You can tell customer service is their last priority. I was seriously worried about how my food was going to taste with how little they seemed to care. The only reason they got 2 instead of 1 is because the food was okay. If your employee acts dead and doesnt want to be there let him go cuz hes going to drag the whole place down Ill never go back there.
The employees were super friendly and the food was fresh and hot.
Its the facility that grounds the, approach when pulling up there.... food is great fresh n hot drive-thru windows r dirty as hell like they wiped with a dirty towel
Made an online order at 7:30pm and it said it was completed and they refused to give me my food or my money back. Very rude people working the drive window.
I keep seeing all these negative comments and all the owner is saying is sorry. People are having the same issues. Start watching the video recording and replace who isn’t giving their full effort.
Took 20 minutes of sitting in the drive thru to get our food when we were the second car in line. We only had a $20 order. When we got it, we were missing the tacos we ordered, only had 1 straw for 2 drinks, and no fork to eat a teriyaki bowl with. The sauce we requested never made it in the bag either. One of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had.
You go here they say on the mic they close then u ask what time they open they say they dont know wth since does that make

Absolutely terrible service.. why do I spend almost 20 dollars on food just to be told I have to pay .22 cents for 1 buttermilk. That is outrageous.. I can see if I did not purchase food.
Food was hot, now the wait was a bit longer but this is to be expected with a fried chicken sandwich and was exactly what I expect ordering an item like this and I appreciate the food being fresh as opposed to tuff or overheated thank to the employees who did your job... tonight was a night my s/o and I finally got a break to get food after 30 hrs at our 7 day old infants bedside at cardinal glennon and not having to turn around and have to spend time arguing about an order you paid for being incorrect is very rare these days and those moments matter more than most ppl know so I just wanted the entire crew working on 10-11-22 at 9:40pm provided us tremendous service and fresh food at this location
Sat in line for 40 minutes finally got my food and it looked disgusting I ultimately got q refund this is ridiculous, the line was wrapped around and the girl was busy on her phone. Whoever is responding to these reviews telling everyone to make a report is not doing anything about this. This is an ongoing issue.
Awful experience. Lady did not stop talking and let me order through the drive thru. Coffee was terrible. Service was terrible.
Evening and MORNING shift is LAZY! I had an old biscuit! Sooo Hard I had to take my bottom biscuit completely off! It makes me sad to see that everyone wants to get paid but NO ONE wants to actually work! There should be a way for us to know that the employees that dont care about the quality are being held accountable. Let them go! Or get bad reviews!!!!😣
On line says they close at 9pm but in the drive through at 830pm they wouldnt take my order.

Between 3:30 and 3:45pm today September 12th your employees must have been high out there minds. My lady got me 5 tacos and a spicy chicken sandwich..My spicy chicken sandwich was cold and not done. And my tacos were more crust than anything else. Like they completely didnt give af. I wish I can give yall a 0 stars.

Drive through is slow as hell no reason it should take 30 min for 3 cars ahead of me.
The food was ok..the service nice.. however I was short change upon cashing me out. I explained to the guy and he didnt realize it.

Id give 0 stars if I could. VERY RUDE service! I was walking in the neighborhood and wanted to take out some food. When I entered to the restaurant and got close to the counter to make my order, a random guy came to tell me that there was no dine in. I told him I just wanted to take my order to go. He was extremely rude, didnt give explanations, and didnt want to take my order.I chose this place because I like it, but tbh you can get fast food anywhere. Im NEVER coming back to this fast food chain. ***Support businesses and people who at least try a bit harder.***

Zero stars. On August 7th, around 5pm, I ordered 6 meat & cheese tacos with a medium fry- they gave me the 6 tacos but none of them were filled with any meat or cheese. This is ridiculous
Im very aware of the current shortage of work as a result of the "great resignation", but I believe that there is a limit to what is acceptable in any work place. I will admit, I attempted to stop buy after work, with a little over 15 minutes of their current closing time, but there is still no excuse for the service I was given here. Upon arrival, I placed my order, which included their signature tacos. I was told that they were out of tacos for the night, and asked if I needed anything else. I needed to make a phone call with my girlfriend, to ask what her backup order was, and asked the woman at the drive through if there were any other products that were unavailable so I could make my order. The woman responded "no" and I made my phone call. As I was making my new order, I asked for a shake to go with my burger, and was promptly told that the shake machine was broken. I tried to inform the woman that I asked earlier if there were any other unavailable products, and was then told to leave, called a "stupid mother-something", and then appeared to be "hung up" on. I wish the franchisee of this location was more focused on the quality of his store(s).

i don’t even know why the store is there anymore. they are almost always in the store, but any time you try to get food, they say something is down and they’re not taking any orders. it’s been like this for at least a month now!
Service was a bit sluggish. But the food was easy to order and it was delicious. They did skimp on the taco filling in some of the tacos.
WARING !!Use cash because the credit card machine takes more than it supposed to. I call them and they said " oh ok we having problems out our credit card machine " not ok...I shouldnt have to wait for a return when it shouldnt be taken.
They are fast with the service bit sometimes you may encounter an attitude. Not always though.
Jack in the box is always consistent. Egg rolls are on point, cheesecake is fire!
Went to the drive thru around 4pm on Sunday, and was told they were closed… this is not the first time I’ve gone here and was told they were closed during normal hours.

They closed way ealier than 9 it was 8:15 when I pulled up in the drive thru. Update your hours
Almost positive I got food poisoning here from some tacos. First time Id been to this location in about a year due to shoddy service and I wont be going back.
FYI: They were closed at 10 pm even though it says they are open until 11 pm. At least they had the decency to place hazard cones in the drive thru to let customers know they were not available.
The #1 reason for going to Jack in the Box is the Strawberry shakes and a majority of the time the machine is down. 1. Why have a machine if its down most of the time?2. Post a note that its down, that way I dont have to wait in the Drive-Thru line...thanks
The drive thru speaker is difficult to understand while trying to place your order you cannot easily understand the order taker. The food was hot and good ! I had asked for extra pickles and man did the hit it out of the park!
Is this place ever open or accepting orders? I’ve gone at various times of the day (11am, 12:30pm, 6pm, 9pmand they’re always closed or not taking orders, despite advertising 24 hour availability. If you can’t accept orders during your busiest times maybe you need better management or to shut down all together.
A month later STILL NOTHING. they come on here and tell you to fill out this survey to be contacted by a manager and NOONE EVER REACHES OUT. they need to shut this place DOWN AT THIS POINT. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I DONT WANT ANYMORE FOOD FROM THIS PLACE. REFUND ME MY $12. THANKS
If I could give 5 negative stars, I would. January 29th at 9 pm, I ordered 8 tacos and 2 medium fries. The lady threw my bag of food at me out the window and shut it. I then hand to honk my horn for ask for butter milk ranch that she threw in my hand, resulting in half of them falling to the ground and no offer for more. I then get home, and my tacos are refried. Im talking; my lettuces were sooooo dry and burned. Then, my fries are half full. I called that night, no answer. I then called Sunday, explained what happened, and told them I would like a refund. I was told to bring the food and receipt back. No problem. I go back to return the food, and Im thrown more Tacos. I told them I called and asked for a refund. The manager comes to the window rude as EVER and says Ill have to come back when another manager is there bc that will make their draw short. And he rudly walked away as I was asking for Corporate phone number. It is not February 1st, and I still have this food and am wanting a rude. I have called and called no answer, or someone is picking up and hanging up. I just want my money back from this. This is crazy Ive had to go this far with this. SOMEONE NEEDS TO REACH OUT TO ME. THANKS I wish I could post these photos and videos.Edit. Ive called again for a refund and they steady offering me more food. I do not want any food from this location again.
For a 24 hour restaurant, they sure seem to NEVER be serving food... "Our card machine is broken." "We dont have any workers." "Our system is down." Yadda, yadda, yadda. I would go to a soup kitchen before ever coming back here.
When i arrived they lady with the tattoo on her arm was very rude. I told her to give me a second and she said we’ll go back and then pull up when you’re ready. So i said I’m ready and she relied “well order then” i ordered a kids meal chicken tender for my 1yr old. Needless to say the chicken wasn’t done fully. One of them were so thick it couldn’t even break, the other still had the breading part that wasn’t cooked. I ordered a burger and it was so think and disgusting. I would never ever go back i wouldn’t even send anyone there. Terrible and i wanted my money back but i didn’t have time
I came for breakfast. The drive thru guy says they are out of burritos. I order Sourdough Swiss breakfast sandwich and there is no Swiss on it and its made incorrectly. I got literally one piece of bacon, one piece of ham and they put sausage and 2 pieces of American cheese on it. Not the best experience.
Out of the last ten times I attempted to frequent this restaurant, the "24 hour" drive thru has been closed off at least 7 times. I try to frequent places in my area, but this place makes it impossible!.This morning I ended up going to Starbucks up the street. They were friendly, polite, fast and OPEN. I never was much for expensive frufru drinks but they have one great advantage. They are open, unlike this Jack in the Bix.
Food is good customer service not so much. I waited in the drive thru for 20 min when it’s my turn to order they tell me that they can’t take my order for 20 minutes because they are shift changing... what shift change is at 10:48 pm because that’s what time it is... then I’m stuck in line because the two cars in front of me did place their order and is waiting for their food not to mention the large curb to keep us in line so I can’t go around anyway... there are also cars behind me. so waiting for nothing for 20 minutes then have to wait longer just to leave after being told they can’t take my order... terrible
Good food, but really slow drive through.
Management is terrible, leaving food out on the front counter. Soda machine, all major soda brands out. No clue how run the business. Asked for military discount, said No, with a smirk on her face. 😥
