Jack's in Hueytown

I would have never gone thru the drive thur, if I had know it was going to take them 20 mins to complete my order.

I ordered on the app I had to add my drinks to my order and pay separately for them.The sweet was sour and when I got there I had to sit in the drive through for over 20 minutes after my food was ready and when I got to the speaker they told me that no orders were sent to them from the app and when they found them the employee said I missed your t because and I quote her I was not paying attention so my order was around $21.00 dollars I am guessing thats for the time I had to wate for my 2 12 piece meals and my $6.00 dollar sour sweet teas

Just a bunch of people that show up put on clothes that have the company logo on and then just stand there, aint nothing happening in this place. The manager just stands there and watch people ignore people.------ all this Im leaving up and updating because just went to the same store and its even worse than it was before just dont get anything at Jacks in Alabama.

I ordered a BLT sandwich. When i got home and opened it I saw there was a lot of lettuce, 1 slice of tomato and 3 1-3"long pcs of bacon. So dissapointed!

Okay Im sorry but when you cant understand "plain" but can put it on the receipt, youre stupid.

The workers acted very ghetto. Male employee Cursing at the window as I pulled up talking about the customers ,no thank you ,come again or anything pretty much just get my food and screw off I guess?

Food was hot and fresh but we had to replete our order 3 times the poor order taker must be new

I do love your breakfast. Especially the swiss mushroom burger. The juicier the better

Super slow service. When I got my food I had to take it back to then because it was wrong and my hashrounds were cold. Additional waiting time for remake

They mess up my order again!!! Them kids yall hire be on their phones and dont care about what they doing i wont be back!!

The service just gets worse. I got strawberry cream cheese pies. They were cooked so long there wasnt any strawberry in it.

I will never go to this Jacks again. And I work and live in Hueytown. I asked for a refund, I paid with my card. She just told me my refund was back on my card but never gave me a receipt to show that she refunded me my money.! And it’s still showing on my bank statement that there’s no pending refund!

Consistently good, my favorite fast food fries. Also my favorite fast food burger

I wish I could give them zero stars. The fries were damn near burnt with zero salt. The burger had no taste other than the bacon on it. And to top it all off they gave me unsweetened tea. This Jacks is horrific. I should of know after last time I went ther not to go back but I just had to have a big bacon smh.

Terrible service. Didn’t start making our food till we got to the window. One of the workers cussed as he was taking our card. Waited 45 mins to get our food

Breakfast is always slow the staff in the drive thru is always rude , waiting in the drive thru at times for over 15 mins for the food to be microwaved to warm it up. This place use to be fast and always fresh. Honestly I can truly say in the past 10 times I came I have thrown atleast half of my meals away as it was disgusting. Today I pulled in the drive thru at 10:23 Im sitting at the speaking still waiting at 10:43 and yet to order. And a manager is running the drive thru. Do better Jacks

They are ridiculous, everytime I go there they NEVER have any wings!! Dont recommend

Best sandwich Ive had from a fast food restaurant in a while it was hot and bacon covered the whole sandwich.

Breakfast, lunch & dinner.... good food. Love their shakes! So yummy in the summer time.

I had to pick up a door dash order from this location and the customer service was horrible. There was a black heavy set man that was passing out the orders. I stood under the sign that says pick up here and the sign also indicates that this area is for door dash orders. I stood there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. So I took it upon myself to tell him that I’m picking up a door dash order. He said I had to get in the long line with the others to reorder the door dash. I said the order was already placed and paid for. Very rudely he said again that I can go get in line. So not wanting to cause a scene and stoop to his level I complied with his request. There was only 1 cashier which he did indicate to the people in line that it was her first day. I guess that was the excuse for the line being extremely long and his attitude. So whenever I receive a door dash order from this location, I politely decline because he could have been more nicer and I didn’t fill out that job application for him. If he has an issue with the job maybe he should find another line of business.

This morning this location 2715 Allison Bonnett was totally awful. I sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. After pulling into a parking space and going to the door to find that the lobby door was locked. I decide to leave to go do my bank deposit for my job and come back to the restaurant. The drive thru line was once again long but I decided to wait it out since I was getting breakfast for my team. Once I reached the intercom I see a note stating that they were out of biscuits but to go on and order without biscuits. Well no one ever answered the intercom so after waiting about 8 minutes I decided to just pull around. An employee finally comes to the window and says "maam we are not taking orders at this time". Well your sign said to place your order without biscuits. What a waste of time. This was enough to make me never patronize this location EVER!!!! For future references turn your light off if you are unable to serve or have an employee outside to verbally tell people that you are temporarily closed so people wont waste time in a drive thru line.

Half the time the biscuits are over cooked and the steak/chicken patties are hard. Hard tater tots. I feel like it was mistake everytime I come here. Never again..i just ordered breakfast at 815 in the morning and the food taste like its been sitting out for hours.

The employees were not friendly, the manager was the only person friendly and helpful. I had to ask for condiments and such because there were none in the front. It was freezing cold in the dining area, I walked outside for a minute to warm up. We came in to eat at 2pm and there was no one there but us and another couple.

Too bad I cant give 0 stars!This is the worst Jacks Ive ever been to!Went in for breakfast, and an hour and 20 minutes later, we got out food. They lost my order, and asked me 4 different times. Then asked me too write it down for them, and then a minute later ASKED ME AGAIN WHAT I ORDERED!! Then, the guy on the back comes out and says breakfast is over so he threw our order IN THE TRASH!! The cashier went back specifically to complete our order. When we did get out order, of course it was wrong. I doubt if we ever come back to this location, because its not the first time its happened.

Ordered a BLT salad and got a big bowl of lettuce 2 slices of tomato and 1 tiny piece of bacon crumbled up in it. Oh yeah and some half melted cheese on the other side.

I dont know the guy name that be at the window for the drive thru but his customer service is superb and I enjoy every interaction that I encounter with him whenever I stop by to get a bite to eat. Definitely deserves a raise!!!

My meal at Jacks is usually great, but today they hurt my feelings. My burger, pie, & tea were all wonderful as usual but I was a little disappointed with my fries. They tasted like they had been there a while, I guess if thats all Ive got to complain about I aint got much. The guy behind the counter and everyone else were all great and working like a well oiled machine. Thanks yall.

I understood the waiting to place my order. I do not understand the cold fries and warm chicken fingers. For future reference please let customers ordering chicken fingers that you have NO SAUCE. I could have went somewhere else for lunch. I am VERY disappointed!!!!

I went through the line at 6:30 PM on a Friday and was in the line for over 30 minutes. They handed me my food finally but still had to make the milkshake which took another five minutes. When they handed me the milkshake there was ice cream all down the side of it which proceeded to get all over my clothes in my car. The food was cold by the time I got home because I had to wait so long even after they handed me my bag of food. Somebody needs to fix this fast I’m not gonna go back here for a long time.

Ask an employee if they sold biscuits and gravy during dinner he told me he would sell it to me but it wouldnt have the sausage which i was fine with. I appreciated them accommodating me.

I went to the drive thru at approximately 908p, sat at the menu for over 15 minutes before being acknowledged and at that time all I got was Ill be with you in a minute. I proceeded to wait another 10 minutes and ended up pulling off , because I never received any assistance. Not to mention 2 cars before pulled off as well. Horrible service!

Went one morning for breakfast and ordered at 10:14 am. 10:45 we still hadn’t received our food. When we asked what the issue was they replied “oh, we ain’t serving breakfast now” ..asked for a refund but they couldn’t figure out how to do it. I just took the loss. Fast forward tonight, went through the drivethru, waiting 2-3 minutes.. “welcome to Jacks” ..started ordering & was told to hold please. A few minutes later, nothing. Drove off. I’m not the one to give bad reviews but.. avoid this place.

Id rate it 0/5 stars if I could. The old black lady taking my order almost gave me an aneurysm with her terrible attitude while I was trying to order. Absolutely obnoxious and terrible customer service, the food was fine

Jacks was.very slow No one ever took my order there main focus was the drive thru. I feel like It was like I was not even there. I AM A paying customer as well. The were to main focused on the drive thru. Then I heard the drive thru was there main focus not the customers inside the store.

Most of the time it be okay but tonight we was in line to long to get some half cooked chicken, the green beans were sour, and the mash potatoes had no taste at all. I need a refund because I ordered 3 plates 😩

Absolutely disgusting! Everything was burned and cold. The order was also wrong. Had to toss the entire order so basically paid $20 for two coffees.

Called to ask a question lady was very rude and short. No customer skills what so ever. It seems Jacks quality of employees has went down very much since I worked for them back in 2005. Every time I visit I have and issue with employee and managers with horrible attitude and then they are always out of food. How is a restaurant that serves chicken only have breast and wings, then no fries, honey mustard or buffalo sauce last time I went to the one by my house. They refused to cook any dark meat chicken. I asked could I wait for it to be cooked and they said it would be 35-40 minutes because they knew no one is going to wait that long at a fast food restaurant. I have been a loyal customer since I was a little girl. I spend at least $20 every time I go and buy meals for my family of 4. But, I wont be going back ever again. They need to chose some quality employees and manager and learn how to cook the food or either keep food offered on the menu in stock. Disgusted and absolutely disappointed!!!!

Service wasnt good. I place my order and three people got their before I did and all I ordered was 2 sandwiches, fries, milkshake. Drive thru served two wasnt even in the parking lot and a lady that walked in 7 minutes after me. I wasnt happy!! My sandwich was wrong, but the lady came came to the table and remade the sandwich finally

On this particular visit I went inside to order. I believe that the restaurant is undergoing renovations right now. Im sure they have staffing shortages like every where else, but the cashier did not provide me with very much information on the special meal deals they offer starting at 4pm. Customer service was average and the food was fine. Hope they get some help soon.

I would give this place no stars but I cant write my review. This place is horrible. When my son was eating he started gagging and said mom theirs a fly cooked in this piece of chicken.I call to tell them only to be told theres no manager on duty today to call back tomorrow theres nothing they can do. They mess up every time I go there. However, MY FAMILY AND I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AGAIN....

I wanted to order their 2pc chicken special but I was told they only had 2 breast cooked and it would be 25 minutes til I get the pieces of chicken I wanted. I left, of course. So many workers at this Jacks and nothing is being done. They were just standing around talking.

Jacks food is delicious but the line at the drive thru needs attention. I dont ever see Jacks ask someone to pull forward that may have an unusual order so that the vehicles behind can get their orders quicker. This is a problem management should address. The workers dont care and evidently management does not care neither. If enough people took their business else where, I bet they would try to solve the problem. Managers, get to thinking and doing, solve this problem. I bet you will increase sales, improve customer satisfaction and improve your bottom line.

They have obviously made changes in the last couple of months. The food has gotten so much better. The food is fresh and no longer tastes bland or that it was cooked in old burnt grease. If you havent been lately, go back and give them a try. Im glad I did and thankful for whatever changes were made to be able to enjoy eating there again.

This is a sorry excuse for fast food. Feb 22.2021..The person on the drive-thru headset was beyond rude and had attitude in her voice while me and my mom were ordering our food we both got our food.. Got my food only to return it because my sandwich was COLD AF.... The employees here dont wear hair nets.... SO IF YOU EVER FIND HAIR IN YOUR FOOD YOULL KNOW WHY.... THE PERSON MAKING THE BURGERS WAS EXTRA SLOW...... WONT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION AT ALL!!!! WILL GO TO THE 1 IN HOMEWOOD FROM NOW ON

French fries were almost raw. Jacks did have the best fries around >not anymore<. Skip the fries.

Just left this Jacks and got about 6 miles down the road, opened the container in which my cinnamon roll was in and clearly it had been broken off of or eaten off of! I turned around drove about 6 miles back and the manager on duty was nonchalant about it once I asked for my money back. Im not a big fastfood guy by any means, and this experience make me never want to eat at a Jacks again! Unacceptable!

Whats not to love! This chicken is out of this world. The home taste is next to non. I love KFC & Popeyes Chicken, but that you can only eat so much. Honestly I can eat Jacks chicken every day. So moist, tender meat, crunchy skin so flavorful. The pictures in this rating is from two separate days. We eat here often. The biscuts are to die for... I love them. The chicken breakfast biscuit is scrumptious. See you next review when I visit... 🤣🤣🤣

Taste good and food was piping hot. First time eating Jacks and I like it. I had the Chicken Tender dinner comes with 2 sides. I had fries and mashed potatoes. They also have hand spun milkshakes made with Mayfield ice cream, I had strawberry. Yum.

Im totally grossed out. I just ordered a large lemonade at this Jacks tonight at around 9:15pm. As I was drinking it, about halfway through I was drinking through the straw and something hairy went in my mouth...😳 😱😷 this is a picture of the clump of hair that went in my mouth!! Gross me out! I cant imagine how this got in there and how no one saw it! Its not like a coke thats dark, its lemonade for crying out loud!! I will not be back.
