and the guy tried to call me a liar when I told him that I wanted other tacos cus my tacos were cold . Never coming here again! I rather drive farther to another better jack in the box!

Only got bfast sandwhich, but quick line nice staff and food was hot.

Pretty quick drive-thru. Food wasnt as hot as Id like, so 4 stars instead of 5.

Once again it happens over and over and over again I asked for fresh hot tacos cashier got extremely mad in route now I dont trust them I know they will spit in my food and I have to go to another place.. they think they are smart if they say if they are always fresh yeah right always moldy and weeks old disgusting but for real they staged food which means they put a stupid timer for 20 minutes and then they reset it so your food could be up to 40 minutes old and a microwave the nasty chit... Yuck. Bringing the robots replace these idiots imagine a vending machine making tacos to Perfection wow I havent had good tacos forever your employees hate their job pay them better youre extremely greedy

Do not I repeat do not eat in here they have rats in the kitchen and there right by the 5 freeway so its really disgusting you are safer eating at home than in the ghetto streets of Los Angeles. Minus the one star giving on here yuck!

The smell in this place wasnt so friendly because of the homeless traffic but overall the food is still good

I don’t remember Jack in the box being this bad. But recently it’s been very slow and not a great experience.The drive-through takes a long time, especially if you are there around the time the Kipp middle school gets out. But even if it’s just a regular afternoon, expect to spend about 15 minutes or more in the drive-through.Today, they did not get my order the way that I asked. I ordered regular tiny tacos, and loaded bacon and cheddar tiny tacos. I also ordered the popcorn chicken box with a Mr. Pibb. And I asked for an extra order value fries.I got regular tiny tacos, and the regular loaded tiny tacos, which doesn’t have bacon and cheese, it has cheese and lettuce. Which is not what I was expecting since I said bacon and cheese. Also, I didn’t get the chicken box combo, they only gave me the tiny chicken box, without any drink, even though I told them what drink I wanted. I was sitting at the window for a while waiting for my chicken and I had to tell them I still needed it. I also asked about my drink, but they told me that I didn’t order any drink. And did I want to purchase one now? I had already been waiting so long, I said no thank you I just wanna leave can I have my chicken. I left and realized I didn’t get any napkins, or any fork to eat my loaded tiny tacos.

País for 4 tacos got 3 and not fresh they had been done for a long time😔

They need more crunchy lettuce on the tacos but overall good.

Weird. Thot it was just me who always gets wrong order. Breakfast biscuit tends to be wrong. And yes. Especially drive thru

I ordered their new chicken sandwich and the meat was raw. Instead of replacing it they tried to charge me for another sandwich.I had originally ordered from the drive through but then had to go into the establishment after receiving RAW chicken. This is the DIRTIEST most unkept jack in the box I have ever been to.Worst experience of my life to date.

Can have better customer service yet understand what youre ordering

Good, ppl can be a little dry.. no one smiles ,seemed agitated. But thats my personal opinion.

I got a buttery swiss hamburger and that thing was so flat not as tasty as before. I was disappointed they didnt have any jalapeño poppers.

The food was delicious and fresh and I am going to visit Jack In the Box several more times more!!!!!!!

This is by far my favorite location when in LA. The staff are amazingly quick, the restaurant is clean and of course the food... equally fantastic. I am also impressed by the overall care the staff has for the quality of service they provide. It is mostly about the service provided and this restaurant truly cares about its customers. Big thumbs up to JIB in LA!

.this jack and the boxs cashiers are amazing they were very nice and helpful.but if you go to this one be prepared the place is packed because of the middle school next to it

I payed 7 bucks for this burnt piece of bread and $18 in total for my order. Manager on site shouldnt have even let this past the quality check sunday may 24th 12:30AM

Service is fast as usual customer service needs a lot of improvement starting from the top! Stood there while the manager saw me and no service for at least 4 minutes

The traffic was terrible at 5N so i took a pit stop at Jack n da bx. Got some Dr.PeppanCoke fries nuggets maccheese nuggets. Theyre pretty good. The place is clean The staff was friendly polite service was Fast. The fries are good .crispy & moist much better than McDonald fries (which i like better than In & Out fries . da MacCheese nugfets were good but not my thing. There was limited indoor dining. The ample parking was cool

They need to train their staff. Theres always something missing or they give you a totally different sandwich. I would understand if its busy but when its down time, you would think they pay closer attention to their orders.

Theyre kind and fast, its always my first option to go in my lunchtime 🍔🤓

I order my loaded breakfast sandwich and I guess the cook was too bussy to toast my bread .. and my chicken sandwich was cold and my fries .. it felt like if it was a left over

Its a pleasure when you have a"big order" at the drive-thru and the order is complete including the condiments. Keep up the Good Work!

the place on 3rd gives stale, day old fries & this place serves their hash brown with a side of hair.Gross.Never again.

It has its days but when its bad, its bad....i strongly suggest check your order before you take off from the drive thru. They dont always get the order right or give overcooked food.

service is great. there has been times when my food was weird. so 4 out of 5 stars

No chocolate overload cake or sprite . They messed up my order today went in at 9/23/19 8 pm they gave me regular fries instead of curly I asked for my hamburger plain and they put sauce .

Stop by will in East LA had a quick Burger friendly staff clean inside outside seem to be well lit as I said great food quick Burger fish sandwich anything you like excellent soft ice cream bus stop by to take the kids let them enjoy the ice cream and the kids meals Norwalk Raider

Had late bite to eat with boyfriend, here it was nice clean restaurant and employees were nice and generous, I was given a cheesecake due to long wait for one burger . Very nice people here

The staff was very friendly and my order was correct. When I went back for sauces, they were happy to help. The restroom was clean and tidy. It was great place to bring my family.

This is, hands down, the worst jack n the box in the USA. Not sure if that’s worthy of applause, but certainly recognition. Ordered 2 bacon ranch monster tacos, a large fries and Oreo cookie shake. I also asked to use the restroom, which I needed to be buzzed into. The girl said “no problem,” then walked away. I waited by the restroom, no one helped, so I came back and inquired. The guy hit a buzzer real quick and said “sure, go in.” Once out, I got to my order which consisted of 2 bacon monster tacos (they decided to withhold the ranch), a large curly fries (not regular fries), AND they forgot my Oreo cookie shake. When I inquired as to where it was, they said it’ll take 10min or more...as if asking if I REALLY wanted what I paid for, or if it’s cool if they just didn’t make it.

Never had jack in the box before. The iced coffee was really good, not too sweet. The curly fries were really good. The bacon blue cheese burger was honestly pretty tasteless aside from the blue cheese which because overwhelming.

Very clean, easy to get to, plenty of parking and the staff was friendly.

Erica cashier was excellent service. She referred to try the new fries with a steak and cheese. Delicious. Thanks Erica, you made the difference. Awesome

Theres nothing worse then ordering curly fries and getting horrible regular fries. Nobody likes regular fries. Thanks....
