Its a lovely cosy place ☺️

The artist was brilliant but eventhought we arrived over an hour early there were no seats available. In the past we have arrived at this time and been waiting outside in the rain or been allowed to wait in the bar area because the venue wasnt open. We have also been told you cant reserve seats but during this event we found out some people had which is very unfair. We ended up standing by a table which could easily have fitted some chairs around it which we requested but told there were none available. We will be weary to book tickets for future artists as standing for the whole event was much too long for some of our party.

We have been to Jacs a few times now and always found it a good venue. Parking is just down the road, the staff are good and everybody just has a good time

Fabulous night at the recent ELO tribute night, just one suggestion to make, a nice chardonnay on offer would be appreciated instead of only pinot grigio lol. Great venue.

Fantastic music venue right in the heart of the South Wales valleys. There is always good entertainment there with many cover bands and classic artists and groups. Such as China Crisis, The Christians, Bad Manners, Space and The Vapours to name just a few.

Amazing night at Jacs, with some fab local bands playing. Good beer on tap, great atmosphere, all round excellent venue.

Great bands, great choice of ciders and great beer garden. Also really nice pool table. Had some great nights here seeing flash, foo fighters, 4th street, Mike platt, the guy that gets the girl and spirit of boogie to name a few. They have great original rock bands, rock cover bands, established bands and tributes so something for everyone.

I just love this place. Myself and my friends came to the China Crisis gig. We live in Caerphilly but Id be in here every weekend if we lived closer. The venue has an amazing, intimate and warm atmosphere. The staff were lovely and friendly and Id forgotten how wonderful and atmospheric China Crisis are. Amazing band and amazing venue. We desperately need a music venue like this on Caerphilly 💥

A great place to watch live music. In Aberdare, of all places! Since it started the place has gone from strength to strength. Long may it continue.

I came from the US for two live shows (Ant Trouble and Head Noise/CLKWERK/Electric Sixafter watching live shows from Jacs for a year and a half on FB. Had the BEST time!! Get your dance and live music fix here people!! The ladies behind the bar rock too!! 🤩

We went for the first time last week.We saw the Christians play.What a brilliant atmosphere!The staff were all so friendly - we will definitely be going back!

Really enjoyed the night despite being told to move from our table because, it was apparently reserved. There was no reserved sign on table. We had booked tickets so had expected to sit at a seat.

Had a great few hours here last weekend, my first time visiting a pub since the pandemic began. Staff were very attentive, from the doorman escorting us to our prebooked table to the waiting staff keeping our drinks flowing, all were great, thankyou for a fab night

Great Drag Show will go again, but as I arrived late the only seats left were around the side by the toilets, so couldnt really see the show as we were disturbed all the time by people using the loo. Bad room design upstairs to see a show, Id think about moving the stage up towards the middle of the room, so that everyone can see the show. Good, friendly bar service upstairs.

Friendly bar staff, good place for love music, spacious, clean and welcoming. Couple of decent beers on draught as well. Played there as an artist and drank there, highly recommended.

Popped over to the valleys to go walking up the hills and chanced upon this place somewhere online so thought wed try our luck. Really good crowd, friendly staff and the Bowie tribute act was really good too. Cheap drinks, well dec’d out venue. Would definitely come again.

Great gem of a live music venue in the Welsh valleys.

Its a bouncing live music venue Friday to Sunday, with a family night on Sundays. Theres also a lounge area with a pool table and darts board open 7 days a week and a function room to rent upstairs. All staff are friendly and the prices are really well priced for the area

What a great place. Our band Gaudy Orde played here this evening supportong Neil Innes. The environment is interesting, dynamic and comfortable, the staff and their hospitality absolutely superb. What a great night.

Jacs is a family owned pub/live music place. Recently had it renovated and it looks lovely. They have a brand new pool table! They have two big screens for live football and boxing ect. Live bands every weekend, the owners are very lovely and will help you with anything. 100% recommend

Staff are a lovely bunch! Fishbowl cocktails served here, worth the money! Great atmosphere, fair priced alcohol just an all round great venue.

Im a bit biased because Ive gigged there but I can honestly say its one of the best live venues in South Wales. Excellent staff and a fantastic live music loving crowd each time weve played there.
