All the jacks are very good my only complaint is the fact that they promote their app that does not work right and you lose points every time...like I spent 70 dollars twice with there online orders and both times I was screwed out of my points so I dont spend much here anymore...sad cuz there food is good

Great food everytime. Staff friendly. I ordered a perfect burger and a perfect burger I got. I always order no seasoning on my meat and no salt on my fries and light condiments on my burger and my food comes out perfect with a smile everytime. I love this location.

The food is OK. The restaurant itself is pretty run down looking inside. It needs a "refresh/upgrade." Just looks dark, dingy and old.

Any of Jacks food is good. But sometimes they dont have enough employees to run the place

The thing is that most Jacks are dependable. They provide consistent food. My favorite is the double cheeseburger and the Big Jack.

My family loves their milkshakes the most! They rarely disappoint, but if they happen to do anything wrong they always fix it and try to make up for it..no questions asked.

This is the best Jacks in Etowah County but whoever makes the grits sometimes needs a course on how to cook them. Half the time they are like water with lumps of uncooked grits.

Got 2 3 piece chicken dinners. Wanted all white on both but was told they only had one Breast. Totally fine!!! Decided to do the other with 2 legs and a thigh. Spent 26 dollars……….. got our dinner home to find the chicken was so old and over cooked that the bones were brittle. There was absolutely no meat that was edible on none of the chicken. Spent 25 dollars to legitimately throw the food away. Can appreciate that places are understaffed and would never complain about time spent on edible food……… this is pure laziness. The chicken was burned to absolute nothing

It was a normal drive through experience. They had a special going on (which they often do& the person taking our order took time to tell us what was included in the specials since there was more than one. At both windows the people had smiles on their faces & friendly.

Usually friendly staff. Usually fast service. Order ahead with the app is great and about 50% wait even when ordering a couple hours in advance, which is disappointing. I feel like if I give 2 hours notice, you should have my food hot and fresh at the time I ordered ahead for. Breakfast is spotty at this location. Sometimes its super fast and fresh, sometimes its slow and stale. Overall, I like it, and I appreciate the early hours since I have to be at work at 6am and my only other option is McDonalds. I will say though... If there were other restaurants open that early, I would tank Jacks lower. They get bonus points for being open so early. Less points for quality. But overall, I usually enjoy this location, convenience, and (mostlyfriendly staff. Theyre also usually prompt in the mornings. I just feel like sometimes Im getting leftovers. I will continue to go. I appreciate everyone working in these hard times! But there could be some improvements. No more heat lamp fries please!!!!

Friendly service, great fast food. If you are looking for a quick, great breakfast, go for a biscuit sandwich! They are made fresh daily and absolutly amazing!

The food was good.Service in the drive up was slowThey were out of many dipping sauces for the chicken tenders.There were mistakes in the order that were corrected.However, condiments, napkins and flatware not included as they should be

Jacks is good. Sadly, staffing, being out of their control, is down. It was a bit slow, but they were trying! Burger was good, but hurried in the "put together" department. Ill go back back back...😉

Ordered Breakfast this morning. It was the worst ever, Biscuits was thin and mushy, ham was cold, smoke sausage was burnt, gravy was watery, and the forgot my sausage egg and cheese biscuit.

Thus is a good Jacks location. The food thru the drive thru was as ordered although coleslaw should be in a side container so not to be warm when ready to eat.

I eat there in a pinch, if other favorites are too busy. Biscuits are great, gravy needs to be cooked longer, grits are nice. Self-serve and better than McDonalds.

Always good. We order our food with all kind of special things. Well here my normal jacks order. "#5 with ex-cheese ex- pickle ex-secret sauce no onions and a #3 ex-lettuce and add secret sauce. Cup of pickle on side." Not so bad sounding well jacks on the mountain at noccalula falls is the only Jacks yet to get it right. Thanks guys

Went there being nice to the worker in the drive thru and when I asked the worker that I was originally speaking with to repeat my order. We were rudely interrupted by another worker that repeated my order with an attitude. Dont know why she had an attitude when my conversation wasnt with her from the beginning. So no, I didnt get my order because of the attitude, I politely drive off.

When I think about Jacks, I think of the whole experience. Great variety of southern style cooking and burgers. Its a no-brainer when its time to eat, consistently fast food done right!

Great food, but slow service. Came at around 7:30, took around 30 minutes to get food in the drive through. Again, great food!

Jacks new spicy southwest patty melt is really good but its not for the faint at heart, you gotta love spice to tackle this sandwich! Its definitely kicked up a notch or two, if youre into spicy things, this is going to really be a treat for you!

Dont go when they first open. They closes the drive Thur for no reason. The first time I asked why it was close she said the register was broke.. really.. it does not take a rocket scientist to figure out to walk to another register. Morning crew are a joke wait until lunch to come to this Jacks.

I got the deluxe breakfast and I live 4 mins away, I get home and my food not even hot at all. I couldve got a frozen breakfast if I wanted to microwave my food. This has happened the past 2 visits .

Probably the greatest balance of breakfast and convenience in the south. Jacks has built itself a great reputation for its breakfast. As for lunch and dinner, Jacks has a good and fast burger with great chicken options. Dont forget to try their great milkshakes!

Jacks is awesome, their burgers and chicken fingers are my go-to items, but the cheese salt that is on the fries is the best. Missing the 5th star because they tend to mess up the order half the time.

Probably the coolest location for a Jacks is off the water. Boats can just pull up to the dock and you can jump off the boat and walk up the dock to an order stand. You dont even have to go inside.So the photos dont show the Jacks or the food but this is the scenery if you ever get the chance to go. We stopped by here on our way home to Detroit and I couldnt pass up the chance to snap some shots of this amazing view. Quarantine Beauty.

I had to wait for my biscuit in the drive thru, which is completely fine, its nice getting fresh food. The problem is that we sat for 30 minutes in a parking spot waiting for them to bring it out. Apparently they "didnt see us" bit they didnt even bother to come outside and ask if we were waiting. Food was mediocre at best after the ridiculous wait

They were very busy and the breakfast sandwich was cold and bread was hard. The bacon egg biscuit shaped like a heart was cold. The hash browns were like warm. Everyone was nice and the place appeared clean. The restaurant was packed and cars around the building for drive thru. We hope this is not the norm for the food.

I love Jacks, dont matter when you go eat there, am, pm. They always make sure, your food is made right. And it tastes like Jacks food every day. Nice and friendly.

I walked in and basically ordered one of the big online packages when I got there on a busy Sunday morning. They were apparently filling several of the online orders at that time as well. I watched the manager and his team turn over the orders quickly and efficiently. Everyone did a great job and got my very large order all correct. He apologized for the wait but I told him there was no need to, it was less than I thought anyway!Kudos to the manager for keeping his team focused and on pace.

They are always really polite and quick. I took off a star due to me asking them two different times if they had put my sauce in the bag, I had to pull up and wait on my order, only to get home and discover that they did NOT put the sauce in my bag. My food was not satisfying without the sauce.

I ordered well done fries because thats how I like them because really and truly their fries are always half raw. But it should NOT take 15 minutes to get my food. I was on my lunch break and its only 30 minutes by the yime I got my food it was time for me to got back to work. They wasnt even busy.
